Support is very quick to respond with the livechat and we also have access to our own customer success manager who you can book meetings with to go through any more advanced features / setups. > > **Cons**: We have had issues with patch management failing to install updates and having to manually push the updates again (But this maybe more on the windows devices end) > > Our Account manager is very helpful and responsive.
