It is the best backup solution I have found in this respect. > > **Cons**: The only bad thing I can think of is that restores take quite a while and it doesnt seem to save on transfers when some or part of the files being restored already exist locally. But that is me being very picky and overall I love comet backup. > > I have used comet backup for several years and it ticks all of the boxes - it is easy to use, supports all different client scenarios and can back up data, sql databases and so on. It is centrally managed which is great, it backs up data very efficiently and the thing I like most about it is that you have the option of using their fully managed backup servers OR installing the software on your own infrastructure and using your own servers for the backup sets. The support has been top notch and very responsive and helpful when we need them to answer questions. Their documentation is also top notch. > > **Cons**: I don't really have any cons but I do have some feature requests such as more integrations, like Discord integration and Twilio SMS integration. Comet Backup does support custom webhooks and we've been able to achieve what we need with that but then I have to support our custom webhook integrations.
