The backend system is overly complicated and not user-friendly, making day-to-day operations more frustrating than efficient. Additionally, the terms of the agreement were misleading—what was presented during the sales process did not match our actual experience. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and chose not to continue with the platform, we were threatened with being sent to collections, despite our good-faith efforts to resolve the situation. It felt like we were being penalized simply for not liking the product.
