Comments: In Turkey IT departments are such a big problem nearly every company. So when you use this tool, you cut nearly every relations with IT about xml

Customer support is my best . Every time I need a support, they are always there

You cant exactly see an analytics dashboard inside the tool

Pros:

It's not quite straightforward how certain fields work; and synergies with other platforms when an API integration exists. It would help to know whether errors occur, or could occur in other environments.

Pros:

The ability to create unique feeds for each of our marketing channel. Also the ability to combine it with data outside the source feed. The support team is also a big pros. They have often helped me when i'm stuck.

Cons:

The speed of download has been the biggest issue for us. Waiting 20-30 min for a feed to be downloadet is critical.

Comments: As an agency owner, I have tried almost every app. Data Feed Watch is by far the best. We use it for all of our clients and they are the only company we will use.
Affordable. Amazing customer service. Great technology. I would recommend them to anyone.

Easy to use - and excellent support

It's very easy to use, and support is excellent and very knowledgeable.

Cons:

It's by far the easiest product feed system I have ever used - and with that comes a hefty monthly price, but in my opinion still well worth the investment.

Easy to use and impactful on advertising results. Support is top-tier!

Cons:

Only con was there's no way in-platform to copy mapping across Stores. However, with a simple chat into customer service, this task was taken care of in minutes.

Pros:

Trusting, Good Value and Customer Support are great if you're stuck. The best part is they actually help implement things. Some platforms are fully self-serve and their support will give limited support which can be very time consuming and you can spend a day figuring it out.

Cons:

Could do with some more features. Product Image Optimisation - For Google Shopping

The chat with the support is very helpful. They help you set up rules or check where all the issues come from. Especially [sensitive content hidden] , she was like an angel with her patience to me.Overall, the tool is very import in our company and I think it's very intuitive.

Pros:

I was able to get in this tool with no training and set up feeds successfully! When I had questions I was able to use chat to get my hurdles crossed with ease! High recommend this platform!

Cons:

For my needs I don't see any cons, it is easy to use.

Best feed management tool - period!

Comments: - Handling issues in products feeds, both complex and minor, is so easy with this tool!
- Saves tons of work and emails between us and developers/clients
- Simply a sublime tool!

Pros:

- The most user-friendly UI - Endless possibilities in terms of modifying info in the product feed - Numerous channels to choose from - Superb client service - Great integration with cloud services like Google Drive - Always developing new, useful features (like the possibility to structure complex and massive product feeds directly into a Shopping campaign - saves hours of work!)

Cons:

- Not possible to make "umbrella" accounts like for example MCA's in Google Shopping, and to link these to other "MCA's". That would be awesome though! - Possible for a user to get access to numerous accounts (mostly an advantage for agencies)

Pros:

The ease of use. Managing feeds across so many different channels in one platform is great. It makes something that would otherwise be pretty difficult very manageable.

Cons:

Pricing is a bit high. I wish the pricing was a bit more reasonable.

An indispensable tool for me

Comments: Thanks to this tool, we have very effectively optimized the ROAS of sales in individual channels.

Pros:

Very easy to use, it allows you to separate feed processes from technical departments. Very convenient use of google sheets to control the content of feeds.

Cons:

It could be a bit cheaper, apart from the price, all functionalities work as they belong.

Comments: My overall experience with Datafeedwatch is overwhelmingly positive. Without much effort i am able to increase clients sales by ~70% after their shopping campaigns have plateaued.

Pros:

It enables me to optimise my clients' feed in a very time efficient matter. Results really do show when comparing an optimised feed to the feeds that my clients deliver.

Cons:

It Can be a bit rough to map out the feed when my clients deliver garbage feeds. Overall i'm very happy.

A flexible feed creator with great functionality

Comments: I can easily create and distribute product feeds now. The copy channel function really speeds up the process launching say a new Google Shopping country and making the edits needed for that region. I highly recommend the software backed up by a knowledgeable support team.

Pros:

Ability to segment a feed using IF filters making unique feeds as needed for each Google Shopping country. If you are running a larger team with multiple stores you can add each shop with its own feeds so they are easy to manage and organise instead of lists of feeds to scroll through. Support has been fantastic at helping set-up feeds instead of pushing a sale for them to set them up instead.

Cons:

I haven't come across any limitations, but I wish the Google Shopping categories were a bit easier to set-up when mapping in foreign languages. Not being multilingual makes it a time consuming task.

Simplify your feed processing

Comments: Great company which is just getting better over the years. Keep it up!

Pros:

We used to generate a lot of different product feeds for our clients on their servers. It was a mess to maintain and to manage our inventory for the different sales channels as well as inclusion/exclusion of items for certain channels. After we migrated to Datafeedwatch we only need to maintain a single source feed for each country which we split out to our different channels. Saved us a lot maintenance hours and processing time on our servers.

Cons:

It does what we need it to do. A few times we had some minor issues with nested arrays in xml etc where the structure seems to get a bit confusing using feed template builder (which btw is really nice for code-illiterate people). But the support is quite fast and really helpful usually everything gets sorted out within less than an hour!
