Multiple cards and app logins can be set up and also added to Google wallet etc,just like a normal debit card. Ease of integration with Quickbooks is brilliant > > **Cons**: Was a bit complicated to get our first bank transfer approved but customer services quickly sorted the issue > > Pleo has both improved our time saving and our security. We used to literally use cash for our petty cash which we would give to staff to buy milk etc. The faff of going to a cash machine and chasing staff for change was starting to get too much then after a couple of breakins (thankfully no money taken but the fear as there) I started looking for a better alternative and found Pleo. So much easier and safer. Staff just take the card and can take a picture of the receipt to add to the app. One a month all the transactions on Pleo are downloaded to Quickbooks.
