Comments: You can compile, simplify and easy expose all your maintenance costs and maintenance records directly from your technicians, you can save a lot of management time and improve your KPIs.-

Pros:

This software is very easy to use, and also is very simple to set up and configure it. It has a lot of different filters and custom fields to configure specially to suit your business area

Cons:

Not easy to create WO directly from asset view

Easy access

Pros:

The decisive thing about Fracttal is that it allows the application to be used on multiple platforms, which provides mobility to work teams. On the other hand, I also highlighted the ability to track costs, its platform to prepare performance reports and the interconnection with devices and sensors to perform measurements in real time.

Cons:

It requires a constant internet connection to take advantage of all the features, but it also has an offline mode which I have not used yet.

Pros:

It is portable user-friendly, and with the administrative pesonali.

Cons:

the signature system since two signatures on documents are needed. rearranging them in a single box can be difficult.

Certification course review

Comments: I just did the certification course, so I haven't a big experience using it.

Pros:

It joint a big amount of data in just one software, that's a plus because it reduces documents and process in just one click.

Cons:

It is less intuitive that I expected, I mean you can learn to use it with the manual, but not just clicking and looking between tabs.

The most complete app to management of service

Comments: in my personal opinion like a field engineer is so helpfull tool that can be usefull for all partners who can see what are you doing all the time

Pros:

The options to have a review of all your services and the co-workers jobs, ist an important tool that makes the job outside more efficient.

Cons:

you need to take a master class to know all you can do with the app most of the client or users doesnt have to many time to view about 8 or 10 hours of videos.

Comments: Visually friendly, not too complicated to navigate

Pros:

The desktop interface is user-friendly for viewing the status of requests graphically.

Cons:

There is a lack of integration with the SAP platform for the warehouse, at least in the organization to which I belong.

Completely and Intuitive Software for manage Dept. Maintenance

Comments: Excelent, easy to find the things and there are alot of functions, all to manage the department of maintenance

I like the easley to manage, the general software it is intuitive app

Appearance of the page could be more pleasing to the user's eye

The Beginning of your Job

Comments: All report from our company to the customer are based in fracttal reports, with the WO we show the customer the works done, the emergencies attending , the time taken to solve the problems, the items we use with thw prices.......

Pros:

It is possible to make a lot of reports with all options that "Configuration" can offer, you begin to build your Fracttal Universe, estabilishing all parameters to your future works and reports to the customer, in as much as economic and operational environment. Also is very useful to estabilish the cost worker/hour plus the cost of items used you are able to know whayt you spent in each work.

Cons:

All information that you have to fill, then if you do your excell document and export to Fracttal with the same columns and names it is very easy, but with human resources, machines you attend, all warehouse you have...... it takes a long time.

Easy to use and teach

Comments: The experience with the software has been successful, especially when the use must be explained to other users.

Pros:

The software is easy to use, it is very useful to manage assets within an organization. It is also constantly updating with new applications. Very friendly to use with cellphones

Cons:

The software is constantly improving, and these improvements are after the observations indicated by users. They should add markers to link them with maintenance activities.

Good software

Comments: It's a good online responsive software and we can use in all mantenances that the have with our clients.

Pros:

We can use it in the maintenance of different lines of business that we have in the company, which allows us to customize it especially for each type of maintenance

Cons:

They do not deliver much training on the ground at the start-up, although they have a lot of tutorials on YouTube to train

Fracttal it´s a good CMMS for my organization

Comments: In my experience it has helped me manage maintenance in a computerized way.

Pros:

What I like most about this system is that I can have quick access to information and generate reports for data analysis.

Cons:

What has cost me a lot is to adapt it to my needs, in accordance with what my customers ask me.

Excellent easy handling system

Comments: Excellent product, it adapts to the needs of the client.

Pros:

Take control of all assets, schedule preventive maintenance, the technician has the permission to update the work avoiding the use of paper, everything is recorded and stored within the Fracttal system.

Cons:

Improve statistics, in detail that indicate the amount of materials needed to use in the future making a delta with the materials that currently exist in the warehouse.

Fracttal as a necessary tool for the maintenance area.

Comments: The use of Fracttal in my country is increasing, since it has an easy operation, easy administration and gives full support to the maintenance area, it is the administrative and operational tool that the maintenance field can have, I have seen great improvements after Fracttal enters a company, increases the productivity of the equipment and extends its useful life.

Pros:

Easy to operate, it is hosted in the cloud, the information is protected and can be reviewed at any time and wherever.

Cons:

Difficult to find something wrong with the software that helps so much.

My experience

Pros:

328/5000 This software is very versatile and easy. The way to enter the information, generate Ot or register any other data is easy, because it maintains the same format; It also provides us with KPIs that reflect the reality of our management and we can make decisions in case of reflecting indicators with unfavorable values.

Cons:

On the other hand, it is necessary to mention that at the moment of generating an Ot on certain occasions it has generated 6 Ot of the same task and at the moment of eliminating I think that it would affect the indicator; it is also worth mentioning that when entering the costs, I must enter them for each task and I can not place the total value to the OT, because in possible occasions the contractor gives me only a global value. But generally Fracttal is very interesting and easy to use software.

Very good SMMS

Comments: In general, Fracctal has offered quick access to information, which was previously required to be consulted in different spreadsheets, crossing information, this was time consuming and tedious

Pros:

The interface of the software is quite friendly and intuitive, in a short time you can learn to master it completely. It also allows you to follow up on all the activities that have been carried out on your company's assets, which is very important in the face of some audit. Fracttal is also in line with today's technology, since it allows technicians to make reports from any part of the company, using only their mobile device

Cons:

The mobile application does not allow you to see in this case the existence of spare parts in the warehouse, which delays the maintenance, since to make this query of existence, the technician has to go from his job to the warehouse.

Fracttal software review

Pros:

It is a great cmms software because of the ease of use and gives you the advantage to manage a lot of different areas of your company at the same time, you can say It´s an all in one software. What i like the most are the different kpi´s that the software provides to control and relate the different areas

Cons:

I haven´t use the software that much to find the "bad part", so by know for what i´ve seen from the training and different videos seems like a great cmms software

Very useful CMMS

Comments: Fracttal has allowed our company to improve its maintenance efficiency by shortening response time, having quick access to a cloud based database with all the information about Plans, Work Orders, Personnel, etc. It´s easy to understand dashboard allows us to quickly know the current state of all the machinery in the factory.

Pros:

It´s accesibility, affordability, and ease of use once you´ve been introduced to it. It is also very customizable with the automatic email notifications and user account permissions. It lets you build and adjust the software to your company needs, which is amazing for a software this economic. Customer support is quick and helpful.

Cons:

While it is easy to use once you´ve been introduced to it, it isn´t very intuitive by itself, especially with the more complex functions.

"It brought order and simplicity to our work"

Pros:

I choose Fracttal specifically for the ability to use the technological means currently available in the field and easy to use for the personal technician, has facilitated the delivery of information to our clients and with the ability it has of a review reviewed by the administrators it gives us the peace of mind of delivering the correct information. By allowing signatures to be entered we certify the receipt and delivery of reliable information. Very friendly and customizable, the ability to automatically generate tasks according to configured parameters, greatly facilitates our work, especially when working with multiple clients and with a high number of periodic tasks.

Cons:

I have been using this software for a couple of months and the only detail was that I experienced delays with the browser explorer. The other is that it requires that the technical personnel have the capacity and experience in technology and some are older and do not have these capacities, and they must be trained.

What I like about Fracttal

It's a very friendly tool, easy to understand and very dynamic. I've been working with it for a month so far, and it's been one of the best maintenance softwares I've ever worked with, desktop and mostly mobil app. Way too recomedable
