User friendly, easy to setup and maintain. One of the easiest parts of my job to manage.

Comments: Ease of setup and portability.
The plugin to outlook makes this seamless and user friendly.
Setting up accounts can not be made any easier.

Pros:

The support is absolutely the best. When I have a user with an issue I can get help right away. Either they send me the information I need to fix the issue or they jump right in and fix it for me when requested. Support is everything and it can be found here!

Cons:

About the only thing that I see that trips up users is that the send receive does not auto check for neocertified email. It requires that the user manually check for messages (Push the button).

NeoCertified was easy to get started and is easy to use, love the Customer Connect feature.

Comments: Allowed us to have secure email without the exorbitant cost that we were investigating. Easy to train users how to use, the technical support has been great and easy to work with.

Pros:

Customer Connect gives us a portal to direct customers to send sensitive data from our website or from a link on email signature. A great feature that helps to keep customer information secure and is easy for the customer to use.

Cons:

In our environment, could not get the Outlook Add-on to work. It would be nice if the Customer Connect would only allow specific addresses and block out the drop down box if they are used to alleviate confusion of choices. The drop down box overrides the manually inputted email.

Comments: Overall I've been completely happy with NeoCertified.

Pros:

The notifications of when the email has been read.

Cons:

Sometimes the overall inbox can be a little confusing. And I'm not sure I receive a notification if the email didn't get sent. For example, if there was a typo with address.

Perfect Fit!

Comments: I have been using NeoCertified for one year and have been extremely pleased with their product. I have shared my experiences with several colleagues who have also signed on with NeoCertified!

Pros:

I was looking for secure email to use for my small business and contacted NeoCertified to inquire about their product. I was attracted to NeoCertified as it worked with Outlook, was easy to upload and very affordable. The staff that I interacted with were very attentive to my questions and helpful with my initial set-up. The recipients of the emails sent through NeoCertified have stated ease of opening and responding to email as there is only a one-time password set by the recipient. I am very pleased with this product.

Cons:

I have no negative comments to offer about NeoCertifed secure email.

A seamless and easy secure email platform

Comments: I found the platform to work quite well with the needs of my business. It's easy to use and doesn't require me to take the time to go onto the platform online to send and receive messages. The recipients only need to create and save a password once, making it easy for them to receive messages.

Pros:

The ability to receive and send secure emails directly from my Outlook email platform.

Cons:

Sometimes Outlook disables NeoCertified as it slows the loading of Outlook. I need to manually re-enable it. Also, if I download new email responses on one computer, I'm not able to download them to Outlook on another computer.

Secured Email Simplified.

Comments: Neocertified is a simple, secure solution that we use for Clients who require HIPAA compliance. Integrates easily with Microsoft Outlook and our users overall are quite pleased with the software and service. We receive very little tech support calls on this software once installed. In the very few times we had any questions, Neocertified's team promptly responded and resolved the issue.

Pros:

Ease of use at an affordable price. Very easy to integrate into Outlook. Simple enough for users of all levels.

Cons:

In the many years we've used the software and service, never had an issue.

Neocertified Provides a Great End to End Encryption User Experience

Comments: HIPAA, and Privacy Compliance

Pros:

Extremely easy access for end-users, protection across all of our devices, little to no tech support needed once installed/deployed. In the rare instances tech support was needed, cases are handled by a real person who can understand our issues and communicate what needs to be done in an expedited fashion. We have used and tested numerous products and NOTHING comes close to what Neocertified offers and delivers upon!

Comments: Our company are able to comply with HIPPA compliance for the industry. My clients will feel more safe while we are serving them of their needs.

Pros:

The instructions for client to login to use the software is very simple and easy. Support is very fast without waiting too long on the phone or email.

Cons:

So far with the usage of this software from both my clients and users feed back, there is nothing bad about the software. Even and elderly person can simply click and register without issue.

Practical HIPPA Compliant

Comments: Overall, I have no complaints. It suits or purpose and serves our needs.

Pros:

Program was easy to install. Customer support is outstanding. Easy to use. Easy to search emails. Love the tracking feature especially and the easy upload of documents. Price is right for our practice, we are small but busy and does not cost a fortune to be HIPPA compliant with Neocertified.

Cons:

No plugin for Mac. Would love to just use one email source instead of two.

NeoCertified Great Secure Mail Service!!

Comments: We have had a very positive experience with NeoCertified. The customer service has been very user friendly and helpful. It has been easy to maintain. As our needs have changed as an agency NeoCertified worked with us as needed.

Pros:

The customer service has been great. Everytime I have needed Neo-Certified help they have been available and ready to help. They have recently updated the User Interface. It looks much more user friendly than before updated.

Cons:

I work in a residental children's home for teenage children. We often have to send email by Neo-Certified due to our Hippa regulations. The various agencies we send Neo-Certified mail have to open their own log in--they have not liked Neo--but I think it is more of an user more than Neo. With the new User Interface--I am hoping they will be more willing to work with us and NeoCertified.

Comments: Sending secure emails is a must in my line of work. NeoCertified software solves this problem for me with ease.

I have been using this software for several years and found it easy to implement and use. Clients and colleagues who receive my emails also find it easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful value

Comments: Great product and great team supporting the product. It simply works and achieves our goal of securing information when necessary. Excellent value as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secure platform for secure email transmission.

Pros:

It has been easy to use and reliable for years. I like the integration it offers for PC users as well. Customer service is highly responsive. It is also great that we can send larger than normal attachment sizes whereas most other email clients reject these.

Cons:

I wish there was integration for Mac users with Office 365.

Easy Secure Email

Comments: I have no complaints so that means its a good product in my opinion.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to send a Secure email. Its a simple add-on to Outlook and one click to send a secure email. Our clients find it easy to use as well when sending their documentation. For a small company this is a great solution for secure emails at a good cost.

Cons:

It'd be an even better product if it came with greater storage/memory size without having to pay for more space.

Like it!

Pros:

When I needed help the customer service reply almost immediately to my emails. Our communications and attached documents are HIPPA regulated and our personal information are safe and protected using NeoCertified. The price is very affordable for our small organization. This works great for us.

Cons:

I wish the extension in Google would allow to see the draft and sent messages.

Great, inexpensive product!

Comments: It's great for sending confidential email or email where you want a read receipt and proof the email was opened, including date and time.

Pros:

East of use in Outlook. Ability to obtain a read receipt.

Cons:

The Outlook plugin frequently become disabled. It's an easy fix to re-enable it but I'd prefer not to have to do that.

LOVE IT!

Comments: We are extremely pleased with the customer service! We always get a quick response and they stay with you until the problem is solved.

Pros:

This product has been a life saver for our small non-profit! We love the features available like email retraction. It is very cost effective for our organization. We love that you can use an app from your phone as well.

Cons:

It is not easy to use with Apple products. You have to purchase something to make it compatible which adds to the expense.

Self-Employed & Secure

Pros:

I appreciate that this software can integrate with Outlook, or act as a stand-alone email platform. As a solo practitioner, I like that I only have to pay once per year (and a modest amount at that), and the one time I've needed to reach out to the support team, I got a response within 15 minutes of emailing them!

Cons:

Occasionally, my emails to others will end up in their Spam folder, but honestly I don't think that's NeoCertified's fault at all!

Great product for secure emails

Pros:

NeoCertified is an easy to use, affordable product for a small business like mine. It allows me to send secure emails to our clients and vendors to protect confidential information. With one click of a button in Microsoft Outlook, I can send my secure email.

Cons:

I would like a feature to place a secure link on all of my outgoing emails so that anyone can send me secure information through NeoCertified.

An Excellent Product

Pros:

It allows us to submit sensitive information without fear of being compromised.

Cons:

It does require a new, non-Neocertified customer recipient to create an account in order to view the message. Large organizations with transient staff that get few messages from us sometimes do not log in to view the messages sent.

Neocertified was a better fit than our previous Zixmail

Comments: We are able to send private information such as Protected Health Information, Protected personal/wage information with confidence that it is making it to its destination in a secure manner.

Pros:

We found Neocertified after searching for a replacement for our Zixmail since it wasn't working with my newly updated Windows 10. Neocertified is a simpler process when sending a protected email/attachments as it doesn't require you to authorize every time you do such. Plus, with they are concerned with the PHI under HIPAA as they required some authorizations to move forward which leads me to believe that they are really taking stock in ensuring that the information transmitted meets the security requirements, etc.

Cons:

Since we started using Neocertified in November of 2018, we haven't encountered any problems.

Excellent product and exceptional customer service.

Pros:

This program is perfect for our purposes and has proven to be efficient and more cost-effective than the previous program we had in place. I appreciate the layout, the way the email sends notifications when the recipient has viewed the email, and also the formatting.

Cons:

I have not yet experienced any cons regarding this software. I am completely satisfied with this product and those I have experienced in sales and tech support.

Pros:

NeoCertified is convenient, reliable and very user-friendly. I have had very few issues (which were actually user-error / my own fault) but tech support jumped right in and saved the day. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a safe and secure method to send emails.
