A Teen's Experience

4.0 last year

Comments: Kahoot made high school learning more engaging, injecting fun into studying. Despite some limitations, it was a valuable tool for interactive and collaborative education.

Pros:

Kahoot added a fun and interactive twist to my high school learning. The gamified quizzes made studying enjoyable, encouraging active participation and quick comprehension. Creating and sharing quizzes with classmates was easy, promoting collaborative learning.

Cons:

While Kahoot brought excitement, it might not be ideal for all subjects. The time constraints in quizzes could be limiting, and reliance on good internet made it less accessible in some situations.

Makes learning fun!

4.0 10 months ago

Pros:

Kahoot is just the best for classes and young students. We used it a lot in high school while learning subjects like french and science. It makes learning fun and competing with your class is really fun. Lots of my friends have also used it in university for knowledge assessment

Cons:

The students are allowed to select their own nickname when playing, that creates confusion.

Comments: Fabulous! Love to use Kahoot in meetings, presentations and even as a student. It is fun, engaging, and straightforward to use.

Pros:

Amazing engagement opportunity for students, staff of any time, or any sort of presentation! Easy to engage with, easy to set up and totally a blast!

Cons:

I do wish there were more one-time free options available for those who only need a Kahoot once but overall it's still a great offer at the free level.

Fun Way to Engage a Large Group

5.0 10 months ago

Pros:

I like that the participants willingly and actively engage with the content. It is a great format that challenges people's competitive side while still encouraging people to recall key information.

Cons:

There be more customization options or updates to different ways you can play to test your knowledge. The same style of quizzes can get boring after a while.

My review about a game website called Kahoot!

4.0 last year

Comments: Kahoot! is a really fun quiz game to play with family or friends. I used to play it at school back then before I was 18. However, I took a break from playing the game for a few years until 2023 when I started playing them in [sensitive content hidden] livestreams. I also used to enjoy playing Kahoot quizzes back at school and I always like to put funny nicknames on the screen. Kahoot! is not a perfect game to play online, but I still really enjoy having fun with it. I'm not much of a Kahoot! player but I do enjoy playing the game sometimes when [sensitive content hidden] goes live on YouTube. But I would still recommend playing this game if you are looking for a fun quiz game to play with your family or friends. I don't like it when you get zero points just for answering an incorrect question and the questions depending on the quiz can be kinda hard.

Pros:

Kahoot is a very fun game to play with friends. You get a lot of points for answering the right question. You can share your quiz with family or friends.

Cons:

Whenever you get the wrong answer, you get zero points. Sometimes, the questions can be tricky depending on the quiz.

Amazing Way To Bring Your Team Together

5.0 last year

Comments: Really positive experience. Alot of us remember Kahoot from educational settings and it's a fun throwback to positive classroom learning experiences.

Pros:

Loved that our team could schedule learning sessions while working remotely, it can be hard finding that balance between too much online teambuilding and not enough. Kahoot was fun, easy to set up and enjoyable for everyone.

Cons:

Its hard to name something negative about this product but perhaps it would be helpful if we could change the font? (this might already be available and we just didn't see it) this would help some employees who struggle with vision be able to focus better on fonts they recognize.

Kahoot for the "Win" during staff meetings.

4.0 last year

Comments: Overall I would like to use this all the time with all of our staff meetings to further our education.

Pros:

I like the interactive game play for which we use it for. We have a series of 6+ questions to get the group going.

Cons:

There isn't really any negative about it. It is an app that does what it says it does.

Kahoot Review

5.0 last year

Comments: My overall experience with Kahoot has been really positive my students love it, they even get excited for the reviews, they get engage not just with the questions but with their classmates, and help each other out. It is a user friendly app really easy to understand and use, saves me a lot of time instead of planing a boring review.

Pros:

The thing I like the most about Kahoot is that it makes learning fun for the students, its also a very well plan tool for teachers to make reviews in a fun way for the kids to engage in the topic and learn from it. It is very easy to use and to do the questions.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike at all about Kahoot the price is good and it has a lot of tools to use.

Kahoot is not just for school age students!

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: I have used Kahoot both for in person and online learning and no matter how many times a week I do a Kahoot, students always beg for more! I like that the students are engaged and I can see how well each student is doing instantly without grading anything!

Pros:

Kahoot is easy to use and very engaging for both adults and children. Kahoot can be used to measure how much of information presented a group has learned or as a fun brain break. There are even game modes which increase the engagement for kids. Kahoot can be used both with in person and online participants. Last, a Kahoot can be presented as homework which allows the participant to move at their own pace. The reports are very helpful as well. On many plans folders can be made to organize created or copied Kahoots so that they are easily accessible in the future. While the free version does not offer all of the features of Kahoot, if you are on a tight budget and have a small group (under 40), the free version is good enough, especially at the beginning.

Cons:

There is really nothing I do not like about Kahoot, other than the monthly cost. I would like the game modes to be free, but don't we all want something free? Adults who have never tried it will like the competitiveness and doing something different other than taking a quiz at the end of a workshop.

Kahoot has been pretty helpful

5.0 last year

Pros:

Im a gamer, and I love trivia. To use this product in a game format to help learn about work and school has really been helpful. Im a visual learner but sometimes it helps to be tested.

Cons:

I have only used it for school and work, and in those two instances I have had no problems.
