Pros:

It is very easy to use, especially for customization and integration. It has an extensive range of features, and you can customize it to fit your business needs. You can also integrate it with other Zoho products or other apps. Another great feature is the mobile app which has made tracking of sales and interaction of clients much easier.

Cons:

I have no complaints about this product.

Zoho CRM - Meeting Most Business Needs

Comments: My experience has been positive with Zoho CRM. The platform offers a user friendly interface making it easy to navigate and manage customer relationships.

Pros:

Zoho CRM is user friendly, its flexible with customizations according to your requirements. You can set up the whole lead pipeline with automations for messages and emails. Additionally it offers excellent integration with other tools which enhances productivity. The pricing is also competitive, which make it suitable for business of all sizes i suppose.

Cons:

What i liked least about it is its occasional complexity in navigating certain features, which can be tedious for some users. At times i find it quite challenging to generate customized reports due to user permissions i guess. Also integration with some third party applications can be challenging.

Comments: I have used Zoho CRM for a very long time to successfully manage business development efforts for our organization. It is a top tier application with the features to go along with it.

Pros:

Many features as well as integration capability with other Zoho applications as well as ability configure, even with the free level. Setting follow-up actions/tasks is probably one of the most useful features.

Cons:

Would like better reporting features with more flexibility. Otherwise an amazing product.

Zoho CRM- Comprehensive solution at reasonable price

Comments: Overall really good value for the price that we pay.
The case-wise history maintenance feature actually help us to segment leads and has increased our productivity,
There are too many features which is actually not required for many business, they can cut it to make interface cleaner.

Pros:

The ease of usage; the deals page has drag and drop features which helps in very easy prioritization of pipelines. Creating accounts, leads and contacts are all very easily and gets synched in the back-end. Additionally, assigning of cases to team members is also very easy.

Cons:

The reminders that we set only appears as web-based push notifications and I often tends to lose it. The features are overwhelming in enterprise version and every time we need some help, the team pushes us to do a paid online training. The quality of downloadable charts is not up-to mark and we depend on external pivots and excels and use Zoho CRM downloads as backups.

Cost effective, customisable and backed with AI - Zoho C

Comments: I have been working on the backend where the data from Zoho CRM flows and sits into the database. So overall the experience is good, I took a bit time to learn the data flow inwards and outwards from this tool. The data coming from this tool needs to be simplified before we push it to netsuite and salesforce cloud

Pros:

It comes with an integration support with other tools in the Zoho Suite as well the google suite. It is a good option for CRM for small and mid scale business. The UI is customisable as per needs and comes with an AI powered tool for automated recommendations

Cons:

The customer support is limited and initial learning of the tool requires some technical training. The API exposure to the backend where the customer and sales data flows is also a bit limited

Comments: Overall my experience with Zoho CRM has been very positive. There are many positive aspects that can help any team excel . The AI powered Atomated Sales Assistant Zia is also a great feature

Pros:

Two things I liked the most about Zoho CRM is the AI powered Sales Assistant Zia which has helped me analyze quicker and second the way I was able to Analyze and find a pattern on my member's interaction at multiple touchpoints

Cons:

I was not able to perform a lot of customization probably because I have not explored all the customizations that is possible.

It is the dream of every business to have a tool or rather software that streamlines and optimizes daily operations. Zoho CRM is our go to tool. At an unbeatable price and with no hidden charges we get to enjoy its intuitive UI and sturdy features. During implementation and deployment of Zoho CRM I realized that the migration of our customer,sales and business data from our then solution to Zoho CRM happened soo effortless and with just a few clicks we were done. Even while an of our teams is working remotely, Zoho CRM ensures that there are no challenges of accessing customer information. It ensures boundless access to customer data at any time from their mobile devices and that way it keeps them on the go to continue with business proceeds and close those deals. Zoho CRM brings the two main business processes into a single place ie customers and sales management which has enabled us to optimize these operations meaningfully. Pros:

Zoho CRM offers a lot of customization options allowing business to tailor it based on needs. This included extra fields, layouts, modules, and reports. It has a user-friendly interface that can be easily configured with easy accessibility to all information with simple clicks. It has good integration capabilities with other applications with free and paid add-ons. Cost is acceptable compared to other competitive software and has variety of options based on the level of functionalities needed.

Cons:

Some advanced features are not easy to implement and require certain knowledge and skills to be configured. Based on the license level, some customer support is not the best experience you look for in a cloud solution. Mobile app is missing some of the main features that are needed to have access to CRM information.

It also offers automation. Mobile Accessibility with the app

Cons:

Zoho CRM is user-friendly, but mastering its full range of features and customization options requires time and training, especially for users who are new to CRM software. There is limited customer support with long response times and difficulty in getting timely assistance for technical issues or queries. I personally have had a few issues with some minor glitches and the first response back is always some canned response that is annoying. After about 3 tries, they then ask you to send a video of the issue, and then MAYBE someone will help fix it all. There are still issues I am having after a year that have not been fixed, and these glitches are affecting my automation. For complex customization, may require technical expertise or assistance from Zoho's professional services, which incurs additional costs. Scalability: While Zoho CRM is suitable for small to medium-sized businesses, some larger enterprises may find its scalability limited compared to other CRM solutions on the market. Other: offline functionality of Zoho CRM is limited, which may pose challenges for users who frequently work in environments with poor or no internet connectivity.

Pros:

To the best of my knowledge, Zoho CRM has a unique feature, which is an artificial intelligence known as Zia that can analyze future sales trends and trends in general. ​

Cons:

We have noted that switching between two different modules is not easy and may sometimes even appear imprecise, especially if it is being done by a novice.

Zoho Fits Our Business Needs

Comments: Overall Zoho CRM has been a game changer for our small business. We would not be able to get the same level of functionality out of many other platforms at this price range. Our industry needs can be specific, and most of the time it's difficult to find systems that can provide what we need at the base level configuration, so editing is usually always required. For us, Zoho's editing capabilities are what really sell the system since we can pretty much make it fit our requirements.

Pros:

Zoho CRM makes it easy to manage basically an entire database for our business. The editing features are extensive, allowing you to tailor-make just about anything to fit your needs. We've altered most of the pre-set sections to fit our industry-specific programs which has massively increased the effectiveness of our business.

Cons:

Because it offers so much flexibility there is a fairly large learning curve to setting it up how you'd like it to be, and some aspects can get a little finicky. For example, it takes a lot of tweaking to get the visuals and functionality correct on specialized views if you've done a lot of editing.

Zoho CRM Admin for over a decade!

Pros:

What help us choose Zoho CRM over other platforms is the customization. This allowed us to put together a custom tailored user experience. As our company has grown we have been able to take advantage of the integration with other platforms. Zoho CRM workflows i.e. automations are heaven sent! We have been able to automate so many of our emails, field updates, quotes and sales orders etc. To keep things simple this CRM is flexible, scalable and has a ton of options.

Cons:

Because you have so much flexibility the learning curve can be a bit overwhelming at first. We are on a ZohoOne Enterprise edition and the ZohoOne team has help me countless times with Flows and integrations. When searching for a phone number it can be picky, for example if I have a phone number 888-888-8888 i have to include the hyphen. I can't just search the phone number 8888888888.

Comments: Overall a positive experience for the price we have paid for this tool. As more and more users are starting to use this tool, I expect to have better features developed in future.

Pros:

Cost is most important feature and graphics made available makes the tool more pleasing then just crunching numbers everyday. As install base is growing, we are able to recruit team members who have used this tool in some way or shape in their past lives. Internet calling feature to protect our identity is a great feature.

Cons:

Internet calling phone numbers sometimes show up as spam calling on customers cellphone which is concerning.
