What i really like with Evernote Business is, it has option to integrated with software like Gmail and Google Drive.

Managing documents using the best tools
Comments: I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked; the business version has many quick tools that are easier to use than other programs I've used. I heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a diary management program because it has a ton of features in a single tool, and with a little practice, you can master using it for work purposes.
Pros:
A distinctive program that contains many features such as:- It offers options for habit trackers, personal trackers, and other things. - The Offline Access service, which is exceptional and unmatched, was appealing to me.
Cons:
Users struggle to complete tasks when software has a lot of functionality, and I believe it to be costly.
Divorce Due to Severe Incompatibility
Pros:
It offers everything an application you can use for note-taking can provide.
Cons:
Evernote suddenly and severely restricted free usage a few months ago. He suddenly "forced" you to buy in a very serious way. This was a terrible approach. It was an application that I liked, admired and used frequently on a daily basis, but I never liked this mafia attitude. The attitude that made the user very uncomfortable and forced them to pay was not nice at all. I would like to underline that this is coercion and what they are doing is pure bullying. We shouldn't be forced to suddenly subscribe like this. They could have made their advanced features very enticing to encourage purchase, but they chose to make you feel obligated to do so, and that made me feel terrible. Although it did its job well, I started looking for alternatives.
What makes Evernote Teams Software interesting
Pros:
The robust organization capabilities of Evernote Teams are particularly impressive. The tagging system and search functionality allow users to quickly locate information, regardless of its format or when it was created.
Cons:
Overwhelming: If the to-do list becomes too long or if tasks are not prioritized effectively, it can lead to feeling overwhelmed, causing stress and anxiety.
Effective app for team collaboration
Comments:
My team uses Evernote Team for a year now: our projects consists mostly of creating specific dashboards for different departments within the company. As these are rather complex dashboards, with lots of KPIs and specific metrics, there is a lot of research and documentation work that is linked to the creation of such dashboard. Hence, we use Evernote Teams to store documentation, mock-ups, "how-to" guides, definitions for each metric and KPI, workflows and code for data extraction and transformation.
Overall, Evernote Teams is used as a central repository of our knowledge, while Spaces allow us to navigate between projects and access/re-use related files.
In the beginning it felt that the application is not as user-friendly as expected, as it takes a bit of a learning curve. However, since I was previously a fervent user of Evernote as a note taking app, I managed to share that with the team members and to make it as our tool of choice for work. The search feature is great, as we have so many types of files in our spaces, including snapshots of a white board, so it makes it easier when it searches inside an image.
Pros:
Although at the company level we have a dedicated storage solution (Box), Evernote Teams is perfect for smaller teams of 5-8 people. I find the centralized repository that it offers as being the most useful, and the "Spaces" perfect for categorizing documentation by project. Integration with MS Teams is also a great addition, since we use Teams for all our calls.
Cons:
I have tried using the task management aspect of it, but it is not easy to manage as in the current Rally tool that I use for this purpose. Also, the export functions are slighlty cumbersome and limited.
The best tool to manage your notes and tasks all in one in the cloud
Comments: All my notes in one tool, including tasks and the ability to merge the tasks with the notes to add more control and context
Pros:
The search options, attachments, capacity and great design options to manage the notes makes this tool perfect for me. The fact that my notes and tasks all merged in the same tool is a great value to organise my work
Cons:
The design of the task management could be improved

What I liked most about Evernote Teams is the ease it provided for myself to communicate with my group and my team, both together and individually. It provided a clear path to what was needed to be done, and gave me a path to complete my tasks without getting confused. It saved me a lot if time.
Cons:

An essential tool that started to bloat and cost more
Pros:
I started with Evernote in 2010, in the first few years it launched. It was groundbreaking for both consumers and, especially, for small business owners looking for record organization karma. It was a bliss for me for more than a decade. I loved the multi-device support and simplified web-clipping the most. I also loved the dark mode in the app and the web, although the desktop took longer to implement.
Cons:
In the past few years, the UI started to get confusing and bloated with poorly organized dashboard elements. It felt crowded and a little messy to me. There were bugs in design synching between the mobile app, desktop software, and web interface. Their own spelling tool grew inferior (it was behind many modern terms). My last straw was a sizable hike in pricing this year, from $74 to $130 per year for me. That's 75%! I switched to Zoho Notebook which comes included in Zoho One that I use for business, anyway, at no additional cost.
Make your day productive
Comments: Evernote Teams allows me to read all my notes that are synchronized without the need for an internet connection, physical calendars are a thing of the past, now all my notes and reminders are digitized with Evernote Teams, This software also helps me find notes when there are already many notes saved in this software, with its search option and filter support.
Pros:
I like Evernote Teams because it saves my information through notes, it has also helped a lot to increase my productivity and performance at work, with Evernote Teams we can create a manual account or we can link our Gmail account automatically. Saving notes is quite practical with Evernote I can access them whenever I want on any device whether Android or iPhone or on a computer, and changes or if we add a new note is automatically synchronized and can be seen in real time by everyone on my team.
Cons:
While I've found a lot to love about Evernote Teams, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. At first, I had some issues with the user interface, as it took me some time to navigate through its features. If you are new to the platform, expect a learning curve. Cost is another factor; It's a paid service, and for small teams or individuals who don't need a full suite of collaboration tools, the expense may not be worth it.

My go to note taking app for years
Pros:
i have been a daily user for more than 2 years now and it's incredible how it evolved for better. I have my notes and tasks on the app. And can access it all the time. Simple couldn't live without it at this point.

Why you need Evernote for your business whether it's large or small.
Comments: It's been a positive experience using Evernote Teams. Their product is well designed, well thought out and beautifully implemented.
Pros:
Teams allows you to do exactly as the name suggests. Work in a Team setting. You can use Evernote as a stand alone piece but it is so much better when you're able to collaborate with your team.
Cons:
As a whole organization we do not use Evernote Teams but as a department we do. So getting organizational buy in was a little more difficult than using a product like Microsoft Teams.
