A great Shopify marketing platform!

Comments: Their dev team is available, will get on a call with you, and will help you troubleshoot any issues!

Pros:

Data sync with Shopify and you can easily setup automations and campaigns off of that data.

Cons:

Missing some features in reporting and automations and sms that would be extremely helpful.

Choose Omnisend, you won't regret it!

Comments: We have been Omnisend clients for about two years and are quite happy with our experience thus far.

Pros:

They have great account managers, I have always been able to get into contact with my account manager or a support team member quickly. They are also constantly updating features, if there isn't a feature available you can request them to look into it. Most of my requests have been addressed or fixed. Lastly it is a very cost-efficient platform, I researched many others and Omnisend had an extremely competitive cost.

Cons:

Originally the SMS program was very simple, but it has evolved with feature changes and updates. Now it gives the functionality of most other platforms.

Alternatives Considered: Klaviyo

Reasons for Choosing Omnisend: Expensive and required too much dev team participation in order to do anything technical.

Switched From: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Reasons for Switching to Omnisend: Omnisend had a better price, specifically the unlimited email sends. That was a big factor in why we went with omnisend.

Brands. Sales. Automatic.

Pros:

It does help your push/force sales based off its automated system set up. It also helps towards branding your emails.

Cons:

As far as integration and it’s deliverability rate? It’s not the greatest. I have a huge issue about it’s ability to deliver ALL of my interactions, this is essentially what this specific software is made for.

Overall Good Can Get Expensive

Pros:

Omnisend has been a great ESP solution for my business. I have used several marketing & digital platforms in my professions career and overall, the ease of use and features for the cost are outstanding.

Inability to have more custom landing pages and use custom domains for landing pages

Took a while to figure out the many many options and create the right strategy using the most appropriate ones.

Love Omnisend!

Comments: We have loved working with Omnisend, the quarterly meetings are helpful to give us new things to try and strategies to implement. They also ask for our opinion on features we would like to see and take them back to the developers and overall we've seen positive changes come from that.

Pros:

I love the email builder, it's very easy to work with and understand. Also their customer support is AMAZING. If an issue arises they are quick to respond and help us figure out the problem. They also are continuing to integrate with apps that shopify uses and we've been enjoying the benefits of that.

Cons:

Our company really loved the scratch and win feature and it was removed when the builder was upgraded. Also when utilizing the mobile only features there is a button at the bottom that displays the email again with desktop features which can be slightly confusing to customers.

Omnisend is the most cost effective system that is fully featured

Comments: I have been with Omnisend for over 5 years now and I have tried numerous platforms. I am happy with their pricing that is fit for SMBs and also the support who is always online to assist. The features are more than enough to generate high revenue and ROI.

Pros:

Omnisend is such an amazing email system. It is cost effective and also has all the features you need for running your ecommerce business.

I would love to see AI incorporated more into the platform in terms of insights and reporting.

For my more limited use, based in South Africa where the $ is much stronger than the local currency, it's a bit expensive for my business.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything, we’d love to see more advanced options for integrating more niche platforms. But overall, it’s been an excellent fit for our needs.

Minimalistic and efficient

The interface is not overwhelming, it offers tools and settings that are very essential for email marketing automation without overcomplicating things with unnecessary features or a specific in-app lingo.

The navigation needs a refresh. I think a left bar navigation with links and sublinks will be more efficient.

Omnisend is a perfect shot, it barely let me down.

Great product, needs more freedom of sending.

Comments: Overall it's good. I would entertain a different company if we could just send to our contact list as it stands, instead of spending whole weeks of hours each year clearing out people who want to be on our list but who usually only buy once ever year to two years due to the great lasting standard of our product.

Pros:

Streamlined and quick, user friendly. Has some interesting tools that make sending emails quick.

Cons:

We have a high-ticket item and decades-lasting product. Our products are things that men hand down to sons. So having to keep my contacts so strictly under 1% disengaged if very trying. We only send to people who willingly sign up and it takes me longer each week to keep these contacts something that Omnisend wants it to be than a collective 6 months of writing email content!

Checks all the boxes- definitely worth trying

Pros:

I've worked with a lot of email platforms and was not very familar with Omnisend when I started a new role. I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease of use, analytics and quality templates. Their online resources are helpful and easy to interpret while their support team has been one of the best I've encountered.

Cons:

I have not encountered issues during my first 6 months working with Omnisend.
