Comments: So far so good!
Pros:
The features are great and they actually work! After trying every software on capterra and more, FieldPulse allowed me to stop looking and get back to business. As an owner/operator I'm able to access the features I need in the field as well as the desktop. All the features are there in addition to many customization options. And the support is second to none. I've been able to get a human at all hours of the day and they are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Getting set up was a breeze and the support team guided me every step of the way (when needed). A slick gui AND good functionality? I'll take it.
Cons:
It could be more customizable, but isn't too limited. There are certain features that I'd like to see that aren't currently present, but then again no one does it all. And any software that had these features certainly lacked in most others. The team is also very responsive and interested in user feature requests. Sure, it's got it's bugs here and there. But when I mention one, the team usually knows about it and are on it already. That, or it was user malfunction.

Great Software
Comments: Overall, Fieldpulse has been great and has allowed us to serve our customers better than previously. We have looked at other service software companies and we still like Fieldpulse and we like that Fieldpulse are constantly upgrading and adding features to the platform, which tells me they are listening to their subscribers/customers!
Pros:
Ease of use. Great for small companies down to a 1 man company. Helps streamline operations
Cons:
3 small things. I wish we could add the 3% to an invoice or estimate even if were connected to QB. Secondly would be the ability to eithe integrate with a 3rd party price book. Its difficult/cumbersome for small companies to establish a full blown flat rate pricing book(s). lastly, subcontractor usage. Would like to see the ability to have sub oversight. Currently, they have to be a part of the platform which raises cost and they won't need consistent access to the platform. MAybe a hybrid that they have functionality only on assigned jobs...

Comments: I have had a great experience with FieldPulse. I have started my business using it and it has helped me get ahead of the curve when it comes to adding customers and scheduling work. Also invoicing and accepting payments has been super easy as well
Pros:
Ability to schedule and add customers and payments all from my phone in the field
Cons:
Support can be difficult at times but when I do have a issue we can get it figured out even if it takes longer then I think it should

Avoid Field Pulse
Comments: In short, over promise and under deliver. Other than the initial meeting with the sales rep, it was poor customer service. The FSM itself is very similar to other competitors like Housecall Pro, Jobber, and so on.
Pros:
The FSM seemed promising for our plumbing & heating business upon the sales presentation. QuickBooks integration was nice which was a must for us.
Cons:
The platform itself has glitches and is not that user friendly as Field Pulse sales rep made it seem. Was promised 3 training sessions to learn the platform but they only delivered on 1 training session with a fellow who's internet connection was so poor we didn't get much done. When I followed up on the other 2 training sessions I was told they would get back to me. I followed up on that, still nothing for the last 3 weeks. Now it has been over two weeks to hear back from their cancellation team. As a owner operator with only few employees, who has time to spent hours to learn a new system. My recommendation is keep looking.

How FieldPulse Has Made My Life Better
Comments: Overall my experience has been good with Field Pulse because I'm still learning different aspects of the program. My Input Technician and Receptionist uses it more than I do, but I can do what I need to do with it.
Pros:
What I liked most about Field Pulse is the notifications you get each time there is a service and it also let your clients know that you have received it.
Cons:
The thing that I like least about Field Pulse is having to put my invoices on a usb drive to print multiple copies because my old system allowed for me to print them all at once without having to put them on a drive.

5 star product with 5 star support behind it
Comments: Everything has been a great experience working their team. From the sales team to the onboarding and support teams, they were more useful and knowledgeable than their Service Titan counterparts, or other apps we’ve tried.
Pros:
The onboarding and support teams with Field Pulse have been far superior to our experiences with Service Titan or other products. The mobile app is also a vast improvement from other products and has virtually no limitations from the website features.
Cons:
The lack of payroll features is really the only issue I have with this product. It’s a fairly large issue for us but the support and development team has been working with me on workarounds.

One of the few times that cheaper paid off.
Comments: It is a well rounded field management software that isn't as popular as it should be. There was a time the Pricebook didn't work right, you couldn't add multiple quantities of a service which made it unusable, but they have since updated that and is the biggest reason I made the switch from HCP.
Pros:
I like how it can do so much and you have the option to run your business how you would like. I like the Pricebook and creating options. There is a lot of customization. I love the pipeline and statuses of jobs, quotes, invoices, etc it's really helpful and of course all customizable.
Cons:
I was a little skeptical that I had to sign up for a year, something I wouldn't normally do, but having used it for a few months now, I'm really glad I did. With that said, I wish reporting was better and wish it looked more modern, it's definitely dated looking. I wish I felt like there was a bigger group of people using the software, like HCP, their Facebook group is large and very active. Always just relying on customer support is only one way to look at things. Overall I'm happy I'm with Fieldpulse, after having used Jobber and HCP for many years.

Look no farther
Comments: I give it a 10 out of 10. Customer service along with the onboarding process and the continued follow up after becoming a customer, I give them a 11 out of 10. They have made the switch over to them seamless. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone has been with Field Pulse.
Pros:
The team environment that customer service has with us. I like the ability to customize the forms to show what is needed and even to create our own forms to suit our needs. The ability to sent out contracts and take payments is another big aspect with Field Pulse. Once you understand how the Jobs and Invoices are tailored it makes keeping everything in place, nice and neat.
Cons:
When I have found something that did not work as efficient as it could the team at Field Pulse always has found a way to fix it. The ability to pull reports could be done better. The software is so detailed that sometimes pulling a simple report can be cumbersome.

Excellent Data Management Program
Comments: Tremendous, in any relationship there are ups and downs especially when you change systems (there is always the negative what did we lose/what's different approach). The Fieldpulse team has worked diligently with our management team to mitigate the feeling of loss, which has allowed for the teams to focus on all the things we have gained. This has made the change management side of things much easier.
Pros:
The ease of data entry and communication with the customers is exceptional, our admin team loves how much time they save over our previous system.
Cons:
If I am being hyper critical, I find the reporting could use a few more field options to increase the data points you can compare. That being said the team at Fieldpulse has been exceptional at working with our organization to provide corrections and adjustments where necessary to make the program work more effectively for us. I am sure this is already on their radar, and will be enhanced.

Fieldpulse changed the way we work
Comments: Fieldpulse has been a game changer for Pro Pool Team. We were able to centralize all the different types of work and customers into one system, that our clients love. The support staff is amazing, especially Holly, who help work through several issues we had at the start up. You get real people who seem to really care about your success on the Fieldpulse platform.
Pros:
Fieldpulse was easy to set up and to get started. Fieldpulse is very flexible with the setup allowing us to customize our workflow for our industry. Our customers love the portal and the ease of making payment and tracking job history for their locations.
Cons:
We have had a few issues with the engage phone system, but Fieldpulse is continually improving the software.

FieldPulse is Fantastic!
Comments: FieldPulse allows me, as an estimator, to create organized proposals to send to our clients. It's also nice to have so many features like being able to duplicate older proposals. That saves me a lot of time!
Pros:
Organized, easy way to manage projects from estimate to completion.
Cons:
I don't like the catalog of line items having to save every different line item that's edited.

Outstanding Customer Support and Easy to Use
Pros:
For starters, FieldPulse customer support is outstanding! My Customer Success Specialist, [sensitive content hidden], promptly responds to all my inquiries. To me, great customer support is a priority, especially regarding the software I use to run my business. I've had bad experiences with companies who don't care much about their customers. So, seeing how attentive [sensitive content hidden] is to my needs is very refreshing. Secondly, the software is very easy to use. I was offered an onboarding/training call that I haven't done yet. But even without the training, I was able to hop in and start creating customers, estimates, and invoices in minutes. The very intuitive interface makes even a novice comfortable about using the system. I look forward to scheduling my training call to use all the features offered to help grow and manage my business.
Cons:
I guess one negative would be having to purchase add-ons to utilize the system fully. Having a business phone number tied into the system is a necessity. For that to happen with FieldPulse, you must purchase the Engage add-on, increasing the monthly cost. But with that said, they give you 5 new phone numbers and unlimited minutes and texts. Every correspondence is attached to the client dashboard. So now I use only one phone number to communicate with my clients instead of using FB Messenger, Instagram DMs, and personal text messages. It is much easier to keep track of everything this way. You can also port your existing phone number into the system if needed. Even with the extra monthly cost of the Engage add-on, FieldPulse is still cheaper than most other field management/CRM services available. So I guess the small increase in cost really isn't a negative after all.

Comments: Fantastic. Field Pulse gives me 90% of the functionality of other competing softwares, at 1/3 of the cost.
Pros:
Field Pulse is the lowest cost option in our industry and the simple setup is as quick and simple.
Cons:
UI could use some improvement and I’d love more customizable options, like custom fields that could be used in report building.

Comments: It has been great. I'm a newer, smaller company, and the amount they offer for the price that I am paying is extremely competitive. Their customer service, easy to use software, and price point have made it easy to run 90% of my company's administrative needs on just their application. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.
Pros:
Easy setup. Amazing software for everything from invoicing, customer contact management, bookkeeping, and all organizational features that I need to run my heating and air company. Also haven't had any sort of bugs or anything on the software which I had with other similar applications.
Cons:
This isn't a huge deal, but I would like to see more customization options for their forms. That is a big thing to be able to have and use on certain jobs, like estimates or tune-ups, and would be nice to be able to send to the customer as well. I would like to have the ability to have options on certain questions of the form, as well as being able to attach a file or picture to specific form questions. Similar to other software systems that I have used in the past.

Easy to use and Efficient setup.
Pros:
The customer service representatives that I interacted with were the best part for me. I created a number of problems for myself by importing records incorrectly. The fact that they have fluent + native English speaking teams in both the US and NZ made it easy to always have someone to talk to.
Cons:
Additional automation features, things like integration with pabbly would be ideal.

Pros:
FieldPulse is jam packed with features and is integrating more features over time. We left HousecallPro for FieldPulse and also considered Service Titan at one point, but don’t regret this decision.
