We chose Birdeye because of its ability to integrate with our clients dental softwares.
Sometimes old correspondence will pop up in our 'Open' inbox and I'm not sure why that is. It could be user error, but IDK.

Helping Your Customer Help Themselves
Comments: Birdeye has been great in communications now that I have a dedicated rep. Her help each month is invaluable and helps troubleshoot any issues pretty quickly.
Pros:
Ability to have all clients fall under one account and dashboard.
Cons:
Would like for the texting tool to be more robust.
Birdeye Platform Review
Comments: Birdeye has its ups and downs like any platform, but I do enjoy using it. Especially the contacts I have at Birdeye. They are always super helpful and responsive!
Pros:
Everything is in one place and there is a suite of products that can make everything all-encompassing.
Cons:
Sometimes it can be glitchy or take a while to load. Now and then, there's an update and that update may erase listing data. Sometimes there's an issue with the Google Business Profile connection where it doesn't send data or information to GBP.
Disappointing experience
Comments: Poor. After multiple attempts to fix my concerns and create a beneficial experience my concerns were not met, I have been trying to cancel my account for 4 months and have had multiple emails ignored.

The social media scheduling was handy ..
Cons:
The communication was very poor, I went months with no response to email communication. I received less than 10 reviews through Birdeye in the 5 months I was under contract, their system did not communicate with my booking system correctly which meant we had multiple missed opportunities, I then had clients who received review requests multiple times - even if they had already left a review. I had 5 zoom calls in the effort to set up, and then resolve my concerns that all took over 45 minutes and unfortunately I left each call uncertain of a clear outcome. I found the language barrier very hard and a lot of things were misunderstood.

Birdeye within the Vet World
Comments: Overall experience with Birdeye is great. They are very helpful and informative. They help as soon as we ask for it and go above and beyond when it comes to showing us what we can do and use.
Pros:
I love the customizable social feature. We have multiple clinics that all have different logos and colors. This helps make it very easy to post to all clinics at once. We also love the Reporting software. Its very easy to use and gives us all the basics that we need. Or if we would like to go in depth we can.
Cons:
Survey integration has been our least favored item. It seems like we will need to change the way the front desk checks customers in, in order to use this correctly and this could get very messy. I loved how easy it is to use and customize but when it comes down to the front desk remembering to change the way they work on a day to day it will be difficult to incorporate and implement.

Comments: Great onboarding and support. Their onboarding team was so patient with us to make sure we were happy.
Pros:
So many additional features without having to hire another partner.
Cons:
So far after a year we have had great success.

Comments: Fairly positive overall. Wish SMS marketing was an easier/better process.
Pros:
Review management features, the social media integration is fantastic! Very easy to use.
Cons:
SMS marketing list segmentation needs serious work. The tags are complicated and confusing. Cannot send SMS marketing to more than one list at a time.

Pros:
I like Birdeye. It has many options to help direct and manage multiple social media sites; and it’s user-friendly. It also offers options for auto-reply and auto-populate. This feature helps streamline the process when replying to client reviews, comments, and inquiries.
Cons:
Nothing at the present time that is least helpful when utilizing Birdeye.

All Spin No Substance
Comments: All Spin - Brokers steer clearWe are a mortgage brokerage in Australia who were sold on this by slick sales staff who constantly bad mouthed their competitors. The product is not fit for purpose, after sales support is deplorable, people don't respond, completely disregard or ignore question or concers and even address you by the wrong name. We are seeking a refund as this product is not fit for purpose and has not delivered as promised, and have been completely ignored. We will be making official complaints with Australian authorities should things not improve within the week.
Cons:
Awful after sales service and rude operators who don't know what they are doing

Alternatives Considered:
We've been using Birdeye effectively for upwards of 3 years
Comments: Love how you can set it and forget it and it will do its job month after month, year after year, reliably.
Pros:
The ease of integration and automation to dental practice management systems for us and our clients is superb. Super simple to install. Customer service has also been superb, they are dedicated to solving problems.
Cons:
The actual interface can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate.
Their contract is outrageously misleading
Comments: see above. Overall, they are super responsive- until you try to cancel your contract.
Pros:
Birdeye worked well enough for review management. I think that everything they do can be done in zapier or high level for about 1/10th the cost.
Cons:
The contract states that it is 12 months. Ok fine. HOWEVER- it auto renews and they won't let you cancel until the next 12 months. It's worse than a big box gym membership. And guess what?? It's a total scam because once everything is set up in birdeye (which I did btw- not them), it's set and forget. Meaning- they are doing nothing to contribute to the value of their initial offering. Which is fine- but don't keep me hostage to some insane contract.
Great Product. Highly Recommend
Comments: Birdeye has come a very long way since we first started working with them in 2016. They have always had exceptional customer service and a super fast turn-around time on support tickets.
Pros:
Being able to automate review responses saves my team HOURS of work each week. It's been a huge game changer.
Cons:
Birdeye does a lot of things right and has continued to release many different features over the years we've been working together. I can't think of anything I dislike about Birdeye. Any issues I've had have been handled right away. They have been more than accommodating.

Easy to use for businesses as well as clients. We have received a significant increase in reviews The chat feature has changed our business for the better.

The contacts don’t always migrate properly. Sometimes it only transfer a email or phone number but not both

Simple to Use, All-in-one Platform
Comments: We've been using it for a few years and I find that setup and ongoing use is simple and easy to use.
Pros:
Everything can easily be managed, monitored, and updated in the platform.
Cons:
It does seem to disconnect from social platforms more than I'd like. That is most likely on the social platform side though.

Helpful For Reviews
Comments: Overall, we are really pleased with what we are getting with this tool and plan to continue using it.
Pros:
Super helpful to have this tool keeping us in the loop with reviews coming in for our clients! Definitely a big time saver for us. It is also nice to get reports directly to the person who needs that information.
Cons:
The platform is not a user-friendly as many of the other tools I have used. It took a while to learn to navigate to everything that I was looking for.

Zero stars would be appropriate
Comments: They have not generated any leads for us & they don't provide the promised service. They don't deliver any service and don't care to respond except to charge us monthly. Seems to be no more than elaborate scam of small business and would recommend it be avoided. Had to cancel our credit card to stop them from charging us.
Pros:
None. There is nothing positive about this organisation.It appears to be an elaborate scam!

Impossible to cancel. Avoid at all costs.

Pros:
I love the live chats as they are in real time. It is a great way to get quick answers to clients. Also being able to attach a photo to the chat is great.
Cons:
The live chat doesn't always reload/ upload new chats. If on it for too long you need to log out, log back in and then they will be displayed.

Comments: We've been with them for several years, and the value you receive is top-notch for this type of service. We have reviewed at least 10 of them over the years and have stayed with Birdeye since they provide great support.
Pros:
One of the best things about Birdeye is the customer service. Our agency rep [sensitive content hidden] has been spot on answering our questions and getting resolutions to any issues we have. He has also been very supportive, providing assets to help us grow.Our clients would most likely not have a review system in place without us bringing a solution to the table, and Birdeye has allowed us to provide this comprehensive solution to help build our client pages on social platforms.
Cons:
There are some small glitches with the connections, but that seems like an issue with a lot of platforms that are using API connections. You have to monitor your connections to make sure everything is still running smoothly. The monthly recap is a great way to identify missing connections but you still need to make sure things are connected properly.
I now know what my customers are thinking.
Pros:
I began using Birdseye solely for the purpose of surveying my customers after installations. Now im diving in to all the other amazing things it has to offer! Mostly though, I am impressed that the price is as good as it is.
Cons:
The website is a little overwhelming, but rest assured its worth it!
