SAP Review
Comments: My overall experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is excellent. I hope they maintain this quality.
Pros:
The interface is very clear. I've been looking for a program like this for a long time. I definitely recommend.
Cons:
Sometimes it can be difficult to reach customer service. Sometimes the program may slow down.
Great ERP solution to simplify business processes and boost productivity
Comments: My overall experience with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud is great. It offers you scalability, higher availability, and great disaster management.
Pros:
1) It offers you flexibility and scalability. You can choose the best subscription plan for your business as per requirement. 2) Another benefit of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud is that it periodically provides you an innovation cycle. So you get access early access to new technologies and developments. 3) It lets you simplify business processes and helps you to drive digital transformation. 4) It facilitates higher availability as well as great disaster management.
Cons:
We never encountered any problem with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud till now.
Why do we still suffer this program?
Comments: The overall experience is not great. It's a game of mental gymnastics every time I need to use the program, having to memorize a specific order of oddly placed button clicks to accomplish simple tasks. Our clients who use SAP always speak in SAP-jargon and somehow expect us to understand them, making the experience worse.
Pros:
It was slightly better than SAP 3 or whatever the native desktop app we switched from was. It has okay customization options so you can remove some unused buttons, but that was the only improvement.
Cons:
I honestly dread hearing that we are taking on a new client that uses SAP. Sure, SAP can be a powerful tool and has a lot of features, but it is too overwhelming. You need a weeklong course to just understand the basics of this program. Every function (and there are SO MANY) is not clearly labeled, instead using some alpha-numeric code (VL02, MIGO, etc), or a title that doesn't really match what it is you are trying to do. I've never used a program that takes so many button clicks to accomplish simple tasks like printing a Bill of Lading. The UI is extremely outdated.
Streamlining Retail Supply chains with SAP S/4HANA
Pros:
SAP S/4HANA offers immediate visibility into inventory, demand, and supplier performance, optimizing inventory management and reducing stockouts, while seamlessly integrating procurement, production, warehousing, and distributions, fostering, collaboration, and streamlining.
Cons:
Complex implementation is one of the major cons, it demands careful planning, skilled personnel, and substantial training investment. There are more challenges while comes to customizing SAP S/4 HANA compared to SAP MM .
S/4HANA helped massively boost our manufacturing processes
Comments: Our operations have been boosted massively by S/4HANA. With it, we've not only saved time and reduce human error by automating a lot of our repetitive operations, but we've also set up a system where data from all kinds of different areas flow down, get consolidated, and then charted to boost our data-driven decision making. It's pretty costly an difficult to set up, but once you have it up and running, it'll really boost your operations.
Pros:
The best thing about it is just how integrated it is. We really needed a system where we didn't have to sync a dozen different tools together to run our operations, and S/4HANA has been a lifesaver in that regard. All the modules are linked together so you don't have to worry about integration health and all the data gets synced straight away
Cons:
The pricing is a big disadvantage. It could be an issue for companies looking to use SAP to support their expansion.
SAP for use in production management
Comments: Very good when one is in need of planning their production process. SAP speeds up the production process seamlessly, and reduces the need of unnecessary movement and paperwork. You also get to learn a lot at a go since SAP has options for different logins to cater for each department needs. SAP also provides training for those with interest which I think makes it different from other software.
Pros:
Ease of accessibility to the system and ease of use. I learnt how to use SAP in production, logistics and storekeeping in a week. SAP is practical and sustainable as it reduces the need of numerous paper work and one is able to track sales orders from the past if a customer decides to repeat the same sales order.
Cons:
I feel SAP needs to work on notifying users on changes made by the administrator. This causes a lot of confusion especially when sales orders are completed only to find that a customer changed their production order. In large manufacturing facilities, the production team barely gets the time to follow up on past sales orders.
A must have for your business
Pros:
I love the convenience of being able to track inventory, cost, quality plans and so much more all in the same application
Cons:
Getting comfortable with the layout and then BOOM an update
My experience with SAP
Pros:
User Interface is easy and simple to use.
Cons:
Been using it for over a year and no complaints thus far!

Cost saver and Flexible
Comments: Did lots of data migration and haven't seen anything that goes wrong. I can easily trust my data kept safe there. Also used graph data processing feature time to time and predictive analytics feature, can easily recommend as works great.
Pros:
Fastest SAP product ever as it operated and built for cloud, never had a connection issue. Simplifies processes and can improve user experience.
Cons:
First time users need serious training and the product could be expensive for small or medium businesses, so should be considered for large companies.

A consultant perspective on S/4 HANA Cloud
Pros:
S/4 HANA Cloud brings a refreshing upgrade experience, which has always been a pain in every organization I have worked with. It also you forces you to re-focus your business processes, as the upgrade responsibility now occurs when dictated by SAP. Something great about having the most up to date system is S/4 is very focused on enabling APIs to interact with your ERP. Since you are constantly updating, you have available the latest APIs.
Cons:
Its main strength is also its weakness. Your business users have to be very focused on validating the base functionality after an upgrade. It can be time consuming at times, but is essential to ensure business continuity.

SAP HANA Review for Business perspective
Pros:
Basically this is Enterprise resource planning. It helps business to integrate all the things and make things easy and understandable. More importantly it works proactively and functionality are awesome and helpful for the users
Cons:
We can say this bit expensive for some buisness. It includes very much data so sometimes it becomes hard to find data
Excellent ERP software
Comments: My overall experience has been really good. I use SAP Hana daily and it really makes my work more efficient since it has so much data in it that gives accurate reports and analytics of our operations.
Pros:
One of the best features of SAP HANA is its high performance and real-time processing capabilities. Because it stores data in memory rather than on disk, it can handle large amounts of data and provide fast query response times. This boosts all operations of our company and minimizes downtime.
Cons:
Can be complex in the beginning like all ERP tools. It also has limited integration possibilities with non-SAP systems.
SAP's platform for the future
Comments: Must-use for all SAP customers, given that it is critical to SAP's success as an enterprise software company.
Pros:
Started using HANA 5 years ago with v1 SPS5 back when it was just released for SAP BW. Back then it was "only" an in-memory DB. With each new SPS release, HANA became better with more DB features integrated. Fast forward to today, it is a full-fledged database platform with enterprise features that rival (and in some cases) even bests Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, et al. For customers who intend to use SAP for the foreseeable future, you would no doubt have HANA already as part of your existing if not future SAP roadmap, given that support for the traditional DBs is until 2025. SAP HANA, which is re-written from the ground up to fully take advantage of today's modern hardware, supports multi-threaded CPU architecture, use of terabytes of memory to run its in-memory database capabilities, columnar & row based database with full-fledged compression, full support of PL-SQL and many other application components. From a hardware perspective it is a 2-horse race with the commodity Intel x86 platforms becoming more powerful with each CPU iteration and better CPU core-to-memory ratio support, and IBM with their Power-based CPU architecture. As hardware prices continue to fall and become more powerful, it is only a matter of time before HANA hardware becomes truly commoditised.
Cons:
Today SAP HANA is not only a competent database platform, but also is a very robust applications platform. As HANA continues to grow its feature set naturally there are more bugs as a result of a multitude of features. Development of SAP HANA is also diversified across multiple locations around the globe (Walldorf, India, etc.). SAP must do a better job in responding quicker to customers with issues.
You'll save so much time!
Pros:
This program handles all the things that I used to have to keep track of by writing everything and keeping it filed in filing cabinets. This way is SO much faster, and I can get done in one day the same amount that by hand would've taken me like 3 weeks.
Cons:
It took longer than I expected to get it fully set up and ready to go.
Satisfied user review of SAP S/4HANA
Comments: Wonderful experience. SAP S/4 HANA offers 360 degrees visibility into logistics management.
Pros:
Order fulfilment module (HF Delivery Note and Order fulfilment) enables real time tracking of all orders that have been issued and their respective dates of delivery. The feature of the relationship map is also incredible while doing stock reconciliation.
Cons:
Overall its my preferred/ best choice of ERP system however at times the system takes long to start while loading add-ons. I guess this shouldn't be a big issue depending on what add-ons have been chosen by the end user.

SAP lets the proper automation of Business
Comments: SAP ERP is one of the best standard tools used by maximum larger organizations of the world. The integration between the modules and sub-processes is extremely reliable. Having the 24/7 access to the support service of the vendor makes it more promising. I have been using this ERP for more than 2 years and successfully managing the supply chain related transactions without any error.
Pros:
I. SAP lets the organization to make their own protocol inside the structure. II. Data management in a more accurate way. III. Reliable system IV. Saves time and esnures productivity V. Specific access against the approved role profile. VI. User interface is very good. VII. Spent management VIII. Logistics execution.
Cons:
I. Tough to operate for a new incumbent. It requires hands on learning for operating and utilizing this tool. II. Too many T-codes to remember. Other than these, I find this ERP as one of the best applications for any business.

SAP S/4 HANA Cloud - Future ERP solution
Pros:
S/4 HANA Cloud is future of ERP. It is all in one solution for all business needs AR,AP,Asset Management, financial closing ,HR,MM, Project management, Group Reporting and so on. It's interface is user friendly, highly popular among users. Cloud based best solution.
Cons:
Many more feature needs to be developed.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Comments: It was used for inventory control and order management in a publishing company for the control of newspaper printing.
Pros:
The ability to customize and adapt the software to the needs of the company, making it easier for the company to really know where it is and what it has.
Cons:
The implementation of SAP requires that the company meets certain standards, causing implementation times to increase. In several of the flows, the company has to adapt to the software and not the company to the software.
Not as versatile or customizable as it could be, but it gets the job done.
Comments: It's a professional, auditable, secure system, and that value is more than the sum of its parts.
Pros:
I like that SAP By Design made it possible to go from a low auditable system to a highly auditable system very quickly. There is a confidence level in SAP that is appealing to partners and customers.
Cons:
Because it is web based, customization options are limited. With that said, I've learned that is is preferable to conform to the kind of best practices inherent within BYD than it is to keep making things up as one goes along.
SAP HANA provides an in memory database for fast data access and processing
Comments: I what find is that since SAP is firmly sticking with in memory computing and making all of their processes compatible with in-memory computing. This eventually forces customers to migrate to HANA but the user experience in HANA is much better compared to the alternate in my opinion. This is recommended for any SAP customer with large volumes of data that needs processing, reporting and analysis. I would recommend with training
Pros:
I like hat HANA is in-memory computing technology that provides an in memory database for fast data access and processing to users. Properties like faster data fetching, quick execution times, speedy access to external Apps make it a very useful technology. The business problems being solved with the product are as the data volume grows, the conventional database based reports and processes tend to slow down. This at times negatively affects the year on year trend analysis and processes requiring multiple data fetch. HANA, being in memory database virtually eliminates these issues. The data fetch is almost instantaneous and the processes run much faster.
Cons:
I see nothing negative about the technology in itself. The roll out of this platform could have been done in a better way. The cloud integration of SAP has been slow as well. These I thing that can be looked into
