User friendly and efficient!

Comments: As an Office Manager in a fast paced environment, this app is really user friendly and efficient, which makes it extremely good to use, a great addition to the BrightHR package.

Pros:

Fun and simple, pretty self explanatory.....

Cons:

have not come across any as yet!

Nothing stands out, we thought it was a good system

Data & money held hostage

Comments: My data and money is being held hostage. In short, they invoiced me and then their sales guy [sensitive content hidden] wanted more money and to upsell me on more services. When I declined, he cancelled my service as what they invoiced me didn't cover what I was getting. I wonder if I will get my data and money back but I doubt it if this is how they treat customers that have been with them for years. I am resentful of the time they have wasted but I did always want to try Breathe HR.

Pros:

The app is simple and does the job. I just needed something to record annual leave and send reminders.

Cons:

The harassment from their sales team. I didn't appreciate the aggressive sales approach or the blackmail that followed, which was ultimately followed through with.

Industry leading HR software

Pros:

Lots of features, especially the employee tracking app

Cons:

Is pretty expensive compared to other software

Modern, user-friendly HR management software

Comments: As an employee using BrightHR, it has been a positive experience. I can't speak to the admin features, but my manager appears to be able to do everything he needs to without escalating further, and the user-side is well-designed and lays out key information simply. Everything works that way you think it should and it stores a range of useful data.

Pros:

Clean, mostly well-laid out web interface makes most operations simple. A range of useful information including holiday allocation/remaining, details of your time at the company, a calendar of holidays and absences in your team. All functions can also be carried out using the mobile app which works without problems.

Cons:

No major complaints. As a user I have been able to find all information and features that I have needed to manage my HR account (mostly annual leave-related).

Keeps all your HR info in one place

Pros:

I love the request holidays function, that you can store files such as employment contracts on Bright HR and that you can view the calendar for your whole company/department - all this is one place!

Cons:

This nothing I don't like about this software!

Great piece of kit

Pros:

Easy to use which allows us to focus on other aspects of work and allows employees to book holidays via the app which they find really useful.

Cons:

Some say its limited in its features, but I find it suits my needs and we're kept up to date from the sales/service team at bright of the up and coming features.

Great interface, however, lacks functionality

Pros:

BrightHR has an easy to use and simple interface. It is great to be able to check HR stuff on a mobile app.

Cons:

The software is great for tracking attendance and sick days, however, it lacks functionality when compared to other HR tools. The scheduling capability is quite limited and there isn't a place to record payroll information.

Onboarding

Comments: So far it really fits in with us as a company & the ethos of compliance we want to adhere to. It is going to be a great benefit for the company & in particular the employees.

Pros:

We've just started using it & it appears very easy to use with clear prompts to follow.

Cons:

Its too early to say as we've only started using the software

Just started

Comments: Only just starting, but it seems to be very straightforward. Looking forward to using it.

Pros:

The BrightHR programme is easy to use and quite intuitive. Time will tell, but I am sure it will streamline our processes.

Cons:

Too early to make any judgements in this regard.

Great support

Pros:

It's HR all in one place - great for employees, rota and payrol

Cons:

If you don't wish to subscribe any longer your a bit lost with all your data.

Getting Started with the System

Comments: So far we have just set up the system and are to see how it goes but we already would say our experience has been easy and run very smoothly. We have had the support in setting up over 100 workers and also some great training and support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] in how the system works etc.

Pros:

What we like most about this system since using it is how easy it is to use. It puts everything we need in one place and helps us track a lot easier.

Cons:

Nothing at the minute as we have only just set up.

BrightHR and Blip

Comments: BrightHR relieved the headache i had in contacting all the staff with the same message. Being able to issue one message to all or even select employees makes life easier.

Pros:

The software is extremely easy to use and the added feature of drag and drop makes creating rotas much easier.

Cons:

The fact there are a few bugs when using on an IOS device, but this is something that is being worked on and I'm confident it will be fixed.

Training

Comments: training very good and useful.

Pros:

system seems very self explanatory, easy to use, user-friendly. e-learning courses included.

Cons:

Rota system seems very basic, unable to use for health care settings - means we need to pay separately for secondary roster system. does not include invoicing customers.

It is fine but limited

Pros:

It is cloud based and has a mobile app

Cons:

Your receipts don't have your VAT number on - how hard can it be? I want to be able to export all data so that I can see what fields are missing for which employees

Training Session

Comments: Easy going, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was really lovley and patient

Pros:

Easy to use - beneficial for our company

Cons:

Nothing to report - everything is working in order happy with the software

BrightHR review

Comments: Very knowledgable team at Peninsula, system is easy once I got used to it.

Pros:

Everything is in one place, a good reference library, and gives us confidence that we are compliant with current legislation and receive information regarding any changes.

Cons:

There has been a huge amount of work to complete initially but when completed will ensure compliance. Loads of information, lots of consultation with our team which has been time consuming in an already busy environment, but as I complete each section I can clearly see the reason for each policy and the benefits of having them in place.

BrightHR Review

Comments: So far so good, not had any issues to overcome, everything has been A ok

Welcome call

Pros:

Customer support was very friendly and talked me through everything I needed to know. Use of the site is really easy and accessible which is what I need for my teams.

Cons:

Too early to tell so far, but I really cannot see any cons to the software. It’s quick and simple and allows me to focus on what I need to do.

BRIGHT HR

Comments: SIMPLIFIES OUR HR SYSTEM.

Pros:

EASY TO USE, AND VERY EFFECTIVE TO OUR ORGANISATION.

Cons:

CAN'T UPLOAD SHIFTS ON IT FOR STAFF TO BOOK.

Boarding Training

Comments: I undertok this training at the start of the COVID-19 crisis when both I and the trainer were working from home so the usual on-line training wasn't avaibale. The trainer was able to explain the package in a helpful way despite the poor audio quality we experinced.

Pros:

Intuitive to use, covers most of what we need it to do.

Cons:

would like it to calculate leave entitlement for zero hour workers

Regale

Comments: Have just signed-up this week so too early to fully review but looks very good so far

Pros:

Looks easy to use. Appears good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing so far. We are a new customer.

K&R

Comments: My experience with customer service has been outstanding, training and response issues have been handled with maximum efficiency.

Pros:

I am starting to use this software, but from the first experience, it looks very user friendly.

Cons:

Can't tell at this stage, as have not enouogh experience.

Very good, Saves alot of paperwork and it is all together.

Pros:

I can keep track of everything in 1 place, Its is so easy to use.

Nothing, It is so easy to use, It is a perfect tool for a small company like ours.
