Great scheduling software solution

Pros:

We use this on a daily basis in 7 locations to schedule our patients, schedule our drivers' routes, and track the foot traffic into our stores.

Cons:

Only able to have 8 calendars. We have been able to make it work but we would have liked 10-12 caledars available to view on one screen.

TeamUp is phenomenal

Comments: Phenomenal in short. My biggest career regret was moving to Momence. We came back to TeamUp after a traumatic experience ;-) Never ever moving again.

Pros:

Brilliant easy to navigate even for not tech savvy clients. Intuitive layout. Incredible functionality. The thing everyone takes for granted is NO GLITCHES. With 2 other softwares we used customer support on weekly basis. We have NEVER used TeamUp support as we simply never needed it in the whole 5 years. Constant updates to functionality with the same clear pricing structure :-) I

Cons:

Back in the day it was inability to brand seperate sides of the business. I still wish we could add graphics to every event.

Used to be ok for the money you pay

Comments: As always promised the world and under delivered hard. Migration process was super bumpy and a lot went wrong. Promised to keep pricing stable and increased by 20% after one year to be increased further. Constant excuses for mistakes and glitches. Lots of glitches.

Pros:

It was inexpensive but they constantly make useless updates, their app is soooooo bad

Cons:

No app for teachers! Custom app lacks basic functionsIncrease rates and prices without notifying you. So you have to check; it gets justified with new features which are just bug fixes really. NO support on weekends! Team is very slow to respond to issues

Teamup is Amazing

They are quick to respond and fix any issues. They are constantly updating their system and adding new features and I have never had an issue with student sign ups or anything.

Pros:

All of the features and the pricing structure.

Cons:

I would like if there was a feature added that allowed a class to auto cancel some time period before the class if there are no sign ups.

Team Up is THE best Booking App

Comments: It's been fantastic and really reliable. Trustworthy, fast, easy to use - the members love it and the support is always there. I need to delve into the functionality some more- because I think/ know it can do more!

Pros:

That the cost is per person whilst you are growing and then a reasobable set price thereafter. The functions are also amazing- so many.... Booking, memberships, mailing lists. The support is also REALLY quick and easy to understand.

Cons:

I don't like spead it opens on my phone- I want it quicker! But that's probably my phone and nothing to do with the app!

Teamup review

Comments: Great value for money, all my booking needs with this system, no more losing money on no shows, like you can set a time for a cancellation cut off. Able to make membership packs.

Pros:

Easy to use software, I no longer lose money with no shows, and if I have any problems, the help desk is always there.

Cons:

Would like the option of 12-hour clock. And the icons on the membership accounts, with a description not just the icon.

I love team up

Comments: The system is the best and I can't see myself switching to another booking app. The support is quick to respond and always very helpful. There are also new features being added all the time, which is great.

Pros:

The easy to use app is not just straight forward to use for myself but also for my clients. My technophob clients tell me how easy it is to operate the app. I save hours of time with the automated messaging service. My clients appreciate the reminder for their sessions and also a thank you for the birthday message that I am able to send.

Cons:

Some extra features would be great. Sending an online christmas card or season greetings messages. I would love a message to go out to members who are running low on sessions, with a reminder to book.

The best solution for managing group fitness classes.

Comments: Overall, the TeamUp experience is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending TeamUp to any group fitness teacher or gym owner.

Pros:

TeamUp is easy for me to add classes, manage a team of teachers, and multiple venues. The App is perfect for customers as it's so easy to use. Customer service is excellent.

Cons:

Some customers get confused when they try to cancel as session, as they think they are leaving the class completely, and not just for one session. I get a lot of enquiries about this.

Team Up - Fantastic!!

Comments: Great, made setting up our business so much easier having this platform for our customers and staff.

Pros:

It is a really easy platform to use for both staff and business but also the customers themselves. My customers can struggle with apps and tech but all find this really simple and easy to use and get used to. Would not use any other app.

Cons:

Can not think of any negatives that jump out at me about Team Up. Every issue we have seen has been resolved when talking on their 24hr chat service.

Best gym management system

Comments: Brilliant. Because the staff are so good

Pros:

I like the people and the quality of the support / customer service more than I do the software. The software does the job relatively easily but there are features I wish I had. The great thing about TeamUp is that they listen to your needs and then take action on the things you want and need.

Cons:

The illability to have 7 day free trial as a stand alone thing. It has to be a membership which means it counts in your reports as a customer when it is not. Also as a lead magnet the link to a 7 day free trial created as a membership means you can’t direct new leads directly to team up as there are too many loops for a new customer to jump through before they enter there contact details and book in there free sessions . You need to think more about lead generation and how you can help us with this . Also not being able to take customers card details when they do a free trial so payment is taken on day 8 ks a really problem for me.

Comments: It’s been fine. There are much less expensive products out there, but my clients are happy with it and I am comfortable using it.

Pros:

East of use for client. The help on end of a phone if needed- staff all very pleasant

Cons:

It’s expensive and there are limitations on the software. It has improved over the years though

Reasons for Choosing TeamUp: They increased prices after clients got used to working it, and their r email was ridiculous as to why- something about tax in uk they hadn’t realised about- which I find very hard to believe and felt was a breach of trust.

Reasons for Switching to TeamUp: Wasn’t sure on other options and a lot of colleagues we’re using it- I had been on mind body and it’s a similar product- but far more user friendly for clients.

Saves Time, Money and Stress!

Comments: Incredibly good - the support is amazing with progressive development, working in tandem with their clients. It looks good and when you know which features you want to use, it is straight forward.

Pros:

Using TeamUp removes the emotion and stress of having to chase clients for payment, not to mention the time required to do so. It means my relationship with the client is maintained, less time on admin, less financial accounting (I only account 3 x per year now instead of every month) I can spend more time do what I love - teaching and growing my business. Also, last-minute cancellations are paid for without any questions! I can keep all client notes for the classes in one place, so any other teachers covering can easily track any issues they need to contend with in class. Being able to take registers in class saves time and costs. TeamUp are continuously developing and working with their client's needs, I'm always impressed by this. The customer service is 2nd to none.

Cons:

It's not so easy for clients to sign their selves up if there are multiple classes and memberships to choose from, but this may be the generation of clients I deal with! Plus the pro-rata amount that automatically bills if they do set their selves up doesn't fit into my payment model. So, I still tend to this. TeamUp fits into 80% of my business model amazingly well and has made me change the way I work for the better. The 20% that doesn't fit in has to be worked on manually still. It would be ideal if the reporting would show 121 clients that they are being billed for classes that fell on xxx date so they can account for it. The Direct debit model fits in perfectly for business running continuously, I run for 12-14 week blocks, across 35-38 weeks of the year, which means clients who leave have to be balanced with a small amount outstanding either way. I'd love to use the class swap feature but it's not configurable for my 12-14 week blocks. When booking themselves into summer 'flexy classes', it would be ideal if they can add multiple classes to a 'basket' and then pay at the end. None of these points are about 'not liking the software' But points that would make it even better for my business.

Great customer service - nice Pricepoint

Comments: I really love that they have a small company feel to them that I hope always remains. Voting with my feet for something that didn’t feel like a rip off big management company who would ultimately stab their studios in the back (naming no names here!) was really important to our small family run business and the way the customer service was ON it was mind blowing. Really personal service and hope it stays that way

Pros:

I enjoy having a real time look at what is happening NOW with my students as well as what has happened historically

Cons:

I don’t like the ‘custom’ section for time periods - sometimes I quickly like to scroll back 18 months to see what was happening and it only automatically sends you back to only 12 months.I was unhappy with the ‘at a glance’ graphs/pie charts of cash flow etc but now that’s been amended with enhanced features

Excellent product with several MAJOR flaws

Comments: I find the team is obviously not end users who can't find the value in implementing the difference between "schedule" as a verb and "calendar" as a noun. As in "let's go look at the CALENDAR". and "let's SCHEDULE your lesson."

Pros:

I use it because I needed something that was affordable for a small team. For the price I get my needs meet, while I have to ignore several MAJOR stumbling blocks to managing my schedule and incoming payments.

Cons:

There are several things that I would change IMMEDIATELY but they seem not to be a priority so the TEAMUP team. Go figure... apparently they are not end users.When a client "purchases" a package they DON'T purchase anything. They agree to purchase/pay in the future. But the system allows them to proceed as if they have paid and purchased in real time. Later when you go back and reconcile your books you realize that lots of people hit "purchase" online but never pay.... and when they look at their account they have a full package that they PURCHASED!!! When in reality they have nothing.This is a stupid word to use as it implies a transaction of money... which actually never happens. The worst part is going back and trying to convince your clients that they owe you for something they already "purchased" and used in the past. RESERVE A PACKAGE implies a future payment. PURCHASE implies they paid.Also there NEEDS to be a option where as and ADMIN I can schedule a client that has not purchased or paid... because I AM THE OWNER/ADMIN?RECEPTIONIST/TEACHER and sometimes I schedule people over the phone that will pay when they arrive. If I assign them (again ... "purchase") a lesson package they have not paid for I then have triple duty later on to straighten the account when they actually decide to pay for a different package... or they never pay because their account says they ALREADY PURCHASED itScheduling & changing repeating classes is a pain & not intuitive

Excellent software

Comments: The experience with Teamup has been very good, we couldn't live without it now. I estimate it saves me at least 10 hours a week in admin, and it streamlines our financial management.

Pros:

Saves me so much admin time dealing with class bookings. The implementation was very easy too and well supported throughout. You can see the creators of Teamup have experience in running this type of business as the software has all the features I need as a business owner to both streamline my admin and manage the business financially.

Cons:

Nothing major I can think of. The integration with mailchimp is a little clunky and I know some customers have found the trial session widget a bit difficult to use.

Comments: The team are constantly looking to the future to update processes and keep things current and fresh. The Help Desk is amazing and I have complete confidence is using this platform as part of running my business to look professional and have things run smoothly.

Pros:

Simple and effective with many integration options. If you're not sure of the process, help is at hand with easy to follow step by step guides with videos too and the help desk response if quick and they always ensure follow through until the matter is solved. It has saved me untold hours of administration.

Cons:

It would be great to incorporate different currencies so that when you have clients around the world it would automatically adapt the pricing according to their country logon/currency.

Would be lost without Team Up

Comments: Having the customer service guys there helps me so much. Any question I have had is answered fast. Team up plays a huge part in my business ensuring I am all up to date with finances, members and protocols.

Pros:

A great software which allows me to run my gym effectively and professionally. I don’t need to worry about anything and everything is done for me.

I do find it expensive to run each month.

Pros:

I like how user friendly this product is and the dashboard is really great for a snap shot of the studio. I work on Team Up daily.

Cons:

Honestly not really found anything I don't like and if I do have an issue or a question - it is resolved within 24 hours with the side chat.

Pros:

I use it everyday to manage my business and it works like a charm! I love the on demand feature and the fact that clients mange their memberships and class passes on their own.

Cons:

I wish their was an auto time zone change for where my clients live for class times.

Comments: I honestly cannot recommend TeamUp enough. I recommend the system to anyone I think it could help. It’s helped reduce my paper work by so many hours it’s amazing. I also find the staff easily contactable and very friendly. They went above and beyond over the lockdown periods to sync up with online classes. Love TeamUp!!

Pros:

Using TeamUp had changed my work life! Paying instructors has become so easy because I can see how many hours each instructor has worked and can cross reference invoices easily. It has also made my end of year returns so easy with the reports section.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything BUT everytime I have thought of something TeamUp have been easily contactable and have either resolved it for me or have considered changing the system in the future

Pros:

Easy to use and very quick to set up. The best support staff I’ve encountered.
