> **Pros**: The software generally runs itself.   Most of the issues, I can diagnose myself.
> 
> **Cons**: Not much I don't like.   The one thing that could be enhanced would be the documentation.    A user's guide would be helpful.
> 
> Before TD/OMS, it was a manual process of promoting things to production.   Source code was changed live.   Often times production objects were compiled from the developers library, so the source did not match the object.    Took me a while but cleaned this mess up.

> **Cons**: minor point is that application configuration and maintenance cannot be done from the provided Eclipse application but needs to be done from the green screens
