Pros:

Marketing does not require a lot of hands on but I receive regular updates and the ability to respond if need be. Integrated well, especially email requests for service.

Cons:

I have two other friends that I referred that are very upset with their experiences and even cc'd me on their emails to their sales person and account manager to express their frustrations.

All In One Marketing Platform

Pros:

The software is simple to use. Worldclass support team. Social media intergration has really helped me to boost numbers and our brand. The customer login portal is straightfoward and easy to use. The visual presentations are the best, I have worked with other marketing tools and nothing beats or comes close to this.

Cons:

No drawbacks, works perfect for me and my company

Comments: This platform literally has EVERYTHING! I lack in the marketing aspect of being a business owner, so Marketing360 has been so helpful!

Pros:

Marketing360 helped me build a AWESOME website! They also helped me turn around -360degrees my social media for my business. They keep my social media profiles updated and help me send marketing emails to current and potential customers.

Cons:

Wish this platform was a tad more affordable for small business owners.

Pros:

We've used 360 Marketing for a while now, and they do a great job! I'm writing this review because we are impressed with their customer service. I called in with an issue right at their closing time because of a problem with an ex-employee whose email was still listed on our site. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing! Even though it was Friday at % p.m., he still took the time to assist me in removing the ex-employee. GREAT TEAM. ELITE EXTERIORS ROOFING & RESTORATION

Comments: disgusting, absolutely nothing in return for a huge investment. Could never contact any who could help. Took days to correct a misspelled word, Would be open to talking with anyone thinking about using 360

Pros:

They had great pitch, talked great game, and complete non performance

Cons:

continual message - "This takes time, no worries you will see" Well $44000 later and I see nothing

Streamlined Onboarding

Pros:

Streamlined and organized onboarding. Friendly staff. Easy to use templated building blocks for my site.

Cons:

Had some trouble pulling a report from CRM, but Kylee walked me right through it--no problem.

Maximizing the Potential of My Business

Pros:

What I liked most about this platform is its customization capacity and the ease of use, integrating all the marketing and management tools in one place has greatly simplified the daily operation of my business.

Cons:

One of the aspects that I liked least about the platform is that, despite being quite complete, it can be a little overwhelming at first, especially for those who are not used to integrated management systems.

Do not use this company

Comments: Always an excuse that someone else on the team has that responsibility. I hired them because I thought that a marketing agency would be able to get a website done faster than I could design, and I was happy to pay someone to do the SEO optimization. OUR APPOINTMENTS decreased by approx 60% from the day we started their services. It took 3 months to get an active website.,advertising is still not happening. I have given them the opportunity to try to correct these issues.

Pros:

I can list no pros. The marketing pitch was great because it was convenient to have data analytics all in one place and I was happy to pay someone else to do these things so I could use my time elsewhere. This did not happen.

Cons:

I do not recommend this company. I hired them do to a website and social media marketing. It took three months to get an active website and there was no advertising for 3 months. We missed major holidays and an event and are now about to miss the advertising opportunity for another event we have scheduled because the ads are not active yet. The ads they put out are also simply copies of pictures on the website - or just the info is given by us. I have tried to work with them on these issues but they are not being resolved. Paying for an analytics dashboard that was not linked to google or the facebook ads for several months.

DO NOT ever use them! they will only hurt your business 0% ROI

Pros:

DO NOT EVER USE THEM! they will hurt your business more then help it. they built me a site, did some ads, the ads had a 0% ROI while the site they are now shutting down and forcing me to pay another 3000 to transfer it! this is a SCAM

Cons:

they will lose all your money. they will provide you with website then one day shut that website down and tell you they are no longer providing that platform so you need to pay them thousands to get your site back

It has what it takes to work on campaigns and evaluate them efficiently. I like this tool because it is one of the most accessible with constantly growing capacities, capable of evaluating clients and taking brands to high levels of efficiencies in marketing areas, in addition to the interfaces is quite fast so the adaptation is much faster

Cons:

There are no bad functions, on the contrary, I consider that the tool is much more accessible, its functions are much easier to handle by novice professionals without ceasing to be efficient

Cons:

There is no pros. this company is in business to sale you in, no customer service really, they call you back but only play we are here for you B/s. I got gypped for $2000. I sign up after their crafty presentation. Find out their reputation after i sign the contract. Request cancellation next day. No one wanted to cancel my contract for about 30 days. Even so i sent them letters. Many call to corporation, managers, sales guy etc. after 1 month call the bank to dispute the charges. They show the contract to the bank and the bank didn't return my money. The only option to win with this guys is lawsuit. they are counting on the fact that you will not sue them because you are a lite guy. What good company that care about its customers keep the money and do not cancel the contract after 1 day. since they put no effort of any kind. i will get my money back one way of another. unite with me to sue this people if you had similar experience. we need to stand up to this crocks.
