User Friendly

Comments: Again, very user friendly and easy to use and now that I installed the App on my phone, easy access when cannot get to a computer is very appreciated.

Pros:

Simplicity in reading the information needed especially for payroll.

Cons:

Since using it for the past six months, not much negative comments about the system.

Comments: It is really powerfull and saves us a lot of time

It is easy to use and easy to find your way in it. When you need something much more specific it is easy to have a complete and rapid answer from one of the dedicated memebers of the team

The copy/paste thing is not intuitive because it works differently from my basic softwares (like Word or Excel) but once you found how to do it it’s easy

Everything being in one place. Employee Profiles, Employee Schedules, Time Off Requests, Mobile Access, High Fives for Employees, Chat Options.

Cons:

We are new with Agendrix, and are on one of their basic plans at the moment, and are very happy with it.

Comments: Having a few part time employees this solution is perfect for communicating schedule to employee. As soon as the next week schedule is published the employees receives an email.The service is second to none, very quick answer from knowledgable personnel.

Pros:

The smartphone apps make this software is a modern, stylish and efficient solution.

Cons:

The IOS apps could be improved for the management perspective. Not all functions present on the computer version are available on the smartphone. This applies only to the managing portion of the apps.

Great tool for scheduling our employees and keep the cost in our budget.

Comments: We used the free version for over 7 years, now we use the paid version, and we should have done it prior. It is a great and useful tool. Easy to use, plus we can always stay on top of the salary cost versus the projected sales.

Pros:

Very easy to use, plus our employees really like it. They have no excuses of not showing up to work. They receive their schedules as soon as we publicize it. As managers, we also see if the employees have seen the schedule.

Cons:

To me, the only part I sometimes have issues with is the availabilities of the employees, it seems to bug every now and then, but we always work around it if need be.

Agendrix is very easy to use. It has a lot of features and it's easy to explain to employees. I like drag and drop and how the system responds quickly to requests.

The entire schedule is not always easy for an employee to see.

Comments: Very satisfied overall a great company local support

Comments: No mistakes on forgetting when an employee has booked time off and allows for good communication with all employees through the messaging section. I also save time on re-editing an excel spreadsheet for every week which is what I did prior to using Agendrix.

Pros:

Being able to customize it to how we can most utilize the program

Cons:

When a request for time off is added in, the administrator should be able to adjust the times. There are times the employee enters in the wrong amount of time or am vs pm etc.

We use Agendrix mainly for the management of our employees' schedules. Agendrix allows us to see everyone's schedule at a glance.

I haven't found a problem yet! So far, I have not observed any lack.

We love using Agendrix for tracking the time of all employees. It is easy to use, and to manage as an administrator. The team is great and available when we have questions.
