The document automation and precedent library are particularly valuable, enabling consistent, accurate drafting while saving considerable time. The cloud-based functionality also provides flexibility and secure access across devices, which supports modern, mobile legal practice. In addition, the onboarding process and ongoing support have been professional and responsive, making implementation smooth for our team. Overall, LEAP has enhanced productivity, improved organization, and allowed us to focus more on delivering quality service to clients. > > **Cons**: What I like least about LEAP Legal Software is that it is mainly desktop-based and does not properly save emails from the new web-based Outlook. Since many firms now use Outlook on the web, this creates extra manual work to save important emails into matters. Because of this limitation, our team sometimes has to manually copy or upload emails, which slows down workflow and adds unnecessary steps. Improved integration with the new Outlook web version would make the system much more efficient and better suited to modern, cloud-based practice. > > We have been using LEAP Legal Software since 2017 and currently hold more than 30 licenses across our firm. We originally had no case management system and were working from an old server, so moving to LEAP was a major step forward for us. We trialled a few different systems, but LEAP stood out immediately. It was by far the easiest to use and came with excellent built‑in features included in the price. The LEAP app is also great, allowing us to quickly view or upload documents directly to a matter, which is really useful during home visits. > > **Cons**: Like any case management system, it isn’t perfect and we do experience the occasional issue, but LEAP Support are generally very good at resolving problems. We also feel some areas of law work better with LEAP than others. > > While a few staff members were initially hesitant, within a couple of months they were fully on board. The system itself is intuitive and makes tracking matters more straightforward. > > **Cons**: Whilst the support calls are quick at responding being able to call someone if there is an urgent matter would be better. We have used the AI support and helpdesk in addition however just being able to call someone would be helpful. > > We are very satisfied with the Leap system. We found the transfer of data clearly explained and the data transferred as requested within the timeframe expected. We employed a project manager to oversee the transition and assist the firm with the implementation. The training beforehand via the Leap University worked as a good introduction to the system and onsite training on the go live days was necessary and appreciated by the staff. We experienced some issues regarding embedding of the system and Leap have assisted in responding to enquires and any glitches through their support network. Issues tend to arise when a new version is installed automatically. We required more accounts training during the first month which was an unexpected additional cost. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful during the implementation period and responded to our questions swiftly and was on-site during the go live period which was appreciated. Following our implementation we have met with \[sensitive content hidden\] who has been very accommodating ensuring the right expert at Leap has been available for the appropriate department. Adjusting appointments and offering onsite training to ensure the departments are getting the best out of the system.
