Pros:

Iv been using My PT Hub for 1 month now and love the ease if use and how you can integrate everything into the app from myfitnesspal as well as sync your apple watch or fitbit watch.

Cons:

There are no options for different foods within a meal plan eg X or this, it is just one set plan which I find frustrating. You cannot change the start dates on the clients programme once they start.

Really awesome, wish I knew about it sooner

Great for a Hobby

Comments: I used it between 6-12 months, it was great u til the cost wasn't making sense. So I had to go with someone else.

Pros:

Honestly, from what I remember, it was easy to use, very simple to upload videos and the interface was visually appealing

Cons:

I didn't like the profit-loss ratio. If you have to pay 30% for each person who purchases through the app, and also have to pay for the app each month, plus taxes of 33% tax to gov. This doesn't leave you with much. Cause if you have to buy or rent space to do video work and to have them at a quality level, it will cost.

My continued experience using My Pt Hub

Comments: My overall experience with My pt hub has been decent however i cant help but feel the spark ive searched for is lacking. Ive been confident they will continue to update to support the best of a pt’s need but we will see.

Pros:

I like its upstanding role amongst software available to support personal trainers

Cons:

I dont like the distance between the integration of what comes with the pt business e.g session scheduling and programming. We want all our affairs neatly in one place.

An easy-to-use fitness app with customisable exercises and practical tools

Pros:

Customer service came in front. I always receive the comments and assistance I need to help me with any problems or inquiries. There are a tonne of pre-made exercises and nutrition plans to give to clients, but the best part is that you may adjust them. As a result, making plans for clients is much sped up. Additionally, the events calendar is fantastic and offers lots of options for creating various classes and various packages for customers to buy. I would advise any trainer (in studios, gyms, or online) to use this programme.

Cons:

I have to cancel some of my ideas and start over completely. occasionally takes a little longer, but that might be my fault? Overall, no issues!

Comments: My experience with mypthub was never being able to reach customer service, they changed over their format several times, making my app impossible to find, and they were not helpful AT ALL during those change overs.Client's had a hard time booking in, and I found this app impossible to keep clients connected because the app freezes and crashes all the time. Food was not trackable here.

Pros:

Initially, I felt like this would be a great way to program online clients.

Cons:

Their customer service is horrible. It's impossible to get help with a human. They sneak in contracts, so you literally never have a way out of paying these people. Steer CLEAR

Pros:

What can I say, I've been with MyPthumb since the beginning it seems, and I appreciate the way they stay on the cutting edge of technology, care about their clients, and look out for you in every way they can. They provide services that are far superior to any other personal trainer software, and I appreciate everything about them. You will definitely adore this device for all of your fitness-related purposes, and all of our customers adore it almost as much as we do. Its features and convenience of use are both top-notch.

Cons:

There is no disadvantages right now given how quickly they modify and develop the programme to suit the demands of the user.

An essential tool for my progress.

Comments: It has been excellent. Whenever I have had a question or problem, the support team has responded quickly and kindly, providing me with the necessary solutions.

Pros:

I love that it has all in one for my needs as a personal trainer. I love being able to create custom training programs and nutrition plans it's great all in one place.

Cons:

I have had some minor technical problems, such as slow loading of the platform or problems when synchronizing data with other applications.

Helpful PT Hub

Comments: My PT Hub keep me on top of my routine like a professional helper.

Pros:

Easy to grasp and most helpful in getting organized. Getting in the right mood and correct hobby needs planning on a friendly Hub.

Cons:

Without wireless coverage, getting online without internet coverage seems still not too easy. Most would rather everything connected through a hub automatically shares connections.

My Pt Hub is a Personal Training platform worth looking into

Comments: I used this app for about 6 months to fet my feet wet as an online coach. The features are aligned for personal training, but could use a touch up on the nutritionand user friendly end. If he company fixes their search engine, expands the nutriton data base and improve app linking I may consider using the platform in the future.

Pros:

The workout database base a demos and the body composition analysis tool were my favorite features.

Cons:

The search function was a headache, it jumps back to the initial seach page after each inquiry

Comments: The customer Service has been excellent despite the time difference and brought ease to me making this decision to join My PT Hub for the annual purchase. I feel that if I don't know what to do they will be able to guide me through and help me use My PT Hub efficiently and effectively.

Pros:

I like the feature of being able to video my classes and have them be viewable in chat or as a custom exercise for my clients, and be longer than 5 mins in duration. I like the Programs feature and Packages feature- which I will be learning in the weeks and months ahead here as I set up my own space. I like the look of My PT Hub its clean and modern and the workouts are clear and easy to follow for my clients. I am still getting used to everything but I am also excited to make it my own and customize it with a Logo so that it can become the main place my clients can get there workouts, health info, nutrition logging, classes etc.

Cons:

There are some kinks with creating workouts like when you hit save it goes back to the heading title rather than staying in the workout your creating to give you the option to leave if your done or keep making changes or additions, this can be a bit time consuming. The Exercises are limited despite them saying they have over 7500 exercises, I am not sure I believe that. There are a lot of doubles, triples, quadruples etc of of the same exercise in the listing of exercises to choose from. There is no welcome email to new clients to My PT Hub, or option to create a welcome email or video- a must have in updates needed in the future.

Alternatives Considered: ABC Trainerize and FitSW

Reasons for Switching to My PT Hub: The Video option because I also teach on line classes and want videos to be available to my clients who can not attend a live Class. All the other options listed above did not have this feature or if was a lot more money per month due to having to add on more apps or features. Also the unlimited clients ability. No other company there had that feature. The 45% off the annual was also an incredible price to start and makes it affordable to provide programs and workouts for my clients.

I love this app

Pros:

My friend recommended this app since I'm bit overweight and it's most user friendly app to lose your weight. You can contact any trainer even with calls. Huge library of exercises are available to choose.

Cons:

I don't have any issues regarding this app for now. Keep up the good work.

The interface on mobile is very cool. From other reviews I read before downloading the app, indeed the developers committed to providing the best experience.

My pt hub effectiveness

Comments: As a part time trainer, I realised early enough I needed a platform that would make my work easier and effective, my PT Hub is a very useful companion that helps me do my work with ease.

Pros:

In recognition of how Goog my PT Hub is , the platform is so easy to use, one can easily use it without even consulting the customer service, and if it customer service is needed, it is so helpful and offers very nice help, it is very flexible, have a possibility of making block programs.

Cons:

Despite being so helpful some features are filled with bugs , it is also not all inclusive and has very little integration with other apps.

Comments: Super great for building my personal training profile and getting ahead virtually with tracking the client progress

Pros:

Building client programs are clear and easy to do for the user. I like how I can track progress and their compliance and easily make changes as needed.

Cons:

Sometimes the software would lag which was inconvenient. But only happened a few times

Incredible Highlights at a Fair Cost

Comments: powerful tool Since I've been using it for over a year, I'm confident that it makes my work easier. Like other programs, it has its flaws, but in my opinion, this one is the best. I've had to adjust and learn to navigate for a while. But in part, this is due to how comprehensive and feature-rich it is. So, looking at it from that angle, I don't mind and anticipate a learning curve. The other reason, as I have indicated, is that some features are not as user-friendly or intuitively built as they could be. Although I think changes are being made, I also think they could be made much more quickly in this day and age. Having said that, whenever I do get a chance to interact with customer service, they are usually fantastic.

Pros:

The competition's highlights greatly outweigh it: Trainerize, NASM Edge, and so on. In contrast to the others, you may run your company entirely on this program without the need for further programming. For coaches who have the chance and motivation to work in one program, let alone five, this makes it simple. Their support system is fantastic. They have been incredibly friendly and quick to help, even with my often difficult problems. That is reason enough to choose them above other options.

Cons:

The only issue I encountered with the software was the lack of Stripe in Oman. I had trouble connecting to a payment gateway.

Best app so far

Comments: Other than that the app is brilliant and the best Ive used so far. Overall I think it is easy to use once your browse around once or twice. I would like to see the cons get fixed and then I would give it a 10 out of 10

Pros:

It is the best app i've used so far. Theres just a few things that could help improve this. 1. I love that you can have your own logo/branded app. Its a same you can't search for the brand name on apple store though 2. Theres many set nutrition plans and workouts, even though I haven't used any, i think this is good 3. You can sync your calendar so that booking come up on your phone calendar 4. email notifications for each booking or change of booking. 5. Instant messages are there 6. clients can log there food/food diary

Cons:

1. before they upgraded, when you entered the amount of weight and reps it would duplicate automatically when you press another set. Now you have to enter the whole thing each time. You want to do as little as possible while you're with your client. 2. You already pay so much for the app and they still take a fee if clients purchase a package (sessions) using the app. I lose a wapping £30+ when my clients get a package 3. The notifications are coming up on my clients app but they aren't seeing anything when they click into notification. Its always empty 4.Doesnt work with apple watch 5. Cant add notes while in a session. Only when the session is complete 6. Sometimes the whole session disappears while mid through the session. So you have to log the whole thing again. This has only happen a few times. But is extremely annoying when it does happen.

When you enter a weight and reps to an exercise, it will then populate when you add another set so you do not have to write it out again. A percentage is taken from each payment, this is what is charged by the bank, however, we are hoping this will be reduced! Very Useful Tool

Comments: Overall I have found using the interface both online and within the mobile app relatively smooth and the support are always friendly and helpful. Even with a few hiccups that always comes with modern day technology, there is always improvement and initiative shown.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to use the mobile app interface. Clients love it and has also been very useful in managing the progress and accountability. The feedback received at the end of their workouts helps to communicate successes as well as concerns, meaning they can be immediately addressed accordingly. In addition to that, I have seen features requested within chats with the app support be added to the app, showing that they are not only listening but also implementing.

Cons:

Creating a workout would be smoother and quicker without all the duplicates within the library. Editing workout programs and packages also feels like a rather long winded process.
