"Great Product For Social Media"

Pros: I love that I am able to see not only my posts in a calendar form, but also that of other D.R. Horton divisions so it's easier to share ideas and content with one another.

Cons: I can honestly not think of a con to this software.

"Super Convenient and Easy To Use"

Pros: Scheduling posts ahead of time and being able to have a calendar view of all posts across multiple social media accounts and channels in one place has been incredibly helpful.

Cons: Would be great if you could schedule carousel posts on IG ahead of time, but I'm sure it's in the pipeline!

"A functional tool"

Comments: Apart from the glitches here and there, the system works well and is easy to use.

Pros: The system is easy to use and the online support is superb!

Cons: The system glitches a lot - Shows a video that was posted only 47 times on the system as a video that has been posted 1200+ times. Batch tagging is impossible, so in order to not miss any engagement, videos must then be manually tagged....

"Thumbs up for Falcon"

Comments: Easier to schedule posts so they do not clash with other divisions posts.

Pros: Product is very easy to use and had an intuitive design, reporting is good.

Cons: I would like to see the ability to generate ad-hoc reports and improvement to filters so I can more easily isolate my posts for reporting back to my team

Comments: Our company has been using Falcon.io for a little more then a year. Overall, we're very satisfied. And are especially happy with Falcon.io's excellent Customer Support.

Pros: Very user friendly to use.
Excellent Customer Support. Really AAA+. Always willing to go the extra mile.

Cons: Limited Instagram support; there is not scheduler. This is seriously lacking, we currently have to use an additional tool for this purpose specifically.

"Torn between loving it or just OK"

Comments: So, so. I like that we can schedule things right on time and sure comes in handy when you need to schedule content, but it's missing some key features.

Pros: You get an overview of all your content and channels. I love the overview in the calendar, like the label feature, and enjoy the ability to send content for approval.

Cons: Not every feature that you would use manually on your social channels are available on falcon. I.e. IG, tagging on IG Stories. Also not sure what the functionality or your app is, as for now I've only been able to schedule content to the app, creating a copy of my content to my phone, but not really added value, features or functionalities.

"it often does not work"

Comments: basically the idea behind falcon is a good one, all the functions make sense and give you the possibility to run marketing campaigns more easily, especially if you have multiple channels!
the problem with the whole thing is that falcon does not run smoothly. super often i have to spend hours!!!! to upload a video or image in the "create a post". sometimes it takes hours to load and then tells me that it doesn't work!
i also often get error codes when posting, e.g. that something did not work and the post could not be planned - but when i go to the calendar the post is there. vice versa it is also the case that i often get gesgat it's all okay the mail was scheduled - and i receive an email from falcon that the mail could not be posted. this makes the work with falcon super unreliable and i have no good feeling to rely only on this software

Pros: good idea
many possibilities
option to operate many channels simultaneously
easy way to share accounts within a company
the use of different platforms (FB, Instagram, etc.)
the possibility to interact with the users (to react to posts, to link comments,..)

Cons: very poor reliability !!!
page sometimes (very often) uploads the media very slowly or not at all
left integration difficult
communication with users is difficult - you cannot post or comment on GIF's or images/videos, and instagram does not allow you to interact at all

Comments: Meh.

Pros: No limited on # of social accounts that we can have connected has been helpful.

Cons: There are constantly API and posting errors. There are some features I was sold on but weren't actually what I asked/needed. It's very high maintenance to upkeep. Reports weren't as customizable as expected.

"Nice tool to have"

Comments: Overall, Falcon makes the SOME experience easier for our organization.

Pros: I love the direct integration into our social media accounts. Being able to schedule posts and respond all in the same platform is a major plus.

Cons: The app is a bit cumbersome and I find myself reverting back to the social media app to respond to comments/ messaging. Additionally, there is a delay from when the post is made and when I'm notified. It would be great if there was a simultaneous notification system.

Comments: Very easy to schedule content out.

Pros: The platform is very easy to use and the support team is quick to help on any issues! I'm most happy that Instagram has made it capable for Falcon users to choose the thumbnail on videos that are being posted.

Cons: There are general glitches in the platform with posts, scheduling, lables, notes, ect. I also wish that Instagram posts could be deleted directly from the platform, just like Facebook and Twitter.
Many new issues with adding an Instagram account into the platform as well.

"A Porsche for your social media team"

Comments: What I like about Falcon is that it is well-rounded: there's a tab for listening, a very user-friendly scheduling tool for posting across channels, it implements campaign tracking, there are easy permission features. I'm looking forward to integrating Salesforce into the platform, so we have a solid idea of everyone we're interacting with across social media. Also, they have a very personable, fast customer support team.

Pros: Beautiful design, ease of use, fantastic listening tool, 1:1 customer support. The tool was a tremendous help to unify the various social media accounts, passwords, and people across our org.

Cons: Falcon is not as in-depth on social media analytics. I have to 'go native' to get half the metrics needed.

"Great on complex detail, not so great on basic reporting"

Comments: Growing and understanding our audience is incredibly important - Falcon's tools allow us to do that.

Pros: Audience insight/profile is very useful, as is the easy way to view key topics/words at a glance. Publishing tools also simple and easy to use.

Cons: Some simple reporting functions are missing that most (much cheaper) tools offer - even the basic ability to see how many followers/likes your pages have across all connected platforms is not an easy task - you have to manually add everything up from different areas of the reporting tool. A much simpler dashboard is needed in addition to the detailed ones already available.

"Really useful, but some extra features could help it work even better"

Comments: I like being able to do all my social media work on Falcon, rather than skipping between sites. It also allows me to do the bulk of posting in one session, rather than doing it throughout the week. Overall it works really well, and makes my work easier, but I would appreciate some additional features being added so that it can work even better.

Pros: The listening tool on Falcon is really powerful and allows you to track the impact and reach of your social media campaigns. The scheduling tool is also useful for prepping social media output in advance, and easy to use.

Cons: Some really useful features are missing, most noticeably the ability to track impressions - both for accounts and hashtags. I also find the video scheduling tool for Facebook to be less good than the native scheduling, so I will end up scheduling videos on Facebook rather than on Falcon.

"Doesn't have everything, but better than the rest!"

Comments: I've used Hootesuite and Sprout Social for other clients, and Falcon.io is my favorite to use. It's a very easy to learn platform.

Pros: Right now the best two things that Falcon offers is an easy to use calendar-at-a-glance as well as allowing you to schedule multiple image Instagram posts. No other platforms seem to have the right Instagram capabilities right now and that alone puts Falcon ahead of the rest. Additionally, if you tag your posts for different campaigns, or any other variables, you can sort by those tags in the calendar view to see how your month or week is looking.

Cons: One of our biggest KPIs is Engagement Rate, and the reporting side of Falcon is still slowly coming along. Sometimes its still easier to just pull natively from the platform. But they still offer some great reporting features. I think there is still a chance you can't schedule video on Twitter.

"How Falcon made my day to day life easier"

Comments: Overall experience is very positive. Like mentioned above, I really like the Publishing tool. Engaging with the audience is also much easier than before (I do however wish that Instagram DM's could pull through to Falcon as well because then all my engagement could be done from one platform). But yes, overall I'm very positive. The team is also always very ready and prepared to help.

Pros: The Publishing tool saves me so much time. Instead of designing a content plan on other software or programs, I can now create my content on Falcon's calendar. I also save time then on briefing our designers, because I send it directly to them for approval where they see exactly what I have in mind and design it accordingly.

Cons: I really dislike that I have to create my audience from scratch every time I set up my ads. I don't want to create an audience from the listening tool, which is the only way you can save an audience. I would like to create an audience from scratch once, save it for that specific channel, and have it ready the next time/month I create my ads. Also, a recommendation - That you can edit published content as well (sometimes you want to change a small thing in the caption, but now you have to delete the whole post and add everything again).
