I and my tutors encounter these regularly. I have highlighted these to the admins but they don't seem to think there is an issue. The fees and Stripe Split payments system is very expensive and is too slow to release funds. Tutors are not happy that they have to wait 7 working days to get paid. > > Great tutoring portal- probably the best on the market at the moment.
