> **Pros**: The website has been working very well. The features are vibrant, very clear and the website is very User- friendly. Our clients can book their flight, Check the latest deals and promos we currently have, all without needing assistance from our Customer care.

> **Cons**: The website takes too long too load. The images are not very large in size but it takes too long and our Clients are complaining about it.

> The provab team has been very responsive with clearing our issues and also the quick response in corrections to the website.

I was most impressed by the tool that can practically search for prices across various platforms and provide results in a fast and efficient manner. the backend of the tool is also extremely easy to use

> **Pros**: absolutely nothing, they pretend to fix the issue but within days or hours it stops working. They stop responding to you once your payment is made. their API is also a scam and you will never get paid using their API. Once they had over the website the discount the API and that stops working also

> **Cons**: functions don't work, service is horrible and with nobody caring or responding. Complete scam and everything stops working after they release the website to you. Typical with Indian company but this company specifically is the ultimate scam. Further search will show you the owners/management of this company has been scamming people for years. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL LOSE IT ALL, BEWARE\!

> We have got our OTA developed by PROVAB around 6 months back and  our company Mehri Travels was amazed by the work done by them on the online travel portal created for us. The project is wonderful, was completed on time and their timely responses on Skype were reliable. We are very happy with the work done by our project manager Pinky and her team. We felt grateful for the multiple follow up call's and texts by them reassuring us on the project's status. The business has been running full-fledged and we are very excited with the success and the increase in our sales with this easy to use portal.
