> **Cons**: The licensing model being based on logins rather than assigned seats - this requires relatively strong governance, otherwise an agent logging in once, in error - results in a lost seat for 30 days.

> Overall, I think iSpring is an extremely strong LMS tool for the cost. It doesn't come with the price tag that a lot of LMS platforms command. It functionally does everything you'd need it to do.

From a support side, the team at iSpring are quick and explain things without being too technical. Great when you don't have a dedicated team.

The online learning and authoring tools were easy to work with. The employees reported no issues with understand the instruction on how to use the program. It was definitely worth the every penny.
