Very versatile and suggested tool

4.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Seamless experience on Zoom. The reliability, performance, and integration with other tools all are just up to the mark. We can create virtual rooms in one meeting, share the screens, and invite people with just one link making it a super useful tool.

Pros:

1. Setting up and start of account is just a minute jon and took no time. 2. Highly secure and versatile environment for communication at workplaces. 3. It can integrate into my calendar as well for sending invites and easy starting meetings.

Cons:

1. The basic version is very limited to session scheduling only meanwhile the paid version is just the next level of it. 2. The time on the free version is limited to 40 minutes only which is very much not helpful.

Zoom, the king of all meeting apps.

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: A lot used on Work meetings, also on personal use, my childs use it on their school and zoom also can be use to watch places or situations, I used a lot to check my children in the living while they play with toys, zoom can be very versatile

Pros:

Zoom is a global solution that serves to connect with everyone and using all possible means, since it adapts to the needs of each one. Our team can use Laptop, Tablet, or even CellPhone to connect each other. Also there is no delay on connections and all our mettings can be recorder to check later for anything that need to verify. Also, our children can use this features in their classroom and social meetings, so everyone win. Zoom it's universal, we can use other apps, but Zoom it's always winning with new features that is why Zoom is the King.

Cons:

- Some limitations in time on free meetings. - We need to pay for unlimited meetings, but worth every penny.

Reliable Meeting Platform

4.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Overall, it is a tool I use daily to connect with other professionals and clients and serves its purpose reliably.

Pros:

Zoom Workplace is great for basic staff meetings and client meetings. It is reliable and easy to use.

Cons:

It is frustrating when Zoom updates their interface and automatically enrolls into the new tools, such as the new whiteboard which I do not prefer as much as the classic.

Webinars and job interviews are a breeze with Zoom for businesses of any size

5.0 last month New

Comments: Webinars and job interviews are a breeze with Zoom for businesses of any size. The experience we've had has been good, ranging from private meetings to public webinars and demos, with excellent assistant satisfaction and almost no interrupts

Pros:

Webinars and job interviews are a breeze with Zoom for businesses of any size.

Cons:

Mostly it's best for mobile users that attend Zoom meetings to download the app, and that's still refraining some people from doing so. Its interface can be awkwardly strange and changing, but it's good enough

Zoom to better results

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Overall I am very happy with Zoom. Before I switched to Microsoft Teams I had a lot of good experiences collaborating with colleagues over Zoom. The ability to seamlessly share screen, share videos really smoothly and send files using the chat function allowed us to design over the internet really effectively.

Pros:

Zoom is a powerful tool for videoconferencing at work. I switched from this software to Microsoft Teams but I think the video quality is higher on Zoom and the ability to collaborate is just as strong.

Cons:

Zoom can have some issues when it comes to microphone problems. I tend to find the connecting a microphone to Zoom less straight forward than using Microsoft Teams. I have also found that the browser version of Zoom can be glitchy if a partner or colleague doesn't have it installed.

A Zoom Overview - From a Digital Marketer and Small Business Owner

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Zoom workplace has been integral to my professional life both with my digital marketing job and with my own business. Being able to meet virtually with my international team has opened up the doors for stronger bonds and communication.

Pros:

Zoom Workplace makes it quick and simple to set up Meetings that integrate well with the Google Calendar. It has personally helped me immensely with my career to be able to meet my teams virtually, as we are international. The Chat feature during meetings helps a lot in terms of being able to send links within the Meeting itself, rather than another third-party service.

Cons:

For my business, we save on operating expenses by using the free version of Zoom Workplace. However, this comes at the cost of Meetings having a 40 minute timer before it kicks everyone out. This can be remedied by simply rejoining using the same link, or setting up a new meeting. Even so, this timer is an unnecessary hindrance that makes us look unprofessional. If Zoom lets up simply rejoin to reset the timer, they should just increase the timer duration to at least an hour or remove the duration to begin with.

Excellent product for workplace communication and collaboration

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Easy-to-use for those that are not tech-savvy. Makes online training more effective so more training can be held online and remotely.

Pros:

I find their annotation capabilities excellent. It really makes good online training possible. There is a lot of functionality and it is flexible. My husband is a software developer and they also use annotation extensively - so its use is across-board. Zoom is also easy-to-use. I am really glad that they have evolved it with integrations and more functionality so that it continues to be useful as other software has evolved. I like the AI functionality in terms of making summaries etc. It really cuts out some of the tedious work.

Cons:

I really like the product and the only drawback is that it cannot integrate as well as teams does into Microsoft. I was at an organization that started with Zoom and then all their systems went Microsoft, so they switched to Teams.

Zoom makes video calls so easy

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: Overall, it’s really good. It’s rare to have connection issues and I wouldn’t really be able to function in my job without it. It syncs with my Google calendar, too. I love that. It makes life so much easier.

Pros:

Most things about Zoom are great. I use the video feature everyday for interviews. I usually don’t have any connection issues and it’s really user friendly. Anyone could figure out how to use this software really quickly if they needed to.

Cons:

The phone feature isn’t great sometimes. Calls do drop and I’ve had connection issues, too. One time I was actually connected with the same person, on 2 different lines, at the same time somehow. It was really confusing and I ended up restarting my computer to make sure I was completely disconnected.

Zoom Workplace: Strong Connector for Remote Work

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: Very positive experience with Zoom Workplace and it's a product I use every day. I use it for anything from casual workplace calls to recorded webinar-style conversations and everything in-between. it's easy to access, use the features, and conduct business virtually with very few hiccups.

Pros:

The interface is easy-to-use and everything is self-explanatory. The cost is pretty low and it isn't a huge program that slows your computer down when it's running.

Cons:

Not as much a negative on Zoom but if your connection is bad, Zoom is pretty close to unusable. You have to ensure you have a strong connection to make sure the call and features work seamlessly.

Great Learning Session

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: My overall experience with Zoom Workplace has been highly positive. The platform excels in providing a robust and reliable environment for virtual meetings and collaborations. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule, join, and manage meetings, ensuring that communication flows smoothly within our team. The high-quality video and audio, coupled with features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and meeting recordings, significantly enhance our productivity and engagement.

Pros:

What I liked most about Zoom Workplace is its seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools in one platform. The ease of scheduling and joining meetings, along with the intuitive interface, makes it simple for team members to connect, regardless of their technical proficiency. The video and audio quality are consistently excellent, even in large meetings, which ensures clear and effective communication. Additionally, the range of features, from screen sharing and breakout rooms to virtual backgrounds and meeting recordings, enhances productivity and makes it easier to manage and participate in virtual work environments. The reliability and comprehensive support provided by Zoom Workplace have made it an indispensable tool for our team's daily operations.

Cons:

One of the limitations I found with Zoom Workplace is the inability to send text messages directly within the platform. I know this is something that is currently being worked on.

5.0 4 months ago

Pros:

Zoom Workplace is the most robust tool for internal communications and video conferencing. It has a mobile application which works perfect for me when it comes to conducting online meetings.

Cons:
