An important condominium management tool.

Helping property management

Comments: This platform is easy to learn, mostly intuitive and definitely one of the best tool we can work with in property management.

Pros:

Condo Control allows to access our database of residents easily, allowing us to find the information we need fast and accurately. The announcement allow us to prepare and send memos right away or delay, this way we can prepare memos ahead of time with the guarantee it will be sent at the right moment.

Cons:

The Classified Ad section is not as intuitive as one could hope, but with a bit of tweaking, it can assist the need of our residents and property manager.

A basic program.

Comments: CCC is a big improvement over emails for recordkeeping because it allows access to the entire board and keeps track of outstanding issues. But there aren't good search features so that as time goes on it is more and more difficult to find records of past issues. Also the requirement to post a service request then go back in to add photos is cumbersome - you should be able to attach photos when creating the request.

Pros:

It provides a communication platform for multiple categories of users to connect and access information. It is generally offered to client buildings free by property management and security companies.

Cons:

The library function is very limited re size of documents permitted and the organization of documents. The reporting functions are awkward making it difficult to search for or organize issues that were the subject of complaints or incident reports. The summary reports don't show key information so the detailed reports need to be reviewed.

It's Pretty Good

Comments: Most issues we have have no solution so not such a great experience.

Pros:

The easy navigation and user-friendly interface.

Cons:

The announcements are not as customizable as we were led to believe, not able to delete visitors from an account, announcements are not able to have attachments and only the message can be viewed to now I have to make all documents images to have them seen by our residents.

Pros:

Cons:

Search button can be improved, Often I search about resident's name for example, it crashes, like nothing shows up. I think that is the major thing which can be improved.

Comments: Excellente!!. The app help to maintain the data of a condominium.

Pros:

If you creat 2 shifts by mistake. You dont have an option to delete it.

Beginner-Friendly

Pros:

As someone who has never used a program like this before, I felt that it was very easy to learn how to use the necessary functions required for my position. The video tutorials also were very helpful in teaching me about all the different functions that are available for use. Although we do not use every single function Condo Control has to offer, it is great that the options are still available in the event that they are needed further down the line. As a Security personnel, the Security and Concierge tab is very well done. They layout is very easy to understand and navigate. Sometimes we have a lot of people come and go, as such, having something that is simple to use makes it easy when trying to teach someone with zero experience.

Cons:

Based on the functions that the building uses on a daily basis, my biggest issue with Condo Control is lack of sorting options for things like particular Incident Reports based on Category.

Great One Stop Information Management for Condo Communities

Comments: Rather than running two systems of records we rely entirely on condo control for suite records. It allows us to produce reports and search information easily.

Pros:

Nice that residents can log in and change their profile information themselves to keep us updated. Also good to be able to see history of a suite (amenity bookings, parcels received, violations etc)

Cons:

There are some features where it would be nice as an administrator to do a select all and then update particularly if a predecessor has not kept up with closing service tickets or incident reports.

Condo Control is Top Notch

Comments: The overall experience has been a very positive one. I find the staff very open to making change when I make suggestions which is awesome. The help desk staff are are very helpful when I call in.

Pros:

Condo Control is extremely user friendly. Our condo complex uses it to communicate with our tenants and owners. The features we use the most are announcements, service requests, amenity bookings, unit file, make a payment, store, and the library.

Cons:

Not that I can think of. I am very pleased with everything about Condo Control.

Comments: Very good and user friendly in many functions

Pros:

Easy to use and many features option. Data correction and archive feature that is helpful even though you have deleted from the main screen. the layout of the screen are well designed.

Cons:

Search engine still need to improve - not precise and in term of key word search for example if I search unit 2104 I should get only resident of unit 2104 but I got many data that not related what I am searching.

Completely rebuilt our HOA owners database with this software. Invaluable!

Pros:

The phone book, service request tracking and announcement module are the most important features to us.

Cons:

The voting module was only ok. And it is fairly expensive to set up. Also, the Quickbooks Online tie in seems problematic. Syncing our QBO records to CC doesn't always go smoothly. We wish there was a dedicated accounting package for HOAs that we could purchase, and do away with QBO.

Comments: Recently have had issues with Condo Manager and sync'ing with Condo Control. [sensitive content hidden]
