Pros:

The iSmartRecruit platform stands out, offering straightforward features and functionality. Our team quickly embraced the software due to its user-friendly interface, making adoption swift. Additionally, iSmart's client support is highly effective and efficient.

Cons:

There's absolutely nothing to complain about. The feedback I receive from my team of consultants, who use iSmartRecruit daily, is consistently positive.

Comments: Before using iSmartRecruit, we spent too much time on manual hiring tasks. Now, with automated resume parsing, sourcing, and scheduling, we save valuable time and effort.

Pros:

I successfully found great candidates by using social media recruiting and recruitment marketing features. Using iSmartRecruit, I also created email marketing campaigns to expand my reach and attract more applicants.

Cons:

The ATS is perfect overall, but we’d love to see more job board integrations added.

Comments: Our RM, [sensitive content hidden] has been incredibly helpful throughout the transition to our new ATS application. Her training sessions were thorough and helped us maximize the use of the platform. While we've encountered a few issues with the application, she has been prompt and supportive in resolving them. Overall, her assistance has been invaluable!

Applicant tracking: Intuitive. Easily keep track of candidate job assignments, submissions to clients, interview status, hiring status, etc

Basic mobile app. Would be useful to have more features in the mobile version

This is great Application Tracking system. This is helping me to performtasks in a more organized way. The interview scheduling and follow ups have become way easy now . I can now see the reports of our team performance as well as the individual recruiter's performance. Posting and promoting of jobs. Ease of navigation of the system. Impressive Dashboard.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

Nothing in general - if I need to say maybe reports could be more customized as per needs. The ATS has technical issues at times while loading. It crashes at times, and certain features don't work at times.

Awesome support, evolving software

Pros:

iSmart has almost all the functionality you need for effective recruitment process. Their support is fantastic, always there for you! iSmart team listens to their client needs and regularly does soft functionality upgrades - in my opinion this is thir greatest advantage. It is very useful, that you can customise processes to your needs, for example, you can create your own client pipeline statuses and set, how candidates are moving through the pipeline. Sync with gmail is really usefull if you use g-suit for business.

Cons:

There are not many flaws for this software. If you have legit idea, what is missing, team will discuss it and offer a solution.

Inexperienced user

The support staff is amazing when it comes to helping someone who isn't tech savvy.

Cons:

There are some minor issues like some information not properly populating when adding a candidate. Small issues here and there.
