Comments: SiteDocs has saved us so much time and money over the past four years!

Pros:

SiteDocs is easy to use, forms are easy to setup, and it makes compliance and participation a breeze!

Cons:

I wish there was a feature for tracking vehicle and equipment maintenance.

Comments: SiteDocs helped me with 80% of my Jobs information and real time data Stats, I enjoyed it, and there customer service was Awesome !!!!

Pros:

SiteDocs helped me understand and layout my Safety walks , accordingly to my jobs , incidents, Safety Refresher, Safety equipment , Investigation reports. Also it helped with Some Quality Assurance / Quality Control and also track job information accordingly.

Cons:

Not much to dislike with SiteDocs its a powerful tool, to any user that can utilize this program in there wheelhouse.

Comments: Lately not impressed, a lot of these things should already be fixed. For the price we pay, these small things shouldn't be happening

Pros:

Layout of forms (for admins) Certification tracking

Cons:

The web app layout is not user friendly, especially when clients need to use. Admin or workers can't edit a location once a form has been submitted. Once a form has been created as "Private" or not, you can edit it to switch to one or the other so I would have to create the form from scratch.

Comments: Great product and more important the after service has been great.

Pros:

Easy to use, great service with questions or assistance and a company that listens to the requests of its users. I have been with them thru various companies since they started and will continue to recommend them...

Cons:

Nothing, when we have needed the system to work differently or to be able to add things like files and pdf's in areas that we weren't currently able to they worked on the program to ensure these could be done as the program evolved.

Site Docs for everything

Comments: I love site docs. I have been able to convince our operating company to move more into site docs with forms inspections and audit results which helps us track everything and less data handling / managing in excel which causes transcription errors.

Pros:

Ease of finding documentation keeping everything in one place Flag and follow up forms Flag and follow up forms signing - love the save as pending and complete. This helped alleviate a lot of issues that raised from signing off too early

Cons:

Would like a way to sign off as pending on the original form. Would like to be able to import data and use analytics.

Site Docs - Faster, Better, Easier

Comments: I just love it! Their customer support is also very great, the platform is easy to use and implement to make your HSE Management so much faster, better and safer.

Pros:

I love that the whole program is paperless. I don't have to chase people down for documents. I can easily monitor form completion and follow up when it is not completed. It makes it very easy to ensure all workers are completing forms as required by assignment for frequency. Site Docs allows for more worker participation through form completion, and they don't have to remember to do anything with the papers.

Cons:

Not much I don't like - I have communicated the need for a hazard assessment table for use in forms. All other features are awesome.

How to make your job easier.

Comments: great looking forward to more options and applications coming down the line.

Pros:

The Platform is easy to use Site docs makes sure you get forms out to the workers in the field when they are needed and with out having to collect the paper work.

Cons:

Having to give my phone or tablet to a contractor. this just in no need anymore with workforce management.

Bait and Switch Pricing

Comments: Feeling really undervalued as a customer and like they are just in it for the money. To have done all of this work only to have to possibly abandon the the platform and retrain all of our people on something else is horrible.

Pros:

Loved the program. Was easy to use after some set up but it works great for the company and our safety needs.

Cons:

The initial year was pricy but could be justified. Was paying $3700 CDN plus tax. Now that it is time to renew they have implemented a tier system and to get what we currently have (and keep what I spent months to set up) the price has jumped drastically to $4989.50 (this is after the $850 discount), That is an incredible 40% jump in pricing before the one time discount, 28% after. How can I justify that? If I drop to their basic Essentials tier, I am still having to pay $4476.95, so 21% more than the first year but with half the functionality. Bait and switch. Avoid them unless you want to go through months of set up and then gouged upon renewal.

Pros:

Very easy to use as an administrator and a user. Documents happen in real time and you receive them in real time. Keeps documents very organized and easy to find. Keeps track of certifications and expire dates. Great for safety audits!

Cons:

I don't have anything I don't like. There are always new updates and features added to make things run even smoother.

Enabled growth and safety.

Comments: The support team is exceptionally well-trained.Once the system was up and running, there were very few, if any, problems.Overall satisfaction is excellent.

Pros:

SiteDocs was an instant hit in our business due to the simplicity with which forms could be created, the outstanding and prompt customer service, the analytics services that customers could access, and the user-friendly, intuitive design. It has been necessary for us to obtain and keep our Certificate of Compliance. We were able to get the same in Food department too.

Cons:

As of right now, it is not possible to create a form that would instantly generate the proper replies or actions based on the input, which would be useful for cause analysis and hazard recognition forms.

Comments: Overall, this has been an amazing software to use. Customer service is second to none, and the software's ability to be customized for our needs has been worth every penny.

Pros:

SiteDocs is very easy to use and implement for field use. Even the most "old school" workers have been able to successfully utilize this software in the field. Another huge plus for us is the software's ability to create our own forms. This has allowed us to use SiteDocs as a Quality Control tool as well. The "resource" section allows us to store all of our SDS sheets as well as product data sheets for all of the products we use.

Cons:

I would love for the software to allow for the use of something like Excel. I'd like to be able to input numbers and have the software do basic mathematical functions.

Comments: To start - I got rid of two filing cabinets in my office, no onsite storage of documents, and no further archiving. As a Safety Manager I can view the issues on each site every day, and take action without having to visit each site every day. Having three business units working hundreds of miles apart this is an imperative.

Pros:

This software enables me to create, edit, and distribute forms and program information across our entire company within minutes. Adjustments to components of the program can happen real-time in the field when it counts. The Analytics suite helps managers keep their fingers on the pulse of safety activities on-site everyday.

Cons:

Some (very little) things need to be a little more flexible.

SiteDocs Is Easy to Use!

Pros:

It's easy to use. Easy to create forms and templates for daily, weekly and monthly inspections and Field Level Hazard Assessments. Great for record management and easy to pull up past reports for COR audits. Easy to edit past forms too.

Cons:

Used to be you couldn't attach PDF's to forms and now it looks like that has been resolved. Haven't tried it yet though.

Easy to use and access

Comments: SiteDocs is used to fill out multiple forms a day. It is easy for workers in the field to document their safety reports and see what others have filled out as well. It is a reliable and easy way to navigate our safety needs.

Pros:

The admin panel is very easy to use and the documents and forms signed are easy to find

Cons:

Frequently workers are unable to see their certificates or others certificates on the mobile app

Comments: overall it has been a great experience.

Pros:

allows our company to communicate information needed on site with our workers, and to see if everything that needs to be completed is being completed without having to visit every site in order to review paperwork.

Cons:

i wish there was a way to allocate site specific information PDF's to a site, such hazmat reports, call before you dig, site specific safe work procedures and others. so when a site opens their app to complete paperwork they can also review the above mentioned.

Comments: I really like SiteDocs and would recommend to anyone who wants a product for ease of use, everything in one place, easy for all workers to understand (young and older), helps remind workers what to look for in the Pre-Job HA/FLHA and Pre-trip inspection, etc.

Pros:

Ease of use, placed on workers phones so they do not have to carry extra paperwork and hand in dirty reports :)

Cons:

There really isn't anything I don't like about this software. If I have an issue, then I call SiteDocs and they help with any problems immediately.

Compliance Made Easy

Comments: I have been using Sitedocs for over two years, without it collecting paperwork would be significantly more challenging. Certain daily safety-related paperwork is sometimes hours away from where our head office is located; without Sitedocs, paperwork is lost, damaged by the elements or hard to prove it was completed when it is required to be.

Pros:

Sitedocs' best feature has to be the in-real-time tracking of safety documentation. It is easy to see when required documentation is missing so you can follow up with the workers in the field and ensure that it is completed.

Cons:

Sitedocs should automatically install the newest version of the program on all user's phones, instead of relying on the users to update. Some users have a difficult time with technology; therefore eliminating a step would be quite useful.

Safety Program Management Simplified

Comments: The SiteDocs team has been wonderful to work with. They walked me through the setup and implementation process. They also patiently helped me with any issues I was having and have been receptive to features that I feel would be beneficial to users. The response time has been almost immediate on all support requests.

Pros:

The app is really user friendly so it we were quickly able to gain adoption by our crew in the field. The software is highly customizable, easy to create your own forms, and upload resources. We now have our entire safety program by chapter as a reference document, SDS sheets, safety meeting topics, safety forms, training records, and other reference documents all easily available to our SiteDocs users on their mobile devices. Several of our sites are remote so a huge advantage is that the forms and safety meetings can still be completed without an internet connection and then uploaded when they have a signal so it eliminates excuses for safety items not being completed on all sites.

Cons:

I do have a couple of minor issues with the software that could be improved. The dashboard has an emergency locations nearby option that uses Google to find the nearest emergency location by category that I wish I could either turn off or customize the location. Often the locations shown are for an animal hospital or a provider that is not part of our worker's compensation medical provider network so it can cause some confusion. I also wish that resources could be tied to a location to be able to cut down on data that is downloaded for all users, but only needed by a few users. It also would be great if the software allowed you to have a notification send to users to remind them of a specific item that needs to be completed like a specific safety meeting topic that needs to be completed or a new document that has been added to resources.

Comments: Love it. We dispensed tablets throughout our facility so all employees have quick access to SDS's, company policies, work instructions, etc. (many other features), at the touch of their fingertips. When everyone realized they were all part of safety, they started filling out forms to better our safety program for our facility, which led to breaking our company safety record.

Pros:

Extremely easy to use and gets employees more engaged about safety, you do not have to be "tech savvy" to use this software and the tech support is VERY responsive when you have questions.

Cons:

Small things; not being able to easily switch forms from public to private (you have to rebuild a whole new form), not being able to adjust an employee email without having to create a new profile.

Comments: I would strongly recommend SiteDocs to any business.

Pros:

This program is amazing for tracking daily health and safety objectives. I am extremely happy with the attendance form which is completed daily by all, so no need to chase workers for hours. When conducting my internal-external COR audits, I have all my documents required. Very easy to use and very user friendly. SiteDocs customer service team is always there to assist and make site suitable for our needs.

Cons:

There is nothing at the this time that does not work for our companies needs.
