Smooth Transition

Pros:
[sensitive content hidden] was an invaluable asset during our recent implementation process. His expertise in Lever was crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful transition. [sensitive content hidden] patience and clear communication skills made the process much less stressful for our team. He was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues that arose.

Lever is the best ATS i've ever used!
Comments: It's been an awesome experience from purchase to implementation. I love using it daily! It's a great tool that allows me to do my job efficiently and effectively as a recruiter.
Pros:
The implementation was great. We had a very clear plan, direction and the weekly meetings were a bright spot in our weeks. The system was easy to use, customize and implement! Recruiter experience - we can save time by utilizing our job posting and candidate templates. We can leverage utilizing multiple locations on job postings. Being able to duplicate job postings is a huge efficiency add. Having the opening and closing statements for postings is also a win. As for sifting through applicant traffic, the archive + email functionality (especially the delay email!) is huge in staying on top of all applicants that apply.
Cons:
It's more on our end - our security team is very small and they weren't able to grant clearance to utilize Lever with the sync functionality. Being limited in this way limits our level of efficiency of use within the system.
Lever is a good entry level product
Pros:
Good entry level product, does the basic job of an ATS.
Cons:
Hard to consolidate candidate profiles. No function on org chart /workforce planning. Requisition approval is too simple, hard to work with finance on budget planning.
Lever ATS Review
Comments: Overall, I have had a good experience with Lever, however, it leaves a lot to be desired compared to the other more modern Applicant Tracking Systems out there.
Pros:
I like Lever because of its ease of use. It's also great for bulk candidate management, especially for those who handle volume roles. It also has integration with a lot of job boards which leads to a good flow of applicants.
Cons:
The reporting module is not the greatest, we have had to integrate it with another app for reports. It also lacks a lot of automation, which can be a downside for busy recruiters.
Great Applicant Tracking
Comments: Easy to use, fast implementation process. Easy to learn and to teach to others.
Pros:
How it integrates with Linked-in recruiter great tool to have.
Cons:
Not much I have found that I don't like. The process to get items set up was probably the hardest just trying to create some of the things that needed to happen on the back end.

I always said I would build the perfect ATS someday as every system seems to be lacking something. Then I found Lever - it's like they read my mind every step of the way! What do I like? Ease of use - built from the perspective of a recruiter Fantastic implementation support (Mary is AMAZING and she knows her stuff!!!) Excellent and prompt customer service/support

Nothing When I have felt something was missing, I submitted to request and was either shown how to do it or was told it is currently being worked on. very progressive and growing system.

Great ATS for the value and does it's job with reporting/sourcing and candidate management
Pros:
I think the ease of use is great with Lever, able to have hiring manager review / move candidates along while using the reporting aspect of it to showcase your work.Also the integration part is great as it can integrate with various platform like Hired.com, HireEZ, and of course GEM for sourcing.
Cons:
Not much except there's too much updates or info coming from Lever. I wish they could lower their noise with updates and notification.

Enjoyed Using
Comments: Very positive. Implementation was very easy and the support team was great.
Pros:
I really enjoyed user Lever. It has tons of features for DE&I. Our managers loved using it as well and it really streamlined our recruiting efforts. Scheduling through the Office integration was also great.
Cons:
Compared to others, Lever was pricey but we felt it was worth it. The software runs very smoothly, never had an issues, and was very easy to use. Top of our budget but we got what we paid for in my opinion.
Excellent Onboarding Experience
Comments: Great experience at this time.
Pros:
As a recent customer of Lever, we've just completed the implementation phase. It's been a very smooth onboarding experience, and we have received excellent support from [sensitive content hidden]. The posting and requisition process is simple, and we appreciate that custom fields can be created to support business needs and reporting.
Cons:
As a new customer, there is nothing that we dislike about Lever at this time. One product suggestion is the ability to auto-email reports created through Data Explorer.
Lever for the Win
Comments: Our implementation and onboarding experience with Lever was fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] listened to everything that we had to say, whether it was pushing for updates, frustrations with understanding, or excitement around how improved our new system was. He was always willing to help us out, go above and beyond supporting us through emails, and follow up with items he didn't have an answer to right away. [sensitive content hidden] made the experience!
Pros:
One of my favorite features is the job posting template. It is so easy to add the pieces that are part of each job posting and only have to worry about updating the details for the specific role.
Cons:
Requesting candidate availability is not something that we can do (yet?) and it does make it difficult to collect that data. We are making it work the best we can until that is hopefully added to the roadmap.
Always emerge with the best there is
Comments: Commendable services and great features.
Pros:
It is a pleasure knowing Lever. It streamline hiring and recruitment. It has revolutionized our way of doing things bringing the best out of every efforts.
Cons:
The one time payment is too high. It should be made monthly to spread the cost.
Complex ATS with many features
Comments: I think if you have the budget for a dedicated ATS and can effectively train all users on the platform and its many features, you'll find that this platform worth the extreme cost, which is about equivalent to a full, smaller HRIS.
Pros:
Lever has many great features that make applicant tracking, interviewing, etc. much easy and more automated than some competitors. It is extremely robust and offers quite a bit as a dedicated ATS. They are one of the biggest in the ATS space for a reason.
Cons:
The cost is extremely high for a small business and if you aren't using all of the features, the ROI is not as high as it should be. The UI is overly complex and hard to navigate and use for the average user. Managers often commented on the struggle to engage fully with the platform.

Pros:
The implementation process was seamless with [sensitive content hidden] as our specialist. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. The integration with Indeed & Paylocity was also seamless!
Cons:
There are a few things that took a little longer to integrate, like texting.
End-to-end recruitment
Comments: Overall very good - many members of the business use the software and have found it to be easy to use and meet their recruitment needs.
Pros:
Lever makes the end-to-end recruitment process easy. From adding an open position through to reviewing applications, filtering candidates, communicating with candidates and ultimately making the hire. Lever enables you to review CVs received within the software and enables a frictionless process when recruiting. It also provides a front-end product which can be used for internal and external vacancies. The layout of the job listings is clear and straightforward.
Cons:
With a high number of candidates it can sometimes be different to sort in an efficient manner.

What I like most about Lever is that it is user-friendly.

What I like least about Lever is some of the user access settings.
Great Implementation
Pros:
The Lever ATS is so easy to use. The Lever Implementation is great to work with. Our Implementation Partner [sensitive content hidden] was the outstanding. I have worked on other system implementations with other implementation partners, but Tom was the best.
Cons:
Audit trail and a few other items that I discussed during the implementation.
Easy to Submit Candidates
Pros:
It is very easy to add new candidates to the database.

I do not like the length of time it sometimes takes to parse the resume

Pros:
This review is specific to our implementation lead, [sensitive content hidden] . I have gone through many implementations throughout my career and could say without a doubt [sensitive content hidden] has made this the easiest! He is attentive, professional, supportive, and an expert at what he does.
Cons:
Nothing to note here - we have successfully completed implementation without issue.
Great system and implementation
Comments: It has been great working with Lever and building recruiting workflow in the system. They have a very well planned implementation process.
Pros:
I really appreciate the customer service. They take the time to learn your recruiting process and are very knowledgeable and stay up to date with new features.
Cons:
It would be nice to see more scheduling tools added to what they offer.
Smart, innovative and reliable
Pros:
We needed a software that would make our process time efficient and would be easy to use by every stakeholder and Lever is just that - a lot of smart functions that save a lot of time, a lot of automation, and the impolementation process was so easy thanks to [sensitive content hidden]! Each time I sent an email asking about something she was already on top of everything, no question was left unanswered.
Cons:
Nothing much to complain, I guess it depends on each company. Lever does a great job on molding based on each company's needs and if anything is missing they add it to their list of developments, all feedback is considered which is something really really nice.
