> **Pros**: First of all, this system is extremely easy for new employees to learn. This has saved me an immense amount of time in training staff because it literally takes under 15 minutes to learn all of the necessary functions for a new team member to get up and running. Also, this system is clearly designed for bars which is great because it's super fast and allows my bartenders to make money, not spend their time digging around in the POS. Additionally, the inventory system is amazing. It's extremely easy to identify loss (an unfortunate reality of this business) and to correct that, thus saving me a ton of money in lost product. The system is also very, very stable. I constantly hear of other owners having their POS systems crash or get slow with a lot of tabs (Square) and I've never once had that issue with this system. It's got great reporting and really everything that I need in a system.
