I am charged a “New Client Marketplace Fee” for a returning client who had previously booked with me and even contacted me directly to rebook. I follow Fresha’s own advice by sending my direct booking link, yet the system still flags client as new marketplace clients. Despite clear evidence, support refuses to refund the fees, citing rigid policy and technicalities. The worst thing is the tone and attitude of the support team. Responses are curt, dismissive, and show no empathy or willingness to understand the issues. It felt like speaking to a bot programmed to say “no” rather than a team interested in helping resolve genuine concerns. > > These experiences highlights a serious flaw in Fresha’s client recognition system and a troubling lack of accountability. Their policies seem designed to protect their revenue—not their users.
