The best bang for your ATS buck
Comments: Overall Breezy is still the best tool I have found to manage our recruiting. I haven't yet used the onboarding and HR management features, since we have other tools for when a candidate is actually hired.
Pros:
I love the interface--it was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) in a world of horrible recruiting tools. It's so easy to make a workflow you like, and it especially makes sense for tech teams that are using a kanban style of work already. The configurable boards allow you to move candidates to new stages, either manually or automatically, and this style just "makes sense", both logically and visually. It's super intuitive.
Cons:
We didn't find the integration with job boards to be as robust and useful as we had hoped. This was easy enough to do ourselves anyway, but if you have more than a few dozen open roles or need to make updates and changes to each role, this functionality is critical.
My career gets better and smarter with Breezy
Comments: Appreciating the much this software has achieved for me. My job is more enjoyable and effective. There is more time to concentrate on other aspects of life.
Pros:
Streamlining hiring and recruitment saves time and resources. I have more time to make informed decisions and do my research. This has eliminated any compromised results in my final decision. Self scheduling interviews is a major step to achieving automation which makes the tool user friendly and quite relatable. It helps me to keep track of new employees through meetings and interviews.
Cons:
My true legend. I have no complaints about this tool. I have achieved alot so far.
love it
Pros:
very easy to naviagate and to find a soild job
Cons:
not enough jobs in the cooking or agriculture field

This product is good, the integrations with bob, our HR system could be better. It only takes over the first name and last name, it could transfer more information.
A Breeze to Use
Pros:
Breezy was easy for me to learn to use, very intuitive.
Cons:
I can not think of any negatives at the moment.
My counterpart tool. I can't do without.
Comments: Breezy is easy to use even for newbies. It elevates little effort to greater achievements through AI generated SMS, interviews and recruitment needs. I am happy.
Pros:
As a beginner in my career, I had sleepless nights with workloads especially whenever there were recruitments and interviews. I wished for the worst after a whole week of such. I didn't know about Breezy. I consulted my close college friend who suggested Breezy to me. I have enjoyed my job ever since. My productivity has also risen gradually all thanks to this great software which I keep close to me in my career. Try it.
Cons:
Breezy is fine. In my experience, I have no cons. It works perfect for me.
Breezy stands out as the best tool for human resources
Comments: It is essential to mention that Breezy is a program that performs tasks in the areas of recruitment operation, as well as in the follow-up of people, and that does not require other departments in its portfolio in order to correctly manage employment. It performs high performance studies on all the resumes submitted to our system, this makes the evaluator, through artificial intelligence tools, determine which are the best suggestions that have been presented so far and that, if chosen, could lead to a better result in terms of employment.
Pros:
The technical support group provided by Breezy was very accommodating to our quality of service needs, as they were able to adapt to our circumstance and provide us with high quality solutions, which means we will continue to engage with them for troubleshooting. At Breezy, we are pleased that the human resource management system works so well as evidenced by the monitoring of employee time periods. The reliability of the service is so high that there is no difficulty in working from different tools, as the benefits can be retained in the same magnitude. Within Breezy, all human resources are handled internally, which further minimizes the work of human resources managers, implementing artificial intelligence methods to determine which employees have the highest capacity, who could be candidates for promotion, and which ones do not work well.
Cons:
The surface is not attached through any API to the project management services, this would be helpful to be able to more clearly identify the jobs when you need to make an assessment of their quality or the interactions that employees have with each other during the development of each. day of work
Breezy for Recruitment
Comments: Its good and I like it as its user friendly
Pros:
It makes recruitment easy collecting resumes, seggregating them and sorting and shortlisting the resumes for interview
Cons:
I do not have any complaints about this product
BreezyHR is a great ATS
Pros:
Breezy's interface is user friendly, easily customizable, and allows for easy reporting on pipeline and recruiting data
Cons:
Some of the more advanced reports are more difficult to construct if you don't have a more analytical/technical background
Alternatives Considered:
A well-rounded and easy to use ATS
Comments: I'm impressed with Breezy's continuous product improvements and feature releases. I've also had such positive experiences with their customer success team. It's also very well-priced - you can grow with Breezy as your team grows without it becoming a huge business expense.
Pros:
Breezy has everything you need in an ATS. The templates and automation are a particularly nice touch. For instance, making and managing your offers in Breezy is very handy.
Cons:
A minor improvement is having something automated when assigning tasks yourself. It feels redundant to have to go through adding yourself each time, especially when you use Breezy as your default task manager.
Alternatives Considered:
ATS for New/growing companies
Comments: For the past 2 months, it has been a good experience. We'll see if we would have a paid subscription on the future.
Pros:
This software helped us in cleaning and streamlining our hiring process. With this, we have lessen the paper trails for the overall recruitment process as all details can be viewed within the dashboard itself. Saves time and effort to share the details to the hiring team.
Cons:
Some functions are not available for free users. We are still considered as a start up company and we currently don't have a big allocation for recruitment tools and ATS. If there's a way that some paid functions can be used by free users like us (bulk upload, bulk sharing of CV's etc.).
BEST Customer Service, MOST RESPONSIVE Team
Comments: 100% satisfied. This entire company has a "can-do" attitude. No challenge is brushed off as not important. Everyone at Breezy seems to work as a team with each customer being the central focus. This is just so very unique, and it makes the entire process feel like you have a very smart expert right at the desk next to you. Creative, brilliant people, those Breezy folk are!
Pros:
Fabulous on-demand customer care is always there to answer questions and take input on feature enhancements. They CARE! So UNIQUE in the software industry.
Cons:
Breezy is best suited for a small to medium-sized business doing in-house recruiting. We are a boutique recruiting firm, and while the system works like a charm, we need to also interface with a proposal system and a CRM, and that is not how it is intended.
Love the organizational ability with Breezy
Comments: Breezy has a group of wonderful people always willing to help.
Pros:
I like how I can easily see who has been selected for an interview, interviewed, offered a position and accepted a position without going into each person's information.
Cons:
I don't know of a con that would be worth listing here.

It does offer integrations with other software.
Cloud HR Manager
Comments: Managing human resources and employees through it is very easy and its way of preparing reports or extracting them from it is fun and easy and you can do the necessary analysis at any time you see fit
Pros:
An easy-to-use program that allows you to customize certain features and functions in human resources and employee management and facilitates many special things in the description of new jobs and recruitment and integrates with many well-known programs
Cons:
Its price is high compared to other similar programs, although there are many features and functions, but it lacks some other important in its field of work
Breezy HR
Pros:
Overall, Breezy HR can be a great tool for companies looking to streamline their hiring process and improve their candidate tracking and management.
Cons:
Some users have expressed frustration with customer support, citing slow response times or unhelpful responses to inquiries, but overall it has been very helpful.
Excellent, easy to use - GAMECHANGER!
Pros:
Easy to use, makes gathering, tracking and progressing applications a Breeze :D
Cons:
Only con is that when I need support there is no phone support on the plan that I'm on, but I have had great help from the Live Chat people
Amazing Platform for building, testing, and deploying code more quickly
Comments: My overall experience with Breezy has been great. It's a powerful and intuitive Applicant Tracking System that is easy to use and has a lot of features. I love the comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities, as well as the ability to customize job postings and candidate profiles. It also has great integration with other service providers like Calendly, which makes scheduling interviews and managing applicants much easier. The customer service team is also incredibly helpful and responsive when I have questions or need help. Overall, I'm very impressed with Breezy and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an ATS.
Pros:
I liked that Breezy is an incredibly easy and intuitive platform to use. It provides users with a lot of useful features that make creating and managing a website project a breeze. The ability to collaborate on projects helps a lot. It also has great reporting tools for tracking progress, and see exactly where changes have been made to the website.
Cons:
I least enjoyed the difficulty of adjusting to Breezy's rough draft functionality. It can be quite disorienting at times when trying to track changes and format text.
Using Breezy makes recruiting a breeze
Comments: I love using the breezy platform, both on the pc and on the go with the mobile app. I'm constantly informed of every step of my applicants process from initial application to final hiring paperwork.
Pros:
The look-up feature allows you to find any candidate across multiple pools simple and efficient. Being able to sort candidates by locations applied in and stages of the hiring process, keeps your screen clean and easily manageable. The @ mention feature allows for quick and effective communication between departments both in the office and in the field.
Cons:
It is web based so "refreshing" often will ensure you always have the most up-to-date information.
Great easy ATS
Comments: I tried Breezy HR after stumbling upon them in Product Hunt, and I'm glad I did. I used to use Workable at a former employer, but I was starting my own recruiting company and wanted to start off with a solid free trial. Workable offers one, but Breezy offers a completely free posting forever, so we figured we could start with that! We quickly got some applicants, and found the process with adding people from LinkedIn and moving them through the pipeline to be very easy. Support is also readily available, and the prices are better than for Workable. As the tiers go up and we needed larger and larger amounts of job postings, Breezy HR stays much more affordable than Workable, and as far as I'm concerned it's basically the same product. The tagging of people, managing them through the pipeline, taking notes on them etc are all essentially the same. I can't really remember using anything differently in Workable, but to be fair I haven't used it in a year or so.
Pros:
I like how simple it is to syndicate out to dozens of job boards. That's the main purpose for us, and it works pretty well. It also has a nice and easy to use Kanban interface which we have grown used to from our opportunities and task pages. I also really like their Chrome extension which allows us to easily add someone to Breezy from LinkedIn. Somehow Workable doesn't offer this, and it's a life saver in terms of monitoring who you messaged and who you didn't.
Cons:
The support is a little lacking, but not in the quality. They use Intercom and I learned from Outreach.io when they switched from the Live Chat interface to support tickets that they had found live chat actually slows interactions for support. I found this to be true with Breezy as I ask a question, they get back at some point later when I'm not there, then I answer much later etc etc. It's a lot of back and forth that's very slow, and I think support tickets would help manage this better than a live chat where it's easy to ask really quick questions and go back and forth for awhile. My only other gripe is integration. I'm making the leap to SFDC, and Breezy only seems to integrate with things via Zapier. Workable is the same. It's not a deal breaker, but a nice SFDC integration would be amazing since we're already paying for the software. I have been looking at alternative ATS's that sync with SFDC just to make my life easier.
Breezy HR Response

Thanks Scott. Great to be working with you.
You WILL ask yourselves "How did we survive without this?"
Comments: I will TRY to make this brief as there is WAY WAY WAYYYYYYYY TOO MUCH AWESOMENESS to go on about here. The VALUE proposition is massive. Speed of service AND the ability to EXPEDITE decision making by our internal and client teams.... that goes BEYOND a simple ROI calc and becomes a "Ease of Doing Business" - OCM style metric. Candidates ARE our customers. The C-sat scores we get, and the RELATIONSHIPS we are building with applicants who evolve into candidates.... has been transformative at every level for our clients. Our CLIENTS are blown away by the workflows, the consistent communications, and again.... the SPEED at which culture aligned, technically over qualified, motivated people are coming to them for final interviews ready to start.
Pros:
The 3 biggest pieces of BREEZY that are CRITICAL to our business: 1st - speed of service 2nd - reduction of tools 3rd - centralization of communication SPEED OF SERVICE The ability to integrate with SLACK allowing us to reply to applicants with templates AND actually have dialogs when they become candidates was paramount to ensure positive candidate experiences. The BULK of HR/Recruitment engagements are canned, heartless replies - and Millenial "ghosting" style messaging. REDUCTION OF TOOLS The APIs for integration to our search and listing platforms AND the robust communication tools enable us to ALL use BREEZY as a "close to one stop" shop. We STILL need to post feeds and set up listing accounts AND we are pointing them ALL to BREEZY. The Google and HIRETUAL integrations are phenomenal. COMMUNICATIONS Internally having our conversations AND externally scheduling and engaging the candidates ALL IN ONE PLACE. NO MORE EMAIL CLUTTER. NO MORE BACK AND FORTH EXCUSES. Just a SINGLE source of TRUTH holding us ALL accountable to the candidate and each other.
Cons:
Because we use BREEZY a MINIMUM of like 3 hours of our day - AND - it is in the cloud - there CAN be some slow times. These slow times have NOTHING to do with BREEZY and EVERYTHING to do with normal Internet traffic times. The Breezy DevOps teams are always working on new features, and SUPER responsive to requests. We have made several and will make more, AND YET, out of the "cloud" box - there is nothing to really state as a CON. I would advise against their Video Calling at this time - coming from my background at Cisco Systems - I am hyper partial to WebEx and Zoom calls. Breezy team are working on evolving the calendaring and video calling components though.
Tracking Candidates is the Business, and Business is good with Breezy
Comments: Breezy has made our recruiting efforts much less stressful and much more streamlined. I no longer get stressed out when initiating a recruiting campaign. This platform offers organization from the onset of advertising a position...all the way to the final cut.
Pros:
Several of us were very excited when we learned how to use Breezy platform. It allows for easy end-to-end recruiting and hiring for our team. Searching the applicants is very convenient because fields such as "education" and "experience" can be activated or not. Keeping track of eliminated candidates is not longer a hassle. I can inform all of them with a few email features. Categorizing potential candidates is a very organized ordeal, and simple to adjust and manipulate.
Cons:
Scheduling features need to be updated to be a little more flexible, and not use block hours. Now that I am familiar with the platform, it is not complicated. However, I also have years of experience using these programs.....so there might be a learning curve for 1st time users.
Easy Peasy-let's go along with Breezy
Comments: My overall experience with Breezy has been great so far. It collaborates all the winning features of the recruitment cycle requirement and present it on a single platform. The flow of a candidate through different phases is smooth, simple, and easy to navigate for all the users. It has helped in creating a more interactive relationship with the applicants.
Pros:
Breezy HR is a recruitment tool for all kinds of businesses. Its framework is based on the most important aspects of recruitment cycle, designed in a perfect manner to provide a miraculous experience to the Talent Hunter. It has a strong visual customization wherein you can see a candidate’s profile moving from being in the selected board to feedback and then depending upon the feedback, it goes to qualified/disqualified category. You can customize the entire process at each step. It is an extremely helpful tool for a recruiter when you are working on different kind roles as it helps in customization of the information received from applicants as per needs. The tech support team is easy to reach via chat option on the portal. The entire interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons:
I cannot think of cons with reference to the features and functionality of the product but it may seem expensive if there too many postings in a month so there is increment in the fees. It can be little expensive for a startup. However, overall it is worth it.

Feedback for BreezyHR
Comments: I use it for about 1 year in my previous company, and now I have offered to use it too.
Pros:
I like this software, because of the kanban view, I see all candidates in each step. Now I use it alone, but in the case of using it with another recruiter, it's also convenient, not to has duplicate candidates on positions. I like scorecards, very convenient for the technician team. Also like that can make my own pipelines, but still didn't have enough time to look through the reports. Because I need reports according to my pipeline, but I see it's collecting data very nice.
Cons:
I can't put several scorecards to one position. For developers, we can have not only backend or Frontend but full-stack too.
