I brought this into my current company as used in a previous role and helps with everything from sales and marketing to budgets and costings. Being a one stop shop for all your data. > > **Cons**: Could be slightly better from a customer perspective, having option to share data, dashboards etc with customers is great as a view option however being able to extract tables to excel from a view version would make it easier for customers as currently have to also set up emailed subscriptions for tables and data so feels like you are doing double work when it would be so easy to have an option for customers to extract to excel any of the tables created in view only.
