Simplicity is key

Comments: Team is incredibly responsive. As platforms such as Facebook, Google and Yelp continue to make changes to their policies (which feels like every day) their ability to clearly explain and flexibility of their own platform is very helpful to continue to grow our brand online.

Pros:

-Ease of use encourages buy-in -Support is there -Trending keywords and platforms, a snapshot of performances, current month performance vs. previous, etc.

Cons:

Custom reporting and additional competitors that match our industry. However, they are constantly rolling out new reporting and engaging the customer on what WE want to increase company-specific benchmarks. Also, they haven't yet overpromised and underdelivered.

Keeping current with Google Reviews

Comments: Good experience so far.

Pros:

It gives us fairly quick updates on Google reviews. This is needed in our industry to fix issues with our customers immediately.

Cons:

I wish there was an easier way to create a campaign to entice our customers to post positive reviews when they've had a great experience.

Reasons for Switching to ReviewTrackers: Price was much better, but the other company did offer a lot more options.

ReviewTrackers doesn't increase the chance of clients leaving an online review

Comments: I've had little luck getting my clients to act upon receiving the request email from ReviewTrackers to leave an online review for me (on Google, etc.). ReviewTrackers doesn't allow the email subject or the actual content of the email invite to be customized. Currently it's "follow up" which will not get the client's attention.. therefore, they won't open the email and leave you a review. This constitutes a waste of effort and money.

Pros:

It is easy to implement the actual email but that is about it.

Cons:

The email content and subject can't be customized to increase the chances of the client actually opening the email and then leaving a review on Google, etc.

Getting reviews got so easier

Pros:

customized link to generate reviews with single click, notification on new reviews and sort feature to classify them for timely response are some of the most used features and this has helped increase our rating from 3.2 to 4 in last 6 months.

Cons:

The response feature needs to be improved as we cannot find the name of user in the response page.

Great way to keep track of your reviews

Comments: We like review trackers, but we have also recently started using some other tools that also include review tracking. We plan to evaluate those before renewing our ReviewTrackers contract.

Pros:

We can easily keep tabs on the reviews that are submitted for our various company locations. It track more than just Facebook and Google, too. And the custom reporting alerts are really helpful too.

Cons:

It is pretty pricey but is still a helpful tool for us.

Great option for review aggregation

Comments: We use it to track and resond to hundreds of reviews a month and it is a great tool overall.

Pros:

ReviewTrackers is easy to use and cost effective. Tons of great features and mobile app to see your reviews and get notifications on the go.

Cons:

The auto response features are hard to use sometimes.

Time Saver

Comments: Huge time saver, clean and easy to use.

Pros:

The sentiment breakdown, the ability to organize reviews for easy response.

Cons:

Which I could look at sentiment by restaurant and track specific reviews. Wish there was less emphasis on response time, or the ability to turn it off. Our operators don't care about that at all.

I use this software to track multiple reviews for companies.

Pros:

The ease of seeing all of my client's reviews by dates. I like being able to set up the timeline and being able to respond directly from within the software.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate through the pages. It just slows my process a little bit but I am not too worried about it.

Great tool for online reputation management

Pros:

I love this web-based software that I can use to monitor all online channels reviews in one place. It provides great analytic reports and also a handy widget to display on my own website. It included everything I need for reputation management.

Cons:

I really don't have anything bad to say about ReviewTrackers.

Great Product, Lots of Functionality

Pros:

Allows our restaurant to easily track customer reviews from numerous online review sites. We're able to see a quick summary/overview of our current standings on all of the most important platforms as well.

Cons:

Little pricy for us compared to some of the other similar services. However, Review Trackers integrate with quite a few more platforms than some of the other services I've used.

Great for review monitoring and trend reporting

Comments: Has been great for monitoring and responding to reviews. Really like the randomized auto reply that can be set by star rating.

Pros:

Not a configurable dashboard. Can’t auto email out the dashboard report monthly

Pros:

What I like most about Review Trackers is how easy the UI is and how you can have multiple accounts setup, making it seamless to switch from each of them.

Cons:

What I like the least about Review Trackers is how it doesn't show a live star rating from each social media platform.

Review Trackers Feedback

Comments: ReviewTrakers allows us to quickly and effectively respond to all our online reviews. The platform also, allows us to track our progress over time and see how each store is doing, compared to competitors in each market. It allows us to show when a review has been responded to, and easily share this feedback with our teams.

Pros:

Reviewtrackers allows us to centralize all our reviews, and review responses in one location. Through this platform, we can easily share feedback with our team and compare ourselves with competitors in each market we are in.

Cons:

ReviewTrackers has been essential in allowing us to effectively respond to all of our online reviews. In the future, I hope they can increase the character account on their smart responses section. As a company, we pride ourselves on making each response unique to the individual, in some cases we need to provide a more lengthy response for review platforms such as yelp. The smart response tool is an incredible feature, and we would love to leverage this tool by being able to provide longer written responses.

Great tool for everything from PR to quality assurance!

Cons:

Facebook integration can be a little spotty, but the support I've received from the RT team in addressing this has been helpful.

Comments: I do enjoy review trackers more than I get frustrated with it and I would recommend it. Plus, the support staff is super helpful, responds quickly, and is open to ideas and suggestions!

Pros:

I love that it pulls everything together into one place! We don't have to track down reviews from all over the web, and I LOVE that I can respond/tag reviews from the platform. Wish Yelp would be incorporated, but I know Yelp's a pain! Just glad we didn't loose access to the reviews from them.

Cons:

I wish it would take OUT all the rating/systems in place (or have an option to take out) the response time. At our Mothership Level, we respond to all our reviews, and we only respond to 1-3 stars. It's really annoying that it throws off the rest of the ranking data. Would love to see an option to opt out of this! Also, would be great if we could upload negative emails (maybe similar to Facebook, on a 1-5 scale) to really get everything in to place!

Pros:

Review management. We use this to ensure that we know what reviews are our there so we can respond immediately.

Cons:

I'd like it to be easier to send review requests to prospects. We'd like our CRM to be integrated but there is a charge so we have not done it.

My experience as a social media manager on reviewtrackers

Pros:

I love how it's a great tool for social listening. I can easily find trends as to what our guests are saying and use that information to report back to our operations team and make smarter marketing decisions.

Cons:

I wish I could bookmark certain keywords and just be able to see reveiws for those keywords under those bookmarks. I don't like that I have to constantly type and search what keywords I am looking for.

All in one

Comments: As a company we enjoy this product. We have had other companies try to sell us on similar products, but nothing matches what Review Trackers is able to do and it's a good value.

Pros:

The ease in which you can see your reviews.

Cons:

Only con is the compatibility with Yelp, more of an issue with Yelp. They make it difficult to respond to customers.

Review Trackers Keeps Us on Track!

Comments: We love Review Trackers!! Our customer service rep and her team have been so accommodating to our needs and have helped us with any question or concerns that have arisen. We love the new updates to the interface and look forward to a long relationship with their company.

Pros:

We really appreciate the way Review Trackers organizes all of our online reviews into one easy-to-access location. It allows us to free up our time to focus on caring for our guests instead of hunting down our reviews.

Cons:

When we first started using the software, it took a bit of time to learn the interface. Yet they have made many updates and have online training videos to get the most use from Review Trackers.

Comments: My overall experience with ReviewTrackers has been great. The user interface is extremely easy to use and the features that they offer are extremely valuable. The sales rep was extremely friendly and the ReviewTrackers team has been very helpful in solving any problems we have had.

Pros:

Ease of use. This platform is one of the best out there. Their user interface is extremely easy to navigate the capabilities are incredible.

Cons:

The rep that sold and trained us on the platform did not stay with us. Would like to have the same point of contact throughout the entire process.

Great review aggregation

Pros:

It saves us a lot of time! Instead of having to look at tons of different review sites for multiple locations, it all lives conveniently in the ReviewTrackers dashboard which is very easy to use.

Cons:

They've recently made a change where you have to email them to update links, which is not very convenient as sometimes they add incorrect links to begin with. They respond quickly, but I prefer this functionality without the additional step.

Comments: overall this is a nice one stop shop for tracking our guest feedback.

Pros:

I like the ease of this product. I love the different time frames I can pull for one or multiple locations. I also love the email notifications on the 1 and 2 star reviews.

Cons:

upon logging in the time frame is set to 2017, which is weird. Such a small thing but when adjusting the time frame each monday to pull numbers it annoys me. sometimes when a google review comes in it says no feedback but going on google you can see there is a comment.

ReviewTrackers has been critical to the success of our reputation management strategy.

Pros:

Easy to use. Robust without being overwhelming. Customer support is unmatched. Never run into any technical problems. The ReviewTrackers team is also enhancing their product/service offerings and the site functionality so it just keeps getting better.

Cons:

A face lift of the site might be nice, visually speaking. Maybe updating the color scheme or making it a little easier on the eyes. I don't particular love when sites revamp and you can't find anything but at the same time it might be refreshing if they redesigned it a little bit.

Comments: Started a long time ago in Latin America because I´m confident it will grow a lot here in the next few years

Pros:

It´s really easy to see the pros about using the software. Every feature is tangible.

Cons:

I don´t really feel i have to dislike someting. Maybe some review sites in latin america should be added.
