Parking is a breeze with this!

Comments: It makes me feel safer in my apartment because they use this, and we almost never have unwanted vehicles now!

Pros:

I love how easy it is to use. I like how we can access it no matter what time of day, and it's easy to set up.

Cons:

I can't figure out if its my phone or the software, but one of the two will crash every once in a while. Other than that, no complaints about this!

Comments: I think the program is good but it doesn't allow you to be more detailed on how cars are safelisted. There is no customization available. site needs to be able to hold more information so the company user can determine especially when towing

Best Access Verification Vehicle Software

Comments: This program has made our jobs so much easier in regard to properly enforcing and keeping track of all the vehicles in our private community.

Pros:

It is easy to be able to track the access verification of all vehicles in a private community with very strict rules. The app is smart to figure out if a license plate number that you input is close to a plate that may have been inputted incorrectly by the resident.

Cons:

We have very strict rules and parking guidelines that took extra time to implement correctly for residents to easily input vehicle information with no hiccups.

HOA Parking Management

Comments: Good

Pros:

Easy Online access, willingness to meet with the Board of Directors to explain the program, weekly reports sent via email.

Cons:

Unfortunatley, this product did not work for my small HOA community as there was no one available to monitor.

I am living in big society so i am evaluating this software for my society

I can resolve problem visitor or guest parking problem.Parking manager have proper information of all parking.

Guest Parking is a breeze

Pros:

Parking Boss makes it super easy to register your car if you are a guest visiting a friends apartment complex. Just scan the QR, punch in your plate number and you are good!

Cons:

You have to punch in your plate number every time you park there. It would be nice if you only had to do this once.

Pretty good so far...

The functionality is easy to use and their customer service is exceptional.

Cons:

There isn't an app so that's a bummer but other than that, it's great!

Top Notch Software and Support

Comments: I have nothing but good things to say. Again, this software and support from Parking Boss has differentiated us from other security patrol companies in our area. We are to the point now where we won't take on a client that has parking issues that doesn't use Parking Boss.

Pros:

After researching parking enforcement softwares, Parking Boss seemed like a no-brainer. I am owner of a security franchise. We were previously tracking parking violations in communities using Google Sheets. It was a disaster. Parking Boss has not only allowed us to secure more properties, it cuts time off of patrols at properties that have parking issues. I am the owner of a small security franchise, and since recommending Parking Boss to other franchisees, they have adopted it as well. I will continue to do so.

Cons:

The only downfall I've seen so far is the lack of multiple thresholds for clients with multiple types of parking violations, but Parking Boss is going to be implementing this shortly.

PARKING BOSS IS THE BEST PARKING SOLUTION FOR OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION

Pros:

Before we had had parking boss we were having issues where residence could not find parking.There are a lot of businesses and shopping centers in our area and their clients would park their vehicles on our property.Parking boss gave us the tools (parking stickers and their online software) to identify residents and guest so we now know which vehicle should be on our property and which one is not allowed. Our residence now have plenty of places to park because unregistered vehicles get towed.

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like about Parking Boss.

In control -Like a BOSS

Comments: We are able to identify the violators much more quickly with the system. The smart decal is important because you can scan it and get all of the information you need.

Pros:

The fact that you can use multiple ways to search and find users is important. You may have the license plate but not the unit number. This just ties everything into one which makes it a breeze to navigate.

Cons:

It too me to some time to understand how to navigate the violation aspect. Like actually imposing the violation. But once you learn, its pretty simple. And if you come across a problem. You can always call or email for immediate help.

Love Parking Boss

Pros:

Parking Boss has made an easy-to-use software interface that we can share with other "agents", teams, and residents alike, to manage the parking lot here at our property.

Cons:

Wish that it could scan license plates and read them!

Great Solution for HOA Parking

Pros:

I love being able to address issues brought to me by community members on the spot from my dashboard. Previously, I had to call a patrol company, wait for an answer, and then return the call to the resident. I love efficiency!

Cons:

I wish on my admin dashboard, I could safelist a vehicle with the member's code in addition to my special permit functionality. Sometimes with less technologically inclined clients, I end up safe listing on their behalf.

Community Manager Perspective

Comments: I manage HOA communities and use this at one property right now. We love it, and even though it is having issues now, the CS team is working on it, and helping us resolve the matter.

Pros:

this product was very user friendly, and was easy to train on.

Cons:

only complaint is when it doesn't allow my residents to safelist

CANT THINK OF ANY OTHER THAN RESIDENTS OF PROPERTIES NOT REGISTARING VEHCLES .. WHEN STICKERS ARE SENT THERE SHOULD BE CLEAR INTRUCTIONS FOR THEM(INSTRUCTIOS FOR DUMMIES) THEY THINK THEY PUT A STICKER ON CAR AND IT MAGICLY APPEARS IN PARKING BOSS.

Comments: [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was our Representative and from the very beginning was extremely responsive, presented the product successfully via zoom and made getting started super easy. Using this software has made our efforts to keep track of guests, keep out trespassers, cite violations accordingly, get reports and keep a history of all activity quite seamless. Parking Boss is quick to respond if we need assistance. They also help our Security Company perform their patrols effectively.

Takes the pain out of parking management

Comments: We use to manage the guest parking spots in the community. Visitors are able to easily register and it does the notifications and tracking of the parking and send alerts promptly. On the admin side its easy to manage and look at history of violators and specific vehicles.

records all types of records for permits, citations, tows, etc. all at the fingertips of the user. history of both vehicle cites and residential cites and permits on in one place

Cons:

since our cite "refreshes" at the beginning of the year (Dec 31 at 23:59.59), it would be nice if this could be automatic. (each resident is "clean slated")

PARKING BOSS is all you need for regulating parking

Comments: we (my department) went from spending 2-4 hours a night logging info to 30 minutes.

Pros:

Easy to use from a smartphone, instant updates, and organizes like a dream. Finding addresses, license plate numbers, tag numbers, etc can be done in seconds, even at night.

From start to finish excellent application

Comments: I manage a townhome community the only allows 2 vehicles per unit to be parked in the community and very limited guest parking. Some units had 3, 4 & even 5 vehicles at their unit and we had to get this under control so that every resident had 2 spaces to park their vehicles. Parking Boss was the solution with the bar coded sticker and the Guest Parking Attendant. Our parking issues have been solved thanks to Parking Boss!
