Pros: Easy to use, once you understand send flow.

Cons: Until you understand flow it's difficult to maneuver. On several occasions I have deleted lists I wanted to keep.

Comments: Overall experience: An elegant, easy-to-use software with a great little auto follow-up feature.

Pros: The drag and drop features of creating campaigns were easy and intuitive

Cons: Setting up SPF record was a little challenging

Comments: I did my first newsletter and it went as smooth as velvet.

Pros: Designed for intuitive use. no IT savvyness required.

Cons: No actual complaints. Would love to use TIMER for free.

Cons: All good till now. After analysing several solutions in the market, sender was the one that accomplish my current needs.

Pros: Customer support is best I ever seen in any email marketing company. You are one of them. It's also easy to use.

Cons: Need to work on templates and designs. You need to work on Features & Functionality. Hope you will improve.

Pros: Simple software, easy to use. The rate of emails to the main mailbox is high, I am very satisfied.

Cons: Upload customer list is small, but the number of emails sent is a lot

Comments: Competitive pricing, fast user support and easy UI.

Pros: Essentially 3 things. First is the ease of use - a much smoother interface compared to YMLP which I have used for a few years. Second, the support - super, almost immediate response via the chat window. Third-pricing - very competitive for small businesses like mine using less than a 5,000 person mailing list.

"Sender email sender for promotion & newsletter"

Comments: We just started our business so we are looking for newsletter and promotional email sender. Sender's free tier is quite a beautiful solution for a new company like us.

Pros: Easy to organize subscriber in group and create a campaign for each group

Cons: The verification process of the account a bit confused. But live chat is the best for solving my problem

Pros: This software is easy to use. When you're new to something, this makes the learning process efficient.

Cons: I'm still quite new to this software so haven't come across anything I don't like so far.

Comments: I am generally satisfied with the service.
It is a budget campaign-sender and is suitable for customers from low-income countries and small businesses.

Pros: Simplicity, generous 2500 subscribers on free plan, suitable prices for non-free plans, Being light and straightforward.

Cons: 1- The word processor is fairly basic and need to be improve. I had tough time typing in my native language (Persian: Right to Left). For the campaign I sent recently I had to put figures in the middle of sentence to make sure the figures keep their position in the line.
2- Navigation to the list of subscribers is not easy. For example, I have 1812 subscribers. There is an indicator of 1-10 of 1812. so, by one click I only can see next page 11-20 of 1812. what if I would like to see the last 20 subscribers added recently. if you put the page number beside the indicator, I would see how many pages are there and by entering a page number I would easily move the desired spot in the list.
3- the report on sent campaign can be more advanced.

"Best Value for the Money"

Pros: One of the best things is the cost when compared to what we were using before we have saved money after the first week of use. Its fantastic for our e-commerce clients and they love it, it becomes a great service that has become part of our routine offering

Cons: Took a while to get some information about sender reputation but that was because our team didn't follow up.

Pros: very intuitive, easy to navigate, simple to design emails on the go.

Cons: not much few minor glitches which are not stopping me to do my work.

Help and manual are not complete.

Pros: Clear design and with some interesting function like auto-resend option, automation or segment. Report and interaction data are very usefull . Customare service is TOP!

Cons: I'd like to have more trigger in automation and segment: people clicked a specific link, for example. I'm not able to find this funcion.

Pros: So easy to use, great templates, full feature set and sales automation with the free version
