> **Pros**: They have a kind and understanding customer service team always willing to help and the product is easy to use. The team is available any time and when you start onboarding you get a dedicated manager which really helps a lot. &#10;&#10;They also think about everything so if you are running a complex e-commerce system they really have a lot of integrations out of the box and most can even be connected through API.

> **Cons**: The initial technical side onboarding documentation can be a bit confusing and the overall onboarding structure and onboarding steps can be a bit overwhelming but they seem to have improved this. There was a bit of back and forth when we started BUT then all the pieces clicked together. So they just need to focus making it simpler to onboard but triggerbee really pays attention and listens.
