Pros:

We use Unicommerce for Inventory management and processing invoices and ship labels for orders. Even with the increase in our business over the years, Unicommerce has been able to keep us on track with order processing.

Cons:

Since we've been using Unicommerce since the very beginning it has been hard to quantify any change. Not a lot of issues have we faced with operations since our company has evolved over the years.

BEST FOR E-COM.

Pros:

1-order processing 2- Real-time inventory manage 3-Multiple marketplace manage in the one place 4- Sales reports and Deshbarod view is very good.

Cons:

1- Sometimes Inventory does not sync 2- Connector issue 3- Facing the issue while we are integrating the new channel 4- do some user-friendly services Like when we are doing the order processing then sync orders in real time.

Worst solution & Team

Comments: I wish I had not have known them. Its nothing less of a nightmare.

Pros:

Dont find any pros in the product or company, sadly.

Cons:

Unicommerce is probably the worst software in this space I have seen. Their marketing is on point but hope the software was even 10% of that. Everything is broken, right from Order Management, to Inventory management to Returns management. They say they have payment reconciliation, by that what they mean is that you have to go the channel portal see payment details of each order & fill it up on unicommerce. Unicommerce is just a data collection machine. They don't know the needs of a D2C operator & they are not willing to listen also. My account manager got me to pay them 5k, even though the min was 1k - 2k. Now when I say I am not happy with them, they are not returning the money & not responding on email also.

unicommerce is one of the best centralized software.

Comments: Overall experience with the unicommerce has been good. Its solving problems for us and making our operations smooth.

Pros:

It's showing inventory management multiple times to multiple vendors and Visibility of multiple clients on single platform. Also, reports are really efficient giving full coverage to our orders. despite of network being slow, it still processes.

Cons:

Need to improve payment reconciliation. Also, would be great if can implement Return tracking..

Comments: Our experience with unicommerce has been very pleasant. It has overall proved to be a comprehensive solution for our e-commerce businesses helping us to streamline our order fulfillment and inventory management processes. Plus their chat and customer care services deserve a special mention. They go out of their way to provide a solution till the issue is resolved.

Pros:

It helps manage our sales orders, inventory and shipping across multiple channels and marketplaces all on a single platform eliminating the need to manage multiple platforms. It's real-time inventory tracking allows us manage stock-outs and meet customer demands.

Cons:

Nothing so far! It has proved veey helpful in all aspects.

Comments: After unicommerce implemention our productivity has been increased significantly. It helped us to increase orders fulfillment rate and maximise inventory accuracy.

We can process multiple marketplace orders and manage multiple marketplace inventory from one place. Which saves lot of time and improves productivity.

We are using it since last five years and we didn't faced any issue till now. So there is no any point from our side to dislike

currently order sync frequency is 30 minutes this should be 5 to 10 minutes

Interface needs a lot of improvement. Sales report which do not reflect geographical sales data. Does not help in identifying the item which is pending for listing on a particular marketplace.

Comments: nothing only loss , during sale season so many orders get cancelled due to synching issue with this fraud company

Completely unreliable.

Comments: Pros: A categorical NONE. On the other hand, if anyone out there runs a SaaS business, this can provide a super cheap way to learn how NOT to make false promises and what NOT to do in the name of customer service. Cons:
Functionality: (a) Inventory sync goes wrong ever so often that manual intervention is required way too often for you to even call this any kind of automation. (b) VERY VERY importantly, there's a huge time lag (claimed time lag is 5 mins but is nearly never met) in order and inventory sync. (c) Data errors are innumerable to make this reliable. E.g. while we charge 50rs flat shipping on orders below 600, this platform adds a 50rs as shipping charge and then adjusts it with a 50rs discount. This throws our tax computations haywire! (d) Connections to marketplaces, your own custom store or other platforms (we used Zepo for a while) get broken every now and then. Customer service: Is an oxymoron in Unicommerce's context. Phone support was better only when compared to the now pathetic (sorry... pain inducing) chat based support. Now how does one deal with customer support who want to know what your issue is when customer support itself is an issue! Final Verdict: If you are building a business that is even remotely serious, stay away from this one.

Comments: It has been a good experience so far. Unicommerce has helped in streamlining operations significantly !

Very Supportive Software for eCommerce Sellers

Comments: Unicommerce has been like the backbone of my eCommerce business. I had reached like a saturation point, where i just couldnt manage the inventory and make manual bills and fill forms for different eComm companies on a daily basis. My business was increasing but i couldnt manage it. At that time a Unicommerce Sales Manager got in touch with me and explained to me their panel and it was just exactly what i needed. Since then there has been no looking back, i just have to log in to the unicommerce panel every morning and process all orders across various channels, and im done in half the time and half the hassle. Also with the constant improves that they bring to their platform, it just keeps getting easier. Im very happy and would recommend it to everyone to use.

Not up to the expectations

Comments: Our experience with this product hasn't been entirely bad but considering what was promised and what was delivered the experience can be considered as really bad. You have to struggle to process the orders and when you raise issues with the customer service they don't permanently fix the problem ever but only the particular order's issue you raised. In some cases they transfer the blame onto other parties like channels/delivery partners etc and ask you to go speak to those parties to resolve the problem. Customer service is actually pathetic.

DONOT waste your money

Comments: Be careful friends these guys are not at all professional and cheat. They will not tell you few things and when you will know, your money will be lost.... we have already lost our initial 2000 rs and even after escalating to seniors in this organization, they did not do anything even no response came.... so take a known decision if you are looking for their services... Rs 2000 is nothing, but when a management is cheat, so they will cheat even for single Rs.

Always Problem they are not Reliable, 5 days they r in maintenance in a month at your business time

Comments: Always Problem they are not Reliable, In One month 5 days they r in maintenance at your business time between 10am to 6 Pm. They have no any call support. even they r not replying any satisfactory answer. They will tell we apologize and tell that out team is working we don't know when will this problem will solve.

Poor Customer Service

Comments: Extremely poor customer Service. Most of the time system does not sync order and inventory. We have to manually sync orders and manage inventory on regular basis, which actually defeat the purpose of using this software.

Great Software for eCommerce Sellers.

Comments: Uniware is a great software I have been using since last 6 months and it has resolved my major issue of Inventory Management and saving lot of time for me and its very easy handling as I am alone handling my online business. Though it has been tough for me to handle chat support but now I am adjusted with it.
