We were sold a platform that was supposedly "perfect" for our pest control business, with promises that it would handle all our operational needs. What we got instead was a clunky, confusing interface that's nearly impossible to navigate, and a support team that clearly doesn’t understand their own product. We’ve spent countless hours—literally days—trying to get the system to perform basic tasks we were explicitly told it could handle. After finally reaching out for help, we were met with vague, unhelpful responses that showed the customer service team either didn’t understand our questions or simply didn’t care. Even worse, once it became clear the system couldn't do what we needed, they refused to offer a refund which is over £1000 The software is unusable for our business, and the time and money we’ve lost is incredibly frustrating. Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of this company.
