Comments: Using Vendx Platform for e - buying for more than 5 years and found it a trusted and good one.

Pros:

Support team and Cost. The speed is also good.

Cons:

The report formats needs some improvement.

Comments: The Automation and Digitization process of Vendx has drastically reduce the manual work and TAT .

Pros:

The Integration of Vendx with SAP enables transparency , speed and maintain consistency in the work flow management.

Flexibility of Customization of Activity template related to Services procurement and option required under Purchase Section to raise Single RFQ for Multiple Plant Locations and similar integration of creation of PO for multiple plants through Single QCS

Need Review to become User Friendly.

Pros:

Its gives us Paperless procurement process.

Cons:

It is not user friendly, the keys selected are increasing burden on buyer. The initial training part is very important and that was not taken care.

Comments: Overall rating of this software is 7-8 as much time is saved, user friendly and most important saving of Papers with exact comparison statement.

Pros:

Paper less working, minimum chances of clerical mistake, exact comparison of Quoted and negotiated price

Cons:

Report Mechanism is not smart, some more changes is required in some templates

Pros:

This software is very user friendly and easy to use.

Cons:

When any Purchase Requisition auto rejected in vendx system, it's only visible in show logs and due to that sometimes end user requirement not fulfilled on time. We can initiate development in this feature by Auto rejection mail to buyer site wise.

Qty distribution approval process and auto QCS for bulk item purchasing like gaskets, pipe and fittings, valves, non metallic pipes.

difficult for technology package items for boiler, notrogen plant etc..

Comments: I had a nice experience with the software and the with customer support . Easy approachable and very helpful in negotiation .

In some cases Vendx could not convert PO which results in cancellation of PR which is Limitations of Vendx system

Comments: I am using the vendx services since two years and it is very easy to use.The vendxians are very supportive in nature.They are having positive enthusiasm towards there work at every point of time. I will recommend there services towards premium and savings in a competitive and transparent way.

Comments: Very good in overall Like quality ,Ease of use ,features ,value of money.
Most important quality of vendx is Time saving in transaction process time .
Customer support: 02 months and counting Vend-X never disappointed me as a customer. Excellent customer service all times.

Auction portal

Pros:

Easy to use, no login issues, usderstandable

Cons:

Series auction cannot be constructed, some notifications enable vendors to know the backend strategy

Overall a Decent software for Medium scale proc.

Comments: We have been using this tool for our majority procurement and load has always been on an increasing trend on year on year basis. The application is always very stable and shows no signs of any discomfort

Comments: Good Tools. People should understand perfectly and apply the rules to get the good price. Support for any issues at the time of bidding / Explaining the concepts to the Vendor by M/s.Mavenvista Team is Good
