Amazing customer service and a product that ticks most of the boxes that a small business would want

Pros:
What initially drew me to Punchpass was the cost for service, compared to other software which contained so many confusing features that we didn't need for a cost that we couldn't easily afford, Punchpass does almost everything that we need as a small business spread across multiple locations that we need. It allows us to have control as administrators but also to delegate certain responsibility to our instructors and let's them have control of their own schedule which is important to us. It allows our customers to easily locate classes near to them, and allows us to streamline our waiver, and class check in process. Customer support is very responsive to requests and are a pleasure to deal with.
Cons:
There are slight inconsistencies between the desktop and mobile version of the customer portal, and there are slight differences in display when logged in to not logged in. There is no reporting dashboard, and the reports that are available are quite simple.

A great fit for mindful teachers and coaches
Comments: Clients have a simple experience with the platform...they know what they want and can easily book and pay for it. I love that I can require clients to pay for a Pass prior to booking so there is no way to lose income. Punchpass is a very personal business which is a great fit for my small, community-focused business.
Pros:
I love that Punchpass is easy for me to use as a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach - and that my clients love it too! I also really appreciate that I can search their Help section in a "conversational" way...it's like they know how I think! I type in my question as if I'm asking a representative for help and 99% of the time I find what I need. In the 1% of time that I couldn't find help I emailed them and received very prompt support by email. Punchpass is always enhancing what they offer so it keeps getting better and better.
Cons:
I would improve the checkout experience by letting people schedule more than one class at a time. I'm guessing this will be improved soon, if it hasn't already been changed.

Punchpass — the best customer service!
Comments: Our experience with Punchpass has been very positive. We love the PWA instead of a traditional app (which would ultimately take more money from each sale!).
Pros:
Punchpass customer service is top notch. I get everything I need with the software without being nickeled and dimed to death like other softwares. It’s easy to use and intuitive for our teachers and clients. Online classes are a breeze with the Zoom integration.
Cons:
I would love to see more automations! And for customers to be able to buy more than one pass at a time. Gift cards have been a challenge, as well. I’d love the option to pass credit card fees to the customer.

Can't recommend Punchpass Enough
Comments: I think that Punchpass is one of the best companies I have had to deal with as a professional. And, believe me, I am a picky customer! High quality customer service, amazing product... they always make my business look great.
Pros:
I can't say enough good things about Punchpass. I know they usually work with studios, but I actually have an educational business teaching online classes and their format has been incredible for my business. I actually had signed up with another group before them and it was just so complex and annoying to set up. But Punchpass is incredibly intuitive. Their customer support is also amazing. They spent a ton of time in the beginning answering my questions while I got set up. They also provide incredibly detailed "help" sections on every topic imaginable. If I can't figure something out, I never feel alone as they get back to me very quickly. I have also received so many compliments from my students' families about how easy it is to sign up for classes and workshops. The pricing is also very reasonable for what a business gets. I really can't say enough about them.
Cons:
Here and there, there have been things that they have needed to fix, particularly on new offerings they have rolled out. However, they fix them quickly and stay in touch with me the whole time. Honestly, I am just impressed that they are always trying to make their product better -- they will take client suggestions about improving or adding a feature and actually follow through!

It's All Good
Comments: My overall experience with Punchpass has been nothing but positive. I originally did a soft launch as a transition for my customers to see how it all worked and everyone loved the convenience & organization of what is offered! I can keep it really simple or make it more complex, depending on how many of the offerings that I want to use on the platform. Their customer service is excellent and they LISTEN to their customer's needs - they are always looking to improve ways to make things more convenient and work efficiently. Having Punchpass is a big part of the pride that I have in my fitness business. I am happy to tell people to go to the calendar, make a reservation, pay online, etc. It streamlines my work, is easy to use for myself and my customers and I am forever grateful for having them make me LOOK GOOD - HA!
Pros:
Punchpass is an excellent management product. Their customer service is great too. I find this to be SO IMPORTANT lately because they seem to truly care, whereas other companies just don't stand out in this area. Punchpass is on top of things, being helpful and knowledgeable, to take care of your needs. They treat you with respect and you can message and/or speak with them (it's true...real humans!). The platform looks good (user friendly), is easy & convenient to use and keeps track of my customer and financial activity.
Cons:
There is not much that I don't like about Punchpass. Little things can be improved on, like allowing font colors/highlights (or icons) in the customer emails or being able to apply a Calendar Note to a specific date(s) or to repeat on certain days.

Comments: As above, top notch customer service. It's the customer service that makes it value for money. Without the humans replying and helping me, i'd just go with whatever program is out there that's cheap.
Pros:
Customer Service is the best thing about Punchpass. To have a REAL human interact and help it appreciated.
Cons:
I am not a fan of the logo/colours that therefore also appear on my website. Small thing; I couldn't find a problem so had to squeeze this in!

Pros:
The Punchpass Team is extremely helpful! They always respond quickly, and are so knowledgeable about their product. They are very friendly and have often gone the extra mile to help with a situation/question.
Cons:
Their Reports options are not as detailed as some other platforms, but I am not in need of such detailed reports on a regular basis.

2 years using PunchPass
Comments: The Yoga Dome has been using PunchPass for 2 years! We love how user friendly the entire system is for both teachers and students. Their customer service is outstanding and everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Pros:
I love how easy breezy the system is for myself and clients.
Cons:
No text messaging feature and having to wait a few hours for text support.

Excellent value when first sought out - other alternatives worth considering now.
Comments: Punchpass was the best solution for a fitness studio a year or two ago when we first went looking. It served its purpose well but with increasing prices and the Canadian exchange, the monthly subscription is getting tiring. Now we've stumbled on other solutions that do all we need with a substantially lower yearly price point.
Pros:
Punchpass is great for what it does: being a SaaS platform with no update/upkeep headaches and a simple-to-use platform for class registrations.
Cons:
Because it's its own platform, it doesn't integrate very nicely with the rest of our tech stack which may be a pro or con depending on your setup. The price has increased and while we've been grandfathered in, it means we're pretty much stuck at the same tier unless we can stomach the jump to the next tier.
So much good, yet some missing pieces for my business 🤔

Customer service: really nice and helpful
Features and functionality: very good, with some missing pieces of the puzzle such as follow up automations, available in Calendly
Pros:
I like the crossover between seeing customer profiles and being able to have the capacity to book private classes and groups in too.
Cons:
Several of the automations that are very used in Calendly are not yet available in punchpass and also for social media I would love to be able to use this software to do that too?
Nice option to the other studio management software.
Comments: So far I am very happy with PP. I found the last software company didn't seem to care that much about my business- if the system was down they never told me. If they changed something it made me crazy! I didn't always know a change was made until I ran into trouble! So far PP has not failed (yay!) and they have been very communicative regarding new features.
Pros:
Customer service is great! I don't always understand the answers at first, but they will tolerate many questions. I believe it is easier to use for my students and clients, and this is the most important thing.
Cons:
I find some of the operations complicated. I would also like to be able to store credit card information as my customers are used to that from my last software.

Punchpass for the WIN!
Comments: Overall, my experience with Punchpass has been amazing. We started using Punchpass when we opened our doors in 2020 and have not once thought out about changing providers. We are so pleased with their platform for our small business. I highly recommend Punchpass to anyone starting out.
Pros:
One of the biggest incentives for me about Punchpass is the ease of use and the cost. The cost is an incredible value for what you get. An additional bonus is the customer service offered by their team. Not only are they timely in their response, but they are so kind in making sure all my questions are answered.
Cons:
The only con I have is with their appointment feature. To use the feature the appointment must be consistent month to month. My private appointments are not consistent on the day or times which means I cannot use this feature.

Happy Punchpass customer for over 5 years!!
Comments: excellent! I love all the feautres and I tell all other gym owners I know that PunchPass is the way to go and a must-have.
Pros:
Ability for instructor to log in and edit their class and cancelled classes will show on calendar. Also, love that I can embed calendar into other webpages; although I wish I could change the formatiing. Looks kinda odd on desktop ->> [sensitive content hidden]
Cons:
Some people have a difficult time saving the link to their phones (a third of our gym members are over the age of 60). An app they can download would maybe solve this problem.

Comments: I have had a great experience with Punchpass, and will continue to use the service.
Pros:
It automates zoom links, allows autopay, and is fairly intuitve to use.
Cons:
I feel the monthly fee is a bit high for services offered per tier.

Comments: I made the switch when mindbody got greedy and raised their prices to the moon. Pp let me do a free trial & I never looked back. Great features, easy to use.
Pros:
I love that pp makes me look on top of my game, by sending out auto reminders for punch cards that are running low or about to expire.
Cons:
I don’t want to pay extra for the ability to have my clients log in & see where they’ve signed up, but that’s my only complaint.
Punchpass for Small Yoga Studio
Comments: It’s straightforward for me to set up, and easy enough for my students to use so overall they have become much more independent which saves me time.
Pros:
Elegant, logical ease ofnuse with clear helpful articles explaining jow to do things. The price is good to!
Cons:
It links with my Google calendar but not immediately. i still check my email imports to Mailchimp.

Comments: Overall I would recommend Punchpass to a friend if they are a small operation and are on a tight budget.
Pros:
I like that you get a lot of the features you’d get on ‘Mindbody’ but at a much lower price point — it’s affordable.
Cons:
It seems like it takes a lot of steps to get from point A to B when you’re setting up classes and passes.

Sometimes the navigation is wonky for a non tech oriented person. Although user friendly, it would be great if it integrated with my email in my Apple econsystem
Get Punchpass and you will never look back
Comments: Punchpass has helped me to streamline the sales of my yoga passes, series, workshops, and memberships. They keep track of everything for me so I can focus on teaching. I can even offer people discount codes. My students love it and say its easy to use. I have had some issues come up where students make two accounts by accident and they were able to help me immediately and teach me in a way that now I can fix things without their help. I am thrilled with Punchpass.
Pros:
Punchpass has incredible customer support, anytime I want help figuring out how to sell and new class or set up a different system they are there to help, a real person! Its incredible. And they also are so open to feedback, any suggestion I have made they have implemented.
Cons:
Nothing, Punchpass does it all for me, it feels like I hired someone to help me with my small business.

PUNCHPASS is the BEST!
Comments: Punchpass has really helped me to simplify managing my small fitness business' administrative needs. I appreciate how this software is designed to take care of the little things like automatic reminders to my customer base. Using this software gives me ease.
Pros:
Punchpass is very user-friendly. They are always working on ways to improve your experience and stay innovative. The price point and multiple tiered options, allow you to choose a best fit for your business and budget. I've used Punchpass for about 9 years.
Cons:
I can't think of any detractors. Even when I had to stop using it for a while years ago for financial reasons, when I returned my information was still available for me to pick up pretty much where I had left off.
LOVER OF PP!
Comments: I have been using Punchpass since 2020 and I have always been extremely happy with them for my yoga studio! I've always found quick support when needed, and I LOVE that they are always listening to the feedback and requests from their customers... they are constantly making improvements and additions to their platform. 10/10 recommend!!

Library system. I like to sell pre-recording class, i wish people can see list of contents in the library before the payment, but I don’t see that option yet. Also be able to sort the video in each collections. FYI, if this system is already available, please let me know
Punchpass for the win running boutique Pilates studio
Comments: I used punchpass for 6 years to run my boutique pilates studio. It worked great for me in under $500,000 business space.
Pros:
Ease of use. Uncomplicated. Reports are basic but very reliable. Scheduling to understand as an admin and is easy from a customer perspective. Integrations are good.
Cons:
Lack of email marketing suite. I needed it to do more for me as a one man show. It lacked the ability to catch the people falling through the cracks and I was too busy to try to look for them and follow up with them.
