"Individual approach to every employee"

Pros: This is a very advanced learning paltform, which helps to upskill each employee and improve productivity. Works great for training and onboarding processes.

Cons: It would be great to have more online documentation and guides available.

"Talentquest for appraisals"

Pros: Automated system for doing our appraisals - we have it customized for our use.

Cons: Cumbersome navigation - hard to remember how to do some thing and it is not inherently obvious
