> **Pros**: Easy to use and setup, excellent customer service, and really useful to be able to have auction items, raffle tickets, merchandise sales and a donation button all in one place.

> **Cons**: Setting up the widgets and adding the URL links was a bit "clunky" but once it was done it worked great.

> We used it to enhance a fundraising gala for our organisation and it was a huge success. We were able to sell raffle tickets very easily and it really made a difference to our cause.

> **Cons**: I can't see the reserve and current bid in my back end view.  I can either see bids on each item, but not what the reserve is or I can see the reserve but can't see what the bids are at.  I don't want to have to download a report to see these details side by side.

> I would say it's been excellent. It's the 3rd time we've used it and it's been fantastic each time.  Having the free (with tip option) this time has made the experience even better.
