About Zapier
Founded in 2011, Zapier has helped over 1.8 million individuals and businesses with their automation needs.
The ease of use - comfortable UI that allows the user to implement a process flow is a great way for us to automate tasks across multiple platforms.
Unfortunately, it can be a little limited, mostly to the other tools' fault and not zapier. Because the triggers and actions can be very limited.

Easy To Use Integrations with Zapier
Comments: I've been using Zapier for many years to integrate note apps with Google Docs, Calendar, SMS, Slack and others.
Pros:
Zapier automates integration with multiple applications without needing to do any coding.
Cons:
The free plan is very limited allowing only one trigger in my workflow.
I manage to automate my work time.
Comments: Jumping from platform to platform to be able to carry out certain tasks such as importing and exporting data between them, performing automations with Zapier is vital for my day to day since in a simple panel and with the platforms correctly connected I can optimize my workflow. This tool saves time within my company on jobs that would take a long time to complete, with the simple fact of already programming a task that connects different actions from different platforms with just a few clicks a series of actions are already triggered, saving me a lot of time in the process. This platform is essential within my company because it has native integration with practically any platform that is currently used in the work world and in case a complete integration is not available, they can be created manually, although it will cost a little effort but it is worth it.
Pros:
This tool makes it easier for me to optimize my workflow since I can connect multiple tools from different platforms in a very simple way since Zapier has a complete and native integration of a variety of platforms. It also has an advanced way of optimizing integrations since it has a developer mode in which through code I can be more specific with the tasks I want to automate, so the possibilities are endless since you can configure the actions to my liking. I can create automations both by data entry as well as by a scheduled date and time that are executed at the time I want, with this I make sure that everything is done correctly, thus being able to have more control over what I want to automate. I receive updates on the execution process or when a Zap has already been completed, and if something fails in the automation I am also notified. All of this can be customized, thus being able to choose which notifications I want Zapier to send me and how I want it to send me the notifications.
Cons:
The integration is a bit complicated at first, because it requires going through the steep learning curve that Zapier has, since without the proper knowledge, a bad optimization can be created when creating the automatic tasks that involve doing a series of steps between different connected platforms. I consider that the cost is a bit higher than normal, this leads to having to make a summary of the zaps to be created in order not to overload the system and waste unnecessary money for each task created. Some integrations with certain platforms lack functionalities unlike directly connecting the other platforms to each other. This leads to frustration because I use Zapier to create an optimization which sometimes requires me to take extra steps when I do not have a certain functionality that is not directly integrated into Zapier.
Automate Notifications and Increase Workflow
Comments: Overall the positive of having clear automations for notifications has helped our workflow and it outweighs the few dropouts we have had.
Pros:
Zapier has helped to efficiently automate notifications between our CRM and our Slack.
Cons:
Zapier disconnects without clear notice and it can delay things as we didn't know anything was wrong.
Alternatives Considered:
A must-have to boost productivity in any business
Comments: I am using Zapier to connect Pipedrive, Calendly, Activecampaign, Clickfunnels and Gmail all together, building a very efficient sales machine
Pros:
A must-have to connect apps together and build an efficient sales machine
Cons:
It works for most cases, but I could not make it work to automate replies to comments on my Instagram ads
Zapier really is for everyone
Comments: Overall positive journey with Zapier, having little no code experience I now build complex automation workflows and save hours of manual processing time.
Pros:
Allows you to overcome the challenges of software interaction and automation in a user friendly and simple way. Automations and user interfaces are slick, clean, easy to build, and less problematic due to the easy to follow Zapier code free programming.
Cons:
The only downfall is that not every piece of software has connectivity.
Zapier is pretty good
Comments: overall it's pretty good and I continue to pay about $100/mo for the service.
Pros:
Zapier is a great idea. I love that you can sync any app. It's also the most popuplar platform of it's kind so it has the most number of apps integrated into it's ecosystem.
Cons:
Zaps always break or appear to be broken. For example, I have an zap that's been running for months and I get a daily notification of a possible error. When I log in, it appears to be working fine. It takes hours to try to figure out what the issue is. I haven't used other platforms that do the same thing so can't say if that's a problem related to zapier or if it's just an issue with this type of platform.
Best Tool for Streamlined Marketing Automation
Comments: t’s a powerful tool that makes automation easy and saves me a lot of time on repetitive tasks. It helps streamline my marketing processes, like lead management and email follow-ups, without needing technical skills. Overall, it’s reliable and easy to use, making my work much more efficient.
Pros:
it connects all my marketing tools easily. It saves me a lot of time by automating tasks like adding leads to my CRM & sending follow-up emails. The interface is simple, and it makes my work faster and more organized.
Cons:
Zapier is more expensive. While it’s very helpful, the pricing can be high for small teams or businesses. Also, some advanced workflows require higher plans, which aren’t always affordable.
You don't need to be a developer to use Zapier
Comments: It has allowed non developer skilled people within our team to be able to integrate two of our most important platforms together seamlessly.
Pros:
Easiest non technical way to integrate products and platforms together.
Cons:
It can become technical if you are looking for a deep integration, however using logic often can help most complete setting up zaps.
A Great Integration Tool
Comments: Overall, I've like Zapier much more than custom in house solutions. Buy the tool that already does it instead of building it out again!
Pros:
Zapier is great for integrating multiple products together and get information in all of the places you need it.
Cons:
You have to stay on top of Zap errors and make sure everything is going through correctly. It's not a huge con but something to be aware of!
Must have for startups in Marketing industry.
Comments: We had really good experience through the year we used it. We saved plenty of time automating and connecting our marketing tools. Overall it was a good investment.
Pros:
It made our tasks automation incredibly easy in the process of integrating our app with external websites, apps and services. The setup was not extremely hard even without extense knowledge. We set up a workflow to add new leads on our loyalty website that came from Facebook Ads.
Cons:
You have to be careful with the cost and the features you might end up using. We did not have that problem but we noticed it could get high, specially for startups with tight budget as we were.
Alternatives Considered:
Best-in-class automation solution
Comments: Great tool that will boost your productivity, perfect for every kind of business
Pros:
An extremely wide range of integrations with many popular services and apps. Super easy to set up and test.
Cons:
The free plan is quite limited and for business purposals on a large scale you would definitely need to upgrade.
Review for Zapier - Automation software
Comments: My experience with Zapier has been mostly positive. It has significantly streamlined our workflows by automating tasks and integrating seamlessly with our essential applications. The ability to create custom workflows tailored to our needs has been particularly valuable. While the pricing can be a concern as our needs grow, Zapier's reliability and flexibility make it an indispensable tool for improving efficiency and productivity.
Pros:
What I liked most about Zapier was its seamless ability to automate tasks and integrate with a wide range of applications. This streamlined our workflows, saving us significant time and effort. The reliability of Zapier's automation ensured our workflows ran smoothly, and its extensive integrations allowed us to create comprehensive solutions tailored to our business needs. Overall, Zapier greatly improved our workflow efficiency and productivity.
Cons:
What I liked least about Zapier was its pricing structure, which can become expensive as the number of tasks and integrations increase. While the basic plan is affordable, scaling up can incur additional costs. Occasionally, setting up more complex workflows required more effort and time due to the need to troubleshoot and adjust configurations.
Help your data end up where it needs to go
Comments: I was able to observe someone's Zap, which gave a pretty decent picture of how things are setup. I setup a new one from scratch for a new software integration, and after some experimentation was able to get it working well. This experience was enough that later on I was able to further improve both the new zap and my existing zaps to save time and manage our workflow more efficiently.
Pros:
Zapier is free for a certain volume of tasks each month, after which you can pay to increase capacity. The free amount is still substantial enough for a lot of basic data importing/exporting from different sources. If you are using it to bring things into a single database from various programs/sources, you can configure conditions and have the data reformatted to fit what it needs to look like.
Cons:
It can take some getting used to, the basic setup may be daunting at first. Once you figure it out things are great, but it may take some searching or experimentation to find the data you're looking for or get the correct process going.
Zapier is just amazing.....Can't function without it.
Pros:
I like that Zapier has infinite possibilities of automation if you are creative enough.very simple and easy to use even for team members who are not tech savvy.
Cons:
Nothing so far everything is working just as we've always wanted.
Easy solution to optimize the workflow.
Comments: Running a marketing agency, the leads we generate through the ads are one of the most important aspects of business. Zapier helped seamlessly manage the leads in a timely fashion. It also permitted me to deliver the same results using a smaller team by optimizing the workflow.
Pros:
The seamless integration between different platforms was by far the most important feature. Instead of hiring an employee to manually manage the leads throughout our marketing campaigns, I was able to automate the process saving time and capital.
Cons:
For certain Zaps, after they were created and initiated, it was hard to edit them. I had to recreate the entire instance. Also, the price increases tremendously the more zaps you use.
Great tool that helps in automation solutions and helps to improve productivity
Comments: A great integration and automation tool which has helped me increase productivity in a much faster and efficient way
Pros:
It has a very simple UI which makes it very easy to use.The best part is it doesn't require codes and can be integrated with number of softwares
Cons:
Zapier needs to work more on their customer support
Incredible Integration Tool - Can't live without it
Comments: very good. great technology. It works really well.
Pros:
I like it how easy it is to use, and to configure. how fast you can integrate very different systems.

That it is difficult to track the information that is running through the app.
Am incredibly happy with Zapier

Endless possibilities for our non technical teams.I enjoy that it does all the work for me when moving lists, also how Zapier executes our actions at a particular time of our choice is incredible. Finally it has so many options to automatize a lot of things and is extremely easy to learn and use.
Cons:
Apart from the upgraded plan being costly I have encountered no hitches using this platform.
Alternatives Considered:
Realiable but flimsy
Comments: Great, as worflow management tool it does its work, however, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to usability
Pros:
I do like the integrations available, there little to no main platforms that you can't use in your workflow
Cons:
Most definitely the UI, it's not user friendly or intuitive, sometimes it makes it harder tor even the smallest of the operations
Data is king and Zapier lets you move it to where you need it.
Comments: Overall Zapier has done what it needs to do for basic data movement, integrations and automations
Pros:
Basic Zaps can accomplish the most mundane tasks saving us so much time
Cons:
Basic zaps dont get into the nitty gritty of heavy dat lifting and we sometimes have to use other alternative.
The must tool to automate
Pros:
There are so many apps, platform and services that is almost impossible not to find what You need, in more there are several ready made "receipt" to use already without setting new
Cons:
The free plan is to limited and can be used with little things but if You need to automate lot things than a plan is worth the money
Perfect Multiple Projects Workflow Management Solution.
Comments: Nice project operations management option and the data sharing across other party systems is easy and very quick.
Pros:
Easy software to get started and the project task management and the access control capabilities provided are effective and very reliable business operations management platform. Reporting is simple and also on data management and the integration functions are incredible.
Cons:
None at the moment to dislike from my experience with this software and the features, since the deployment is very simple.
It's a standard -- and it is for a reason!
Comments: Zapier is a powerful and easy-to-use automation tool that seamlessly integrates litterally thousands of third-party apps. It is easy to use and allows quick and efficient automation of various processes that can be very useful.
Pros:
The endless list of natively supported third-party apps says it all: there is a reason why Zapier is an absolute standard when it comes to no code automation, and its versatility is definitely part of it.
Cons:
Changes in price and content are not always really foreseeable depending on the plan, but it still works wonder.
Zapier > Great product, over priced
Comments: The product is great - it's a shame that it has been turned into a cash cow.
Pros:
Great product that is easy to use. It is a general standard for a lot of online services to link into Zapier, where you can then link out to other services. It makes API use simple and understandable for non-tech users.
Cons:
The pricing model of the recent increase is a drastic move from the previous model. To go from £16 to £200 a month is a jump I can't afford. I now use direct API access or alternatives and have closed my Zapier account.
Ivana's review
