> **Pros**: EventsAir provides a comprehensive solution for managing complex events in one place. I particularly liked the attendee app, registration management, agenda building, communications tools, and reporting capabilities. It allows event organisers to deliver a professional delegate experience while reducing the need for multiple separate systems. The support team has also been fairly responsive and willing to take feedback on board.

> **Cons**: The platform can feel complex and unintuitive at times, with a steep learning curve for new users. Some administrative tasks require navigating multiple areas of the system, and certain workflows could be streamlined. Customisation options are extensive, but this can sometimes make simple changes more time-consuming than expected. There is also scope to improve the user experience and responsiveness of some areas of the platform but these improvements seem to be constantly in development.

> **Pros**: The flexibility of the system. Our events are international with various VAT scenarios, ticketing options and attendee types, each with different pathways. EventsAIR enables us to handle everything that is thrown at us. The new website editor is incredible, I love it, and we are now transitioning our websites back into EA after using a third party provider for the last 24 months.

> **Cons**: The attendee app networking desperately needs a messaging inbox. We use third party apps for larger events and it creates me so much extra work. For smaller events we use the EventsAIR app, which is looking great, but management won't switch back to it for flagships until it has this feature.

> Excellent - in the last 24 months the system improvements and professionalism have improved so much. The regular webinars keep you updated, and the improvements are incredible. From joining EA in 2022 to now, the updates have been excellent.

The initial set up was straightforward, and the platform is intuitive to navigate, making it easy to manage registrations, abstracts, communications, and reporting.

One of the standout features is the wide range of customisation options, which allowed us to tailor the registration process, website, emails, and attendee experience to meet the specific needs of our event. The user interface is clean, well-organised, and user-friendly, making it easy for both administrators and delegates to use.

Whenever I have had a question or encountered an issue, the EventsAir customer support team has been exceptional. Their 24/7 support is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, giving us confidence that assistance is available whenever we need it. Overall, EventsAir offers excellent functionality, reliability, and support, making it outstanding value for money.

> **Pros**: The range of features and adaptability is impressive. Also the continued development of new features and ongoing updates to improve things such as accessibility and AI usage allows new ways of working. Once understood, the system is intuitive and there are significant learning resources available through courses, the chat bot, and human support. The financial elements are also very robust to make payments easy at user's end and reconciliation.

> **Cons**: Limitations within the reporting functionality can be frustrating at times when creating bespoke reports as not all fields are available for all reports. The Attendee App is impressive and generally receives positive feedback from delegates but it feels there are some functionality gaps to  be plugged such as better synching with meeting diary to manage directly within attendee app. Currently this is read only.

As we can customise the support the attendee experience, it makes them extremely easy to use. I also feel that the platform is great value for money as we get around the clock, customer support.

> **Cons**: Sometimes we cannot customise things the way we would like to, to suit specific events and their requirements. This can be very frustrating but Events Air support are always there for us to help us with an alternative way.
