The support team is excellent, always quick to respond, whether it’s for an issue or just a quick question. > > **Cons**: - The native authoring tool is very basic, you can only add text, images, videos, and links, with no interactive features. However, you can work around that by using an external authoring tool and uploading a SCORM file into LearnUpon. - Fonts and image sizes can change when you publish a course. Sometimes text looks off or images get cropped, so you’ll need to test a few times to get everything looking right. - Once a course is published, you can't make major edits like adding a new module.
