Powerful Analytics Platform For Business
Comments: Giving our executives real-time access to the numbers that matter. Having that available means we make better decisions, respond faster to threats and opportunities and grow our business quicker.
Pros:
The endless reports that are possible. I can connect different data sources and then get beautiful, real time reports on all devices that capture our business at a glance.
Cons:
The tool can need coding ability or a developer to get some reports you need. A more intuitive way of doing this would be appreciated for the non-coder.
Alternatives Considered: EazyBI Cloud and Tableau
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Analytics: Because we already use Zoho CRM and pulling in the data is easy.
Zoho Analytics - user review
Comments: overall good to use for business cases, but needs improvements on mobile view side and application side.
Pros:
simplicity of the solution, it is easy for self learners
Cons:
drill down chart views... which is required the most, currently we are unable to make it quickly, mobile view still not upto market standard.
Beware - Zoho Preys on Smaller Companies with Weak IT Controls
Pros:
Zoho Analytics was easy to set up and easy to implement. Even writing queries - albeit through a bit of a clunky interface - was pretty easy. I enjoyed being able to set this up and get the users running quickly.
Cons:
Zoho decided to forge my e-mail address for all notifications from our analytics account. Their e-mails used to come from a Zoho notifications address. Now, they are sending e-mails - from their own servers - that purport to be from me. Naturally, my company's spam blocker bounces these. Since new users must respond to one of these spoofed e-mails, I can no longer set up new users, at all. They're not caught in a spam trap. They are actually being returned by our server. Zoho's one and only solution has been to demand that my company make a change to our DNS servers. Then, Zoho can send what appear to be legitimate e-mails on behalf of anyone at my company, at will. That's not acceptable and should not be required. If you want that as a convenience for your users, it works - with appropriate legal agreements in place. Plenty of companies do this with SPF and DKIM records for internally controlled servers. For an external company to provide no other option (and not mention it until it was too late), this is a huge red flag. Zoho even provides instructions for how to make this change on GoDaddy. Be warned. You know nothing about their internal controls and yet you're giving them license to send e-mail on your behalf. AVOID!
Zoho Analytics Feedback
Comments: I'm pretty satisfied with the product given that it provides some robust features. Writing custom sql helps tackling complex/tricky problems which without it cannot be feasible with tool alone.
Pros:
It provides direct chart like funnel chart which some other tool do not provide. UI is great, easy to navigate things. Liked the features :- formula column & aggregated formula. Also the querying the tables using custom sql is great to prepare the data. The widget functionality and the features it provide is robust.
Cons:
Cannot pin multiple columns. cannot change the title of the view in case of the copy of a dashboard. 'CASE WHEN' does not work in it in case of writing custom sql. Sometimes there is some glitch/hang in the application due to which certain thing won't work, need to refresh the entire page to start work again. Also while sharing a dashboard using a permalink the password is same for all the users if sharing it with multiple users. The user can easily change the filter condition/name in the url and open someone else's dashboard.
Good tool to see insights
Comments: It provides various options to see the insight of data provided, however, AI could be used strategically to enhance reports and for upfront suggestions.
Pros:
You can create reports and give them access to your team members via a link. Moreover, you will get a variety of reports to choose from.
Cons:
Zoho Analytics is a bit complex when it comes to designing a report.
My experience with Zoho Analytic
Comments: o far, I'm enjoying Zoho Analytics. I appreciate its support for various database connections. However, creating reports with complex structures—like those involving dimensions displayed as lists, drill-downs, and roll-ups—can be challenging.
Pros:
It's straightforward to use and easy to create reports and dashboards online. The reports are clear and simple to understand.
Cons:
Many created reports can't be grouped, and it's challenging to incorporate drill-down and roll-up features, as well as building relationships between tables.
Zoho Analytics
Comments: Overall a big thumbsup for giving an analytics tool that has all of the advantages with AI capabilities
Pros:
Ease of use, integration with multiple Softwares, Data sharing options
Cons:
Graphs are not sharp - like Power BI, some graph templates are missing (Waterfall),
beneficial for business analysis
Comments: This is beneficial for business analysis, as it includes the option to store and execute reports based on Zoho queries.
Pros:
User Friendly, we can add multible tab on dashboard, can share column wise data and reports
Cons:
calculation required on report like zoho sheet
Feature-Rich and Flexible, But Needs Improvement in Performance.
Comments: My overall experience with Zoho Analytics has been positive. It's a powerful tool with great customization and integration options, though it can be a bit slow with large datasets and requires some learning for advanced features.
Pros:
Its ease of use, powerful customization, and seamless integration with other tools.
Cons:
Its occasional performance lag with large datasets and the steep learning curve for advanced features.
Review for Zoho Analytics
Pros:
Automation for Data update and emails. SQL for Data Processing
Cons:
No way to automate data export, the filter, lookup values and the table columns are very rigid and show the wrong values.
Powerful analytics, enterprise features, with a learning curve
Comments: Overall, if you need a data display solution that can hook up to nearly anything, and is robust enough to grow with you, Zoho Analytics may be perfect. The charts and dashboards are gorgeous, and with a little time, you can really come up with some cool dashboards to display almost any data. The learning curve is a bit heavy at first, but it's worth the time invested.
Pros:
Zoho Analytics can virtually do anything. If you know what you are doing, there really isn't much you can't show in terms of data. Whether you need simple website data, PPC ad data, or data from your remote database, Zoho Analytics can do it. And I love how beautiful the reports are! Also, it is SUPER flexible. The ability to have live dashboards that users can drill down into the info is just excellent, and it runs like butter.
Cons:
If you need something that isn't a popular service to be integrated, it can be a little difficult. You can hook Zoho Analytics to almost anything, but it can take a little development knowledge for the more advanced tasks. Also, it's a little convoluted in how reports are set up vs dashboards vs individual graphs, etc. Figuring out how it all works together, and keeping it all organized, takes a bit of time to master.
Zoho Analytics for team Dashboards
Comments: I like the product and it works for our current need. I hope that they (and Linkedin) get an integration set up soon as that is the one thing we are missing but Facebok and Google and analytics had great native integrations.
Pros:
It is low cost and allows us to set up boards easily with lots of room to customize.
Cons:
I did require the help of a developer to get some information into the product as I have only some experience in dashboard creation. Help is good if you have a specific question and usually responded within an hour or two.
Alternatives Considered: Grow, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Tableau and Cyfe
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Analytics: Cost was our main factor as most of the other options were thousands of dollars and we are not ready for that. It has exceeded expectations so far.
The AI-based tool that visually transforms data
Comments: Every business operation is measured based on metrics that are a product of its commercial, operational, administrative nature; in our case there are indicators that are tracked month by month based on a defined goal, thanks to Zoho Analytics we have been able to transform our data that comes from databases and other tools and take them visually to interactive dashboards that clearly give us very useful information of the different performance indicators, now our executive reports are highly detailed and approachable by operational and administrative groups.
Pros:
The role played by Zoho Analytics within our work team is vital, thanks to this powerful tool we have been able to perform the analysis of the data exported by our information systems and translate it into graphs that are captured in very detailed dashboard, thanks to its support in artificial intelligence Zoho Analytics continuously performs learning that is implemented in processes and subsequent analysis, this allows to provide those details that are overlooked at first glance. In addition to all the above, the tool allows us to share the visual dashboards via email in a very simple way for analysis by team members or third parties and even and thus make the respective relevant comments.
Cons:
I think that before acquiring this application within any organization should take into account the number of users who will make use of it, the volumes of data that will be subject to analysis, this because the subscription of the same defines many of the characteristics of use of the tool, this is in order to avoid a wrong acquisition of the product which does not suit the technical needs of the company; of course, once acquired and implemented the product offers many benefits that ensures accurate decision making based on the data displayed.
Strong Business Analytics Platform with Outstanding Features
Comments: Because of the system's extensive capability and great affordability, I have liked every element of it and heartily recommend it. It aids me in resolving KPI display problems. I can also use it to build client dashboards. This technology allows us to evaluate data from any source. The dashboards and charts are stunning, and with a little creativity, you can create some pretty unique dashboards to show practically any data.
Pros:
Zoho Analytics is highly powerful since it allows you to build a variety of reports using data from virtually anywhere. Zoho Analytics can handle your needs for basic website statistics, PPC ad data, or data from a distant database. Additionally, I adore how lovely the reports are. It is also quite flexible. Data may be automatically retrieved from all sources. Creating reports, tables, and charts is equally simple for us. It offers versatility in data management and analysis. The support staff is really helpful, and the interface is fairly nice.
Cons:
The learning curve is steep for novices. When all the apps are running, it occasionally slows. It might be a bit challenging to incorporate anything that isn't a widely used service. Zoho Analytics may be connected to nearly anything, however, certain more complex activities may require some programming experience. Even though it's a fantastic tool, I was a bit let down that it only pushes dashboards to the main account and not to additional Zoho Helpdesks that are associated with the same account.
Packs a punch for the budget - with more than enough capabilities for SMEs
Comments: First rate. A larger organisation with petabytes of data will not be servefd by this tool, but SMEs wish to pull data from Zoho CRM, Google, Quickbooks, etc. etc. get everything they need out of the box, plus more.
Pros:
We obtain Zoho Analytics as part of our Zoho One suite. I did not expect much from the solution, seeing it initially as an 'add-on'. However, after using it to pull data from eight different sources and present activity reports and dashboards - including those we can expose directly to our customers, I was sold. This beast packs almost everything an SME will want for analytics, and then more. In addition, the support services from Zoho are second to none.
Cons:
The speed of dashboards and charts when displayed externally in presentations (yes, you can embed and brand your content into continually live products) is a little slow - it can take 10-15 seconds for a chart to come up. There is a limit to the number of SQL tables that can be called upon each other (a depth of three), though this can be overcome by writing tighter SQL statements.
Easily the best choice if you're already using Zoho tools.
Comments: We're very happy with Zoho Analytics as our data & reporting tool. We're already using a Zoho environment so it was relatively easier to set up, and didn't cost a whole lot extra. We use it company-wide for stuff like quality reporting, stock reports, and monitoring sales activities. It works well 95% of the time, and when there are issues, these are usually pretty easy to fix. All in all, it's a great tool to have for anyone who relies on data
Pros:
It easily has all the features of much bigger BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, but for a fraction of the cost. The embedded reports, in particular, are very helpful. We've used these to integrate data into our workspaces to have access to real-tme data without having to check manually.
Cons:
We run into issues with data connections every now and then, where charts stop working because of a minor change with one of the sources, and we have to then fix it manually. It'd be good if there were auto-fixes for these as they're very straightforward issues most of the time.
Effective analytical software for your business data!!
Comments: Overall, it's a great software. Customized dashboard feature is really effective and helpful for data analytics. Even its deep analytics helps in auto-generating reports & insights out of the data, which is very handy!
Pros:
The best thing about this software is its integration part. One can easily integrate it with any application, besides it allows one to integrate it with famous software like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc. Data can be easily imported from multiple sources along with the blending and merging data option which is super helpful when handling large data sets. One can also build Pivot tables in this which provides the similar features as Excel.
Cons:
It is comparatively expensive and seems extravagant!
Powerful Tool for Democratizing Data
Comments: Fantastic product, especially within the Zoho One suite.
Pros:
It's not INCREDIBLY easy-to-use, but it's fairly straightforward. The price is just unbeatable, especially for giving multiple users access to create their own dashboards. The Zoho One suite is such a good bang for its buck. Integrates fairly well, especially within the Zoho Suite.
Cons:
It's silly, but I wish the UI was a little prettier and less clunky (though the dashboards actually look pretty great). I wish the tutorials for SQL were a little more fleshed-out
Alternatives Considered: Grow and Domo
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Analytics: Integrations with Zoho Suite, price.
ZOHO Reports makes customized dashboards
Comments: Our customers really love the ZOHO Reports . In addition we are able to wrap up all the data into enterprise reports. We also used ZOHO Reports to create an email newsletter of KPIS and we created nearly 8,000 ZOHO Reports KPIs. A great software product.
Pros:
We create our own dashboard reports that we email to customers. The data that we use is very complicated to put together and hard to communicate. Using ZOHO Reports we are able to make a lot of different types of reports that communicate the information perfectly. In addition we integrated ZOHO Reports with ZOHO WIKI, ZOHO CRM, and ZOHO Creator. All the reports and data exchanges worked perfectly between all the applications.
Cons:
We really like ZOHO Reports. Overall there was not much not to like. I don't have a comment for this section.
All my website details in one page
Comments: It took me less than an hour setting up sources and arrange my dashboard with data I am interested in.
Pros:
It is great that I can add all sources that I am interested in, one dashboard for all analytics. Setting up my dashboard was a piece of cake, data read even easier.
Cons:
The user interface can be updated on 2024 standards.
Reliable and fast Reports
Comments: Overall it has been a good experience working on the software as lot of time is saved in generating reports and taking business decisions. The option to create endless customized reports is also a very useful feature.
Pros:
The software is easy to use and can be customized as per requirement. Lot of options to create different reports, charts and tables. The drill down feature is really helpful which gives the insight into the actual issue and can drill down deep, even into the data base to ensure its accuracy. Our organization uses the software for all top and medium level meetings to give first hand information on revenue to the top management. Speed at which the reports are generated is also commendable.
Cons:
Those who are new to the software would take some time to understand the different options available as there are no Faqs or help menu.
Fabulous Product
Comments: Love Zoho Reports- not giving it up anytime soon!
Pros:
When our company was selecting a new PM software one of the reason I chose Zoho Projects was because Zoho Reports integrated with seamlessly. Reports offered the info I wanted from Projects that other PM softwares couldn't offer. Other products had costly and complicated plugins- reports is cost effective and flexible
Cons:
It took some time to learn how to customize my reports and get the data that I needed. Now that I know how Reports functions I can get any of the data I need. I love that I can make reports for our clients and they update automatically everyday. If I can't accomplish what I want the customer support is great! I would love to see chat support offered in the future. Just like with Zoho Projects, often I know Zoho Reports can do what I want it to, I just need help finding the function within the software. Chat makes it super simple in Projects- please add it to Reports!!
Facilitates data analysis with attractive reports
Comments: It provides the opportunity to generate visually attractive and dynamic reports, which allow us to represent and analyze data efficiently. Its use in data analysis and interpretation is extremely useful and essential.
Pros:
It is a very easy to use platform, both for users with a lot of experience in data analysis, as well as for beginners. It also allows you to connect data from a wide variety of sources. It is easy to create, customize reports and share them quickly. It has a wealth of integrations that significantly boost productivity.
Cons:
I would like to make the connection process with some databases faster.
Great value
Comments: It took a lot of work but once properly setup reporting is really easy. Now instantly have available all the reports I need. Used to take a few hours week to put together reports that weren't as effective
Pros:
The interface for creating reports is extremely easy to use. You can make really powerful reports fast. It's a lot cheaper than competitors' software and integrates well with other zoho products
Cons:
Troubleshooting issues can be difficult and it isn't as well supported as other zoho products, no live chat available. There's missing.
Zoho Analytics
Pros:
The best thing about Analytics is that it connects very well with several data points and it can report on fields that would otherwise be unavailable.
Cons:
It is not as user friendly as other reporting tools and not as intuitive.
