Great form building software that works well on all devices.

Comments: Time to fill in forms is minimized with easy drop-down menus. My account manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], regularly contacts me to make sure GoFormz is performing as expected.

Pros:

Lots of options to build simply build easy to use forms. The user experience is great. It just works. I quite often use other applications and think man I wish this just worked like GoFormz.

Cons:

I've changed my logo. Wish there was a way I could easily change it on the form without having to re-develop the whole form.

A valuable completions/inspection management and productivity tool

Comments: GoFormz was selected as a field documentation solution to enable efficient completion of inspection forms.
We are utilising pdf forms created offline, with data fields overlayed on to the document. This outputs a hand signed complete pdf report document with data fields populated from the uploaded database, plus typed text fields and sketch images (photos plus optional user sketching overlayed).
The tabbed filtering of created documents in the app gives instant selection of all, draft, completed keeps control in the field. The web based list of completed forms is chronological giving "Today" as a section at the top of the list.

Pros:

Coming from years of completions management with enterprise software, GoFormz is a simple but effective tool to manage inspections and auditing. We can update the server side databases and have it synchronised to all mobile devices within minutes, giving data to populate the form fields automatically. The captured data can be readily exported in raw format or as structured reports. All data is retained and synchronised from the device even if you shut the app down mid-form. The template setup may be a little daunting for first time users or non-IT personnel, but online and phone support is readily available.

Cons:

You need to take the vendors recommendations seriously and only use high spec hardware. Samsung TabA tablets still lockup the app occasionally and require restarting of the app. This may be a memory bleed issue? There also appears to be a glitch in the database uploads where you need to delete and re-create each database to update it, otherwise the data is not available on the devices. Although yesterday the reverse occurred, and the new database would not synchronise but required an updated upload. Solutions please GoFormz support?

Quick, inexpensive way to transform forms to electronic forms.

Comments: Easy to use. Inexpensive.

Pros:

Very easy to use. Scans paper forms and copies to electronic version. Add fields where you would normally write.

Cons:

Only can dump completed forms into Box. Would be nice if it communicated with other file storage software.

Easily Built Custom Forms

Pros:

It’s very self explanatory to use. Great customer service and quick response times if any questions arise

Had to purchase additional submissions for public forms

Comments: Good

Pros:

Allows our company to utilize electronic signatures and slow down the use of paper

Cons:

I wish there was an automatic way for a public form that requires e-sign to be sent to our customer, the manual labor of this is excessive for our everyday use.

Go Digital

Comments: Overall experience is very satisfactory. This is a time saving and life saver app.

Pros:

The paper free side. The instant receipt of report upon 'Complete' button is clicked. The professionalism it brings in the eyes of your customers. The ease of use it provides.

Cons:

An unsolved bug on my tablet for tax calculation.

Excellent program to really go paperless

Comments: No more dirty or crumpled field sheets. Our forms are nice and neat now. Project managers are happy to get the information as soon as the form is completed so they can review and forward the the client (as opposed to waiting for field person to return to office, scan form, go into email, save to project folder, and then notify PM the data is available). Now our forms come to us already electronic and can be easily saved to our project file - no more filing daily handfuls of field sheets!

Pros:

Using a PDF image of our current form made it fast and easy to get the electronic version set up and in use.

Cons:

The main thing I had trouble with was writing formulas for some of the boxes. It's similar to Excel, which I've had limited experience working with.

Good Product

Comments: I would say overall experience has been good. Staff had been very helpful with walking me through the process.

Pros:

Being able to upload my documents and customize them.

Cons:

Least favorite is editing form and it generates a new public form which have I then have to remind myself to forward new link and unfortunately I may miss people with the new link.

Use of goformz on jobsites

Pros:

How easy it is to use it in the field. The ability to fill in forms and add pictures is very helpful for people that don't use computers often.

Cons:

The ability to collect data across multiple forms

GoFormz - Registration Process for a school

Comments: It's been great. Very prompt customer service when I have a sudden question.

Pros:

GoFormz allows us to easily create customizable registration forms for our school. It allows us to make minor formatting changes quickly and easily, even when the link is live on our website.

Cons:

The calendar functionality could be improved. When users are entering in birthday, it's a bit awkward to enter the year first, so many people registering enter the wrong date of birth.

Pros:

The ability to design exactly what I want and then send it to who I want has been beneficial.

Cons:

Sometimes in design mode, things don't look on the screen the way they appear when the form is generated. it took several tries to get it right.

GoFormz can make the form you have in mind easily.

Comments: I loved the application. The features are not really available in many applications and it is very easy to use.

Pros:

The idea by itself is great. you can do it through a mobile create your signature. Not many applications do provide the same.

Cons:

Faced an issue with GofFomrz being down which was really depressing yet it did not happen again.

Streamlined Form Solution

Pros:

GoFormz has helped us to simplify and streamline an existing process which in turn has increased efficiency and ease of tracking and logging tasks in our aftercare process. Our account manager,[sensitive content hidden], has been fantastic in communicating and checking in, understanding our brief and providing ongoing support as required.

Cons:

Sometimes there is a sync delay from the data source between the linked software and GoFormz

GoFormz has helped streamline our business.

Comments: Community Housing Partners provides safety and energy efficiency renovations to low-income housing at no charge to the low-income families. These projects are paid for by utility and government programs that require photo documentation. We use GoFormz to organize and timestamp photo documentation from the field into PDFs that we then submit to the program providers. This process replaces the collections of loose photos. This has saved us countless hours of review time and has improved the quality of our project documentation, which ultimately improves our ability to fund these projects. We are very happy with how GoFormz has positively impacted our work. Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is our current GoFormz representative!

Pros:

The feature of GoFormz that has most aided our work is the ability to take photos in the app and having those photos immediately organized and uploaded to the GoFormz web platform in a PDF format. This helps us reduce the time needed to transfer and organize photo documentation of installations. It also allows our project managers in the office offer immediate answers to questions from field technicians by looking at the web platform uploads.

Cons:

The only difficult piece of using GoFormz is constructing the initial form templates. However, the GoFormz team has listened to our critiques and has improved this process since we began using the software two years ago.

Simple and Efficient documents

Pros:

This is a great tool. Each and everyone of our jobs has to have a job ticket. The cost to use this software is much cheaper than printing multiple booklets of carbon copy tickets. Also, my clients love it when they have a copy of the final signed job ticket in their inbox before our crews leave the job. And as always, anytime I have issues, my dedicated GoFormz representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is just a phone call away with great customer support. I referred GoFormz to multiple colleagues.

Cons:

My biggest frustration with GoFormz is in the form building stage. Most of the actions are self explanatory and easy to use. However, when it comes to the formulas over fields that require calculations or extra actions, I tend to have issues. That’s when I make a call to my dedicated customer representative [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and he bails me out.

Effective solution to convert paper form to e-form

Comments: It was useful and effective for my company to quickly bring numbers of existing paper forms into field workers mobile apps.

Pros:

Easy to transform vast paper forms to electronic forms while keeping form layout

Cons:

Drag & drop precision. It's hard to position some small items like check box.

This product tripled my output

Comments: Responsive when questions arise or we need help with access issues. Goformz has tripled my output, lowered my stress and increased our billing rate from 15days to...as soon as I want. The ROI is beyond calculation.

Pros:

Customization! I can build the form ANY way I want. I can control the inputs and outputs and communicate with my Technicians 24-7 through the forms. The Corp brought in another company that mainly builds Accounting platforms and during their presentation of the "service portal" - they got a clear description of how stable and strong GoFormz is. By the time the meeting was done, they were like, "your existing Service Dispatch is better than ours - keep doing what you're doing."

Cons:

Sometime the InterWebs isn't available everywhere - but the techs just have to transfer their forms when they get service.

Paperless field service reporting

Comments: With Goformz we have gone completely paperless with our field service reports.
We uploaded our existing service form and with signature capture we are now completely paperless.
Training our field techs was a breeze since the mobile app is very simplistic with very few menus to navigate.
We also created a monthly report that is automatically generated and emailed on the last day of every month which breaks down the service performed by each tech, the hours and the revenue generated by each. Lastly I cannot say enough about the support we receive from the Goformz staff, they truly go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied.

Pros:

What I like most about the software is the ease of use and management.

Cons:

You are limited to searching completed reports within the Goformz platform using key words which would be a great addition to your software. With that being said you can easily export the reports into excel and search that way.

Pros:

I like the fact that you can use this software as a multi-purpose form for a lot of different things including an ordering system, calculating and many other options. This software has been used to create something we can use for our company for years to come. It does exactly what we would like it to do without all the complications of trying to figure it out for yourself.

Cons:

If you change one text or any field, it could potentially ruin your database. It is very touchy but if you have the right tools you can easily make it work to your needs.

Being able to create a form that is relevant to our business needs. The function to allow integration with third parties has become one of the key successes for our company, it has allowed us to store all our documents in one place and be easily accessible.

Cons:

at the start it took some getting used to the formulas, but once we got going and had some Teams meetings with [SENSITIVE CONTENT], we haven't looked back.

This application has saved us a tremendous amount of time and money!

Business increase

Comments: We use a team using a lot of daily forms, and we feel a reliable data management and we use it expressively in serving our customer. Also, we’ve got extraordinary support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team. We are very satisfied with Goformz

Pros:

The ease of collecting a data, organizing them, storing and integrating with information and logistic systems

Cons:

Maybe integration with Zendesk system, more logical conditional programming functions (“for do”, “while”, etc.) and maybe more integrations with databases. But this is just desires, not indispensable features.

Go Formz

Comments: We love Go Formz! It's user friendly and their customer service, along with our account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], acts quickly and efficiently.

Pros:

The initial launch with our team and Go Formz was made easy because of their ability to take our exact forms and make them digital. They fit what we were using into their technology, not us trying to squeeze into their vision.

Cons:

With any technology there are hiccups and with a young company there are always administrative changes. I do believe their customer service makes up for any of those hiccups.
