Pros:

The greatest feature is the ease of access to support customers remotely. There was prerequisites to integrate with our existing platform, it was seemless.

Cons:

It's slow and clunky, often having trouble launching. Their new Web Monitoring product which replaced Monitis is half-baked and missing features, we are unable to use it.

Comments: Having used the software for more than 3years now, i would highly recommend it to people. it has really improved over the past years and more features have been added to it

Fast connectivity, very reliable and clear audio when it comes to holding meetings and video conferencing.

Cons:

input delays when it comes to accessing and operating a computer remotely

Teamviewer makes your WFH transition considerably easier

Comments: Coming from using SCCM and the built-in Microsoft remote tools, Teamviewer has improved our workflow considerably, allowing our technicians to complete work on external devices as seemlessly as if they were at the physical controls.

Pros:

Teamviewer has enabled us to safely remotely access our fleet of machines and allow elevated actions only by our technicians. This has been a real help during the switchover to working from home.

Cons:

The initial setup in the admin center can be a little confusing, but works well once completed.

Comments: It helped to encourage my team to work together, through projects and sharing of ideas. When I started at first, the connection was fast, everything was fine. I could work remotely from home with my computer. But after switched to the pro version, The connection breaks and its difficult to get it connected back. You cannot log in except you update it, and it can be frustrating.

Pros:

The application is easy to use and simple to learn. It has handled technical issues for me without the help of any physical person. It works with devices that are offline, you can put them on. It is very multitasking.

Cons:

It was over priced and expensive when I went for the subscription. When I connect remotely to a laptop, the screen goes blank. The connections sometimes goes off. It was not like this from the start, but over time it started having these issues which should be looked into.

Pros:

Team viewer is an excellent remote desktop software. Ease of use and deployment.

Cons:

Because I only used the free version, it constantly dropped connections.

Solve everything in easy way.

Pros:

This system is really easy to use and i have a really friendly interface & Installation and setup also simple and quick . Anyone can easily get and work on this . Mostly I'm really impressive about the system security because it use Two-Factor Authentication and specifically with encryption. This can be Use in any platform and performance is also really good and its high speed connection. In here we can fully control the device and at same time we can transfer the files easy. This is good for both business and personal use and its free for personal use with some operating systems and also its with reliable purchase plans.

Cons:

Mostly its high cost for the business plans such as beginner business. Main issue is hackers can easily attack the user system with this . Teamviewer is really depending on the internet, some times it will be a issue with the low internet access peoples, it need higher performance and it will slowdown the low end Computers.

Comments: Same as my Pro's and Cons.
I wouldnt stop using Team viewer, i prefer it over other remote support softwares for its ease of use and professional/secure features.

Pros:

Ease of use and setup time. I like the option to have unattended access setup on frequent remote servers that i need to access from my Laptop. Since i tend to move around to different locations for work. Remote access is critical for me

Cons:

I wouldnt really say its a deal breaker, but at first, the installation was a bit lack luster in what options to pick (unattended/restricted access). I had to reinstall the product a few times to get the correct version i wanted but apart from that, its all good. I have come across the black screen bug but i believe that may be a Server issue. But if its a known server issue, i think Teamviewer should add this on their FAQ.

TeamViewer - Easy to use remote access tool

Comments: The ability to monitor and control devices remotely eliminates having to be local to the connected devices and always an easy-to-use interface for controlling devices remotely.

Pros:

To have the ability to view connected devices remotely is a great feature. We are able to monitor all connected devices with ease using the easy-to-use interface. Initial installation is straight forward by following the onscreen prompts. Setup was a breeze.

Cons:

TeamViewer meets all of our remote access needs.

Best way to provide assistance to friends and family

Safe, reliable and simple

Comments: Really enjoy the capabilities with this software. The safety of the passcodes is especially nice to have an ensures a safer connection. ITa team was able to fully access our computers and perform any task necessary without needing us to manually assist.

Pros:

TeamViewer has been excellent in providing a safe tool for our IT team to be able to access our computers and perform maintenance, check on issues or update software. I love that you can create a new passcode easily so you can have safer access. It is quick as well which is helpful when the person who needs to access your computer is not within the same location.

Cons:

It can sometimes lag or not connect right away. Minor problem, and sometimes just requires patience. If there are multiple screens to access it can sometimes get tricky.

Quick and Easy Access to help remote users with technical issues

Comments: I've used TeamViewer for over 15 years and it has always been very useful in my company. We've never wanted to use anything else.

Pros:

I love that logging onto a user's computer is quick and painless. I love that you can easily assist a user while explaining what you are doing.

Cons:

I don't like when there are updates and you try to log in and you receive a message that says the user has a more recent version than you, and it won't allow you to log in.

Using team viewer for work

Comments: I think TeamViewer is excellent software for what it proposes. I use it especially to remotely access other machines and it works excellently.
I can configure machines and applications remotely, as well as transfer files and retrieve files simply.

Pros:

TeamViewer is a useful and practical tool that allows you to access remote machines and work on them as if they were local machines. Sending files to a remote machine and copying files is also quite simple and practical.

Cons:

Something I didn't like is that they changed the old interface to a new one that I didn't really like. Finding the old features was a problem. They should have given the user the possibility to choose between one or more interfaces. But for new users I don't think this will be a problem. I also think that for common, non-commercial users the price should be a little lower.

One of the best remote viewing and troubleshooting programs.

Comments: Overall i have used this program for years and will do so until something changes. Over the years they have tried more and more to get money out of you trying to sell you on other features. I still only use the free version of it and i'm happy with that.

Pros:

I like that it is easy to direct someone to the website and they can download it with little problem. It is a simple install and from there its quick to fix the problem.

Cons:

I don't like that the install has this step asking if they want commercial or personal or neither. Just remove that and eliminate the confusion.
